SalesLoft is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is the attractive and practical user interface. The connection to SFDC lets me record chats quickly from any device, which comes in handy when trying to prioritize follow-ups. With access to feed data, I can determine which campaigns have been successful and which pages a lead has viewed on our website. This helps me communicate with leads in a timely manner, ensuring that no potential customer falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Salesloft is that there's no phone number for support if you need help right away. Also, I think " regular office hours " or live training sessions are better than self-training because they make it easier to onboard new users and allow experienced users to ask about the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Salesloft is having is that they are not able to get exposure for their prospective clients. By utilizing Salesforce, they will be able to engage prospects and accounts for longer periods of time which will in turn lead to more exposure.
Salesloft makes outreach easy!
What do you like best about the product?
When I was a BDR I loved having the ability to create my own cadences. Now that I am in marketing, I love being able to create cadences for my BDRs to copy over, and I love being able to look at their cadences to see how they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I worry that the emails I send from Salesloft might get blocked by some companies we are reaching out to. We have figured out some work arounds for this, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows for insight into your outreach. You can see open and click-through rates. It also allows you to perform AB testing on different emails / subject lines which I love!
Doesn't integrate well, hard to export data, and terrible customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty full-featured sales cadencing system which has the basic features that you're looking for that most all other sales cadencing software has. Not the easiest to learn, but its all there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration is very clunky and doesn't push data well. The chrome extension is a resource hog and completely takes over the Salesforce interface.
More importantly, Salesloft has NO export functionality, making it impossible to export your data! Once you start using it, they don't make it easy to get your data out. Customer service is pretty unhelpful and completely stopped responding once we said we didn't wish to renew. Poor business pro-active through and through and I'd warn anymore considering Salesloft to consider this when choosing a Sales cadencing software solution. i've never seen a more closed-off system.

It solves the cadencing problem that we are looking for, but its inability to play nice with other platforms made it completely unusable. It didnt benefit us much because it was impossible to gain visibility into what salesloft users were doing compared to what our salesforce users were doing. Having the data in two places made it worthless to us.
Easy on-boarding - highly recommend for any BDR leaders looking to use a sales enablement tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is amazing - everyone I interacted with from the demo to on-boarding "graduation" was spectacular in their support and efforts. The platform itself is intuitive and can be used as a stand-alone if you're not ready to integrate with a CRM like Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not on Salesloft, but it probably works much better if you have a CRM tool already set up. So many more benefits from Sloft once you integrate it with your CRM!

Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of used with this tool vs just reaching out through Gmail or Outlook. Having the organization for the rest of the team to see history is a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes in particular. I feel that this product offers the whole package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospective clients that I want to reach out to.
Huge time-safer in email marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's mass emailing features are great for communicating with large groups of people at once. The ability to auto-populate contact details with tags like "First Name" and "Company Name" is beneficial for sending prospecting emails that don't come across as spam. Email blast scheduling and tracking functions that allow you to see who opens the emails are also helpful for gauging interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the reporting feature could be more specific about identifying which recipients opened which emails. While Salesforce integration is helpful and saves time, I've noticed issues with the reporting email sent dates, particularly when sending that information to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospecting, Salesloft saves a lot of time. It allows me to send personalized emails with minimal effort and easily track their open and click-through rates. This is an essential tool for those in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce simplifies importing a single lead or a group of leads quickly. It is also beneficial to use email tracking to determine the best time to contact leads. The interface of Salesloft is simple and intuitive, making it easy to use. Excellent work on the notifications that indicate whether or not an email was received. I use Salesloft to send out email blasts and set up email cadences. Both allow me to quickly send out mass emails to prospects using pre-made templates, making Gmail appear slow in comparison. The dashboard provides valuable information about which emails were read and which were not. It's simple to create unique templates, allowing you to change your message whenever you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, call tracking in Salesloft can be challenging. When I have issues with the quality of Salesloft's recordings, I find that using Salesforce to keep track of my calls is more convenient. The tool's requirement for assistance in uploading leads from Salesforce is also occasionally aggravating. Regardless of its utility, email tracking can be deceptive if the prospect opens their email in Outlook or if you open it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of and sending emails to potential clients is the most valuable feature of Salesloft. It's easy to customize pre-made email templates, and the dashboard makes it simple to see which ones perform well. Salesloft does an excellent job of releasing new features regularly, such as a LinkedIn extension at the bottom of the screen for prospect verification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like some functionality around being able to organize who you call based on timezone and that it shows easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of bugs and difficulties around seeing who viewed your emails, removing people from sequences more easily and others.

An organized way to manage outreach. Allows me to create pipeline.

Salesloft works for transactional sales organizations. Is not a fit for tech or cybersecurity sales orgs

Didnt report that emails were not being sent for 2 weeks back in 2021. Tries to blame customers over taking ownership for mistakes.

It helps with cold calls, and cold emails. It does the bare minimum for a sequencer
Great Salesloft Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to reach out to new prospects. The best thing about this tool is that it can be easily integrated with LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it is not easy to pick the tool as there are not many helpful resources in the user interface. There are resources on their website, but it would be good to have snippets in the user interface instead of being directed to another website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping inbound reps be more productive. This tool makes it easy for agents to follow a prebuilt cadence or build their own. Salesloft also allows managers easily track the agents' activity and train them on what steps they can improve.
