What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps our sale team stay consistent with follow-ups and outreach. the cadence builder is intuitive, easy to use, and the analyst gives clear visibility into rep performance, it integrate smoothly with our CRM and email tools, which saves a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports takes time to load when dealing with large datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage all outbound communication in one place. Its improved response rate and reduced missed follow ups, which has a direct impact on our pipeline growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I lean the cadence feature heavily to do the heavy lifting of most of my outreach to prospects. I like the analytics that that provide insight on what prospects are truly engaging with my sequences of notes to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Salesloft would greatly benefit from adding a FAQ tab or a dropdown menu featuring 'how-to' videos at the top of the home landing page. This addition could make it much easier for users to find helpful information quickly. Additionally, incorporating a Facebook-style feed for updates might also enhance the user experience by keeping everyone informed about the latest changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has greatly improved the efficiency of our outbound campaigns, resulting in a notable rise in enterprise-level introductions with the correct prospects.
Impressive Analytics and AI Summaries, But Email Personalization Needs Work

Everything is great, but I love the analytics and even the AI can give you a summary of what is shown on the dashboard of analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI-generated emails are limited to only one or few roles, and it limits the ability to be role and persona-specific for a more personalized automated email generation.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Inside Sales Rep, I spend about 70-80% of my workday prospecting, networking, and reaching out to leads. Salesloft helps me stay connected with potential customers, making it much easier to maintain good data hygiene and send timely follow-up communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft could be even more effective if it had the ability to detect incorrect email addresses that might bounce back or contain grammatical errors. Additionally, integration with tools like Lusha or Zoominfo to help identify and update contact information would be a valuable improvement.

I find the feature in Salesloft that allows me to track when people open the emails I send incredibly useful. This capability helps me gauge whether a prospect is engaging with my communication, which is crucial for my outreach strategy. Additionally, receiving notifications when a prospect responds to an email is pretty cool and ensures I stay updated on my correspondence status. The ability to log walk-ins easily thanks to the process I developed using Salesloft has made my daily tasks more efficient. The cadence feature is another aspect I appreciate, as it helps me maintain organized touchpoints with prospects. Furthermore, having a dedicated Salesloft phone number to call customers from is also significant, adding a layer of professionalism and flexibility to my sales communication. The seamless integration with Salesforce complements my workflow and supports my day-to-day operations effectively.

I find the Salesloft app can be a bit buggy and laggy at times, which affects its performance. Additionally, I think the data could be presented in a way that makes it easier to read and understand.

I use Salesloft to track metrics like walk-ins and email interactions, which helps in monitoring activity and engagement. The feature to know when emails are opened is particularly beneficial for tracking prospects.
Effortless Cold Calling and Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has made cold calling much more efficient for me. Since I started using it, I can complete at least 20 to 30 more calls each day. All of the features are straightforward and user-friendly, so it doesn't take much time to become comfortable with the software. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like. Every once and a while it can be a bit slow in loading up. But I am being very nit-picky, I have no complaints.

Our team consists of around eight account executives, and we are expanding rapidly. Salesloft provides us with a platform that helps us maximize our call volume and improve our closing rate. The interface is well-organized, user-friendly, and visually appealing. As we frequently bring on new hires, the short ramp-up time makes it easy for them to get comfortable with the software and begin contributing almost immediately.

I enjoy the workflow it offers, as it greatly facilitates the organization and management of tasks. Additionally, each user's or client's page centralizes all the necessary information, which I find extremely useful. It also helps me automate processes and easily find contacts stored in my main CRM, which significantly speeds up my work.

I don't like downloading reports and lists in Salesloft. I would like functions to be introduced to make their use easier, as well as the inclusion of artificial intelligence to create personalized responses and facilitate bulk movements of contacts.

Its interface is convenient. I use it to make client calls and I can usually see all calls in one place and go into the history at the click of a button
