amazing love it
What do you like best about the product?
timed steps that tell me when to do circle back and analytics to help me improve week over week. I also enjoy the organization and cleanliness of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email chains break, would like to have a seperate function to keep track of prospects similar to a google sheet. My number gets logged as spam often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I am doing my necessary outreach in a timely manner. Keeping track of opportunities and making sure I'm not stepping on anyone's toes. Great!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have mistakenly called people by using the quick dial action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track who is seeing and reading my emails. This allows me to target next steps in outreach.
Great system over all. Minimal-to-no glitches, works very fast, and logs information well.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's best trait may be its dashboard setup. It is well organized, easy to navigate, and keeps all accounts/ information looking clean. It's also very fast in terms of both user-speed and ability to quickly scan pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to quickly identify call connects and email replies. It's simple to scroll really fast and spot the key terms, but data on call connects would help quickly identify warm history.
Under the contact name/ title, there are 5 options with space for a 6th to show call connect history.
The search bar also should auto-delete after each search. It seems odd to complete a search and the search-bar remains full while on the next page.
Adding new contacts to a "Qualified out' account should automatically udpate the account to prospect. at the moment, when doing this, contacts are automatically removed from a cadence after completing the first few steps and in my early days I completely lost track of a few because they were dropped from cadence while switching pages, so I didn't even see the occurance until coming across the lead's page at a later date.

It is very helpful to keep track of all contacts, to help avoid misplacing a leads and prevent cadences form falling out of line. The organizational part it's my favorite, because it leads to faster clicks and work flows.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Salesloft, but its ability to predict how far along the sales funnel a lead is before becoming ripe for the picking is one of its best characteristics. Another great thing about Salesloft is that it monitors email metrics such as delivery rate, read rate, bounce rate, click rate and response rate. This information can be helpful when establishing a cadence. Additionally, Sales loft has a call recording feature which allows users to record calls and play them later at any time - this is an extremely valuable feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is the lack of customization options. For example, I can't view all the information I need to evaluate my team's performance. Additionally, analytical capabilities and report generation are limited. Finally, some of the logic used by Salesloft – such as marking a call as "successful" – cannot be modified. This means that I can't apply filters to see only calls (rather than based on call volume) that have been marked as successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesloft is facing two problems: consistency in communication and enhancing email design template capability. The first problem can be addressed by making sure that all representatives use the same outreach methods and templates. The second problem can be tackled by gradually increasing customization options for emails, moving from "send to all" designs to highly customized ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily send e-mails to many customers at once. And an analysis report is excellent for finding essential leads.

I can't use a table in Salesloft e-mail.

Salesloft reinforces our sales and marketing activity. This comprehensive platform contributes to generating more revenue.
Salesloft - balance between high-quality content and number of emails.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send multiple e-mails at once, at a predetermined time, and so on is an excellent feature. I like how Salesloft keeps track of everything and integrates with Salesforce, so I don't have to enter data twice. The user interface is well-organized, intuitive, and straightforward. The software concept is brilliant because it solves a significant problem in business acquisition and sales e-mails: how to achieve a balance between producing high-quality e-mails and sending a large number of them. Using cadences and templates, we can provide templates for various campaigns or add customized tracking to links for more timely reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics capabilities are also limited. I once had trouble sending an e-mail due to a glitch in my Gmail integration, and now I'm concerned that f my client e-mails are being flagged as spam as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helped us to automate and streamline our communication and outreach processes. We can use Salesloft to create "cadences" that will send multiple e-mails to our leads at predetermined intervals.
Very helpful and useful tool getting info out to cust and keeping track.

definitely passing along effective communication in our voltile market. keeping customers informed is crucial.
Establishing my cadences with Salesloft and Salesforce integration.
What do you like best about the product?
Following each step to achieve your goals and metrics is simple once you've established cadences. It's so simple to click "Next Step" and send multiple e-mails with a single click in the following step or to log a call just by clicking the call result. Making VOIP calls directly from my computer is fantastic, even though I haven't used Salesloft's built-in auto-dialer very often. Because of the integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud, the calls and e-mails recorded in the system are reflected in Salesforce. Our daily metrics are tracked there, making it simple to see who on the team has met their phone call and e-mail goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although customizing each cadence takes time, it is ultimately beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to make my e-mails more relevant to the person I'm contacting. However, for mass mailings, it's great to have access to an adaptable template that has worked well for other marketing/sales representatives.

Customisation in cadences and an easy call option on the dialer pad have been my most helpful function. I also like their cadence review option and automatic contact removal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be the dispositions, and they're constrained as per my region. I would have appreciated if a few more options were available such as a prospect is a customer, existing opportunity etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps plan your day, week, and month ahead of time. Another important function that I find very useful is the toggle button for vacation mode so that individual cadences aren't to be changed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it interacts with our SalesForce CRM. I like the managed package provided where it provides a lot of great out of the box features. The analytics feature was something that we never had and it's great to be able to see our SalesLoft activities on a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the area for improvement could be with the dialer. Currently there is no way to transfer a call. If that can be integrated that would make the tool work better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Inside Sales are measured on their level of activities. By having SalesLoft it syncs every activity performed by the sales rep without having the sales rep having to do duplicate manual work to log their activities. This directly impacts their commission structure.
