What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate and intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-ups can get annoying and sometimes not all my contacts show up in the right cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me with my outreach and keeps everything logged and easy to access

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to plan communication steps with my customers, so planning future emails, follow-ups, reminders for calls etc. This allows me to stay on top of my prospecting efforts and get feedback on what communication is successful, and who is even looking at my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are businesses that have spam filters enabled which block the likes of Salesloft getting through. I have had instances where the customers firewall has blocked my email address which has made it difficult to get through to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled outreach, which allows for constant activity and will also keep me organised and provide me with reminders to reach out to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sending out mass emails, but customized to each client so that they find it relevant. Hence, my clients don't feel like receiving another general newsletter.
What do you dislike about the product?
People importing is quite complicated. Once i remove people, I can't add them again easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to use complicated merged mail.

Salesloft is very simple to use and to understand.

- The reports are to simple. Not enough flexibility to get a maximum of data without treatment
- The tracking

It is very easy to onboard sales on this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences help to keep the work at a certain pace and not miss any steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I believe can be improved is the text messaging system.

Keeping the follow-ups automatic is the huge help

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps and tracks all my prospecting activities in one place. Create cadences that are effective and concise, all while allowing me to track and monitor my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform will not recognize when I receive a bounce back email for a wrong email address which can be a little frustrating as I will have to manually remove a contact from a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introductory calls/emails and information sharing are done easily with Salesloft. I am able to keep dripping information to prospects that is relevant to their business and ties it to mine.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very smooth and makes for a really organized workflow. Very little issues with the interface. I use it every single day
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there can be small tweaks and bug fixes. Also, it would be nice if calls can be split up by just timezone and not by cadence, then timezone. That would make it easier to just go through all calls based on time regardless of their cadence step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without salesloft my job would take me 5x as long. It keeps all of my outreach structured and consistent. Saves me time with notes and prior activity.

I can get what used to take eight hours done in one hour
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies have a firewall against SL emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of them.. I dont know how people did sales without it

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesloft does so much hard work for me behind the scenes. Between the cadences and the dialer feature, I am able to leverage Saleloft to expand my reach with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to take groups of contacts out of a cadence all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows me to focus on my larger accounts by ensuring that my smaller accounts are still getting touched.
