Trend Micro XDR with Vision One gives us increased visibility and protection from emerging threats
What do you like best about the product?
Visibilty into threats to our environemnt and the predictive machine learning and pattern matching that is continually updated with new and emerging threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far it has been a great product for us and given us great visibilty and assisted with incident response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Trend Micro XDR as our host based intrusion detection system and to automate the incident respone process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Demo the product and set it up in your environment so you can truly see how it works and beenfits you.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy product to work with. Very user friendly. Catches most viruses compared to other virus scanners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to restart the PC or server for the updates to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved to Trend Micro SaaS. The cloud version. Benefits are that you don't have to do the updates on the servers now. It's all taken care of by Trend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a large enough hard drive space for updates and check the website regularly for updates.
