Great Sales Tool

  • November 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of used with this tool vs just reaching out through Gmail or Outlook. Having the organization for the rest of the team to see history is a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes in particular. I feel that this product offers the whole package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospective clients that I want to reach out to.

Huge time-safer in email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's mass emailing features are great for communicating with large groups of people at once. The ability to auto-populate contact details with tags like "First Name" and "Company Name" is beneficial for sending prospecting emails that don't come across as spam. Email blast scheduling and tracking functions that allow you to see who opens the emails are also helpful for gauging interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the reporting feature could be more specific about identifying which recipients opened which emails. While Salesforce integration is helpful and saves time, I've noticed issues with the reporting email sent dates, particularly when sending that information to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospecting, Salesloft saves a lot of time. It allows me to send personalized emails with minimal effort and easily track their open and click-through rates. This is an essential tool for those in sales.

Excellent email tracking and Salesforce integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce simplifies importing a single lead or a group of leads quickly. It is also beneficial to use email tracking to determine the best time to contact leads. The interface of Salesloft is simple and intuitive, making it easy to use. Excellent work on the notifications that indicate whether or not an email was received. I use Salesloft to send out email blasts and set up email cadences. Both allow me to quickly send out mass emails to prospects using pre-made templates, making Gmail appear slow in comparison. The dashboard provides valuable information about which emails were read and which were not. It's simple to create unique templates, allowing you to change your message whenever you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, call tracking in Salesloft can be challenging. When I have issues with the quality of Salesloft's recordings, I find that using Salesforce to keep track of my calls is more convenient. The tool's requirement for assistance in uploading leads from Salesforce is also occasionally aggravating. Regardless of its utility, email tracking can be deceptive if the prospect opens their email in Outlook or if you open it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of and sending emails to potential clients is the most valuable feature of Salesloft. It's easy to customize pre-made email templates, and the dashboard makes it simple to see which ones perform well. Salesloft does an excellent job of releasing new features regularly, such as a LinkedIn extension at the bottom of the screen for prospect verification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like some functionality around being able to organize who you call based on timezone and that it shows easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of bugs and difficulties around seeing who viewed your emails, removing people from sequences more easily and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organized way to manage outreach. Allows me to create pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft continues to tail other vendors in the space and lacks innovation
What do you dislike about the product?
multi domain email integration, an ability to prospect with advanced AI tools, not the basics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with cold calls, and cold emails. It does the bare minimum for a sequencer

Great Salesloft Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to reach out to new prospects. The best thing about this tool is that it can be easily integrated with LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it is not easy to pick the tool as there are not many helpful resources in the user interface. There are resources on their website, but it would be good to have snippets in the user interface instead of being directed to another website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping inbound reps be more productive. This tool makes it easy for agents to follow a prebuilt cadence or build their own. Salesloft also allows managers easily track the agents' activity and train them on what steps they can improve.

Game-changer in email sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily monitor your leads and customers using the "Live Feed." Thanks to recent updates, I can now track whether a recipient opened an email or clicked on a link (with robust tracking options) I sent. It changed the game as soon as it went live, and the entire office took notice. The ability to automatically log and track emails are helpful. I especially like the tracking features, or how notifications are displayed, compared to similar tools on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to go through the contact's internal Menu to log calls or add a note, which is a significant pain point for me. The quickest method would be to use the Activity section. This is the most critical disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue we faced and sought a solution for was tracking whether or not customers read the emails they received and whether or not they clicked any links in them. With this tool, I now have various options for improving my communication with others. The availability of numerous templates for automating communications is another significant benefit. I saved much time that I would have otherwise spent writing and revising text by using them.

The Salesloft user interface is "simple to navigate" and "organized."

What do you like best about the product?
There is no doubt that automated functions are Salesloft's best feature. Having a set email and phone sequence prepared in advance by your sales executives and marketing team allows you to walk in each day, click on the Salesloft page, and get started immediately. This eliminates any additional responsibilities or required preparation time for writing emails from scratch or debating about procedures. You can now focus on completing necessary tasks, such as building your network and finding and removing bad leads from good accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that early-stage businesses would benefit immensely from a " touchpoint schedule" along a timeline, which would help them make the most of their time in the workplace. If the representative receives too many touches, they may feel overwhelmed; if they receive too few hints, they may become bored. Another thing I noticed is that Salesloft only sometimes synchronizes the typefaces used for the email body and signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has helped me to keep better track of my contacts and their emailing habits, which has, in turn, made my work as a sales representative more efficient by decreasing the number of times I have had to contact the same people multiple times within a short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole team was very supportive. The onboarding specialist took the time to ensure we were ready to launch our platform. The whole team was flexible and interactive throughout the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was tough at times to make sure we had everything done by the deadlines. It's quite a few tasks to get through, we were working on a tight deadline. More check ins would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect with a large volume of leads automatically. We have a great marketing team that provides tons of leads so having this software will allow us to connect with many potential customers.

Solid product!

What do you like best about the product?
My only other experience with sales/ lead automation tools of this nature was at my previous job. We used a competitor's tool and there were just a lot more noticeable bugs and functionality issues. The option to "schedule all" emails is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few aspects of the cadence feature don't always work perfectly, though I can't tell if that's on our side or just how the software works. It seems like customers who reply to one of the cadence emails sometimes stay in the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us automate our lead follow up and ensure that we have the necessary number of touchpoints in order to capture our prospects' attention. Without it, much of our follow-up would be tracking in Excel spreadsheets or pen and paper, and with the sheer number of prospects we contact on a weekly basis, it'd be impossible to keep up with.
