What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadence options, makes my PG activity veyr easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the "opt out" option sent with every email. Makes even personalized emails feel like mass marketing.

The best prospecting platform on the market - bar none
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's tool is second to none. They stream line all of the prospecting tasks into a single dashboard that is easy to navigate, access, and complete. The calling, email, and book meeting features are also incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint about Salesloft is I wish the emails were sent automatically in cadences. Its a minor complaint though - because this feature actually lets me ensure I am sending the right email before it sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping us prospect faster, to more high quality contacts, and with more efficiency. We actually have a tool that works for us, rather than setting us back.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact we can see how emails would look like on mobile. Not only that, but being able to place prospects into multiple cadences is helpful when running separate campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to say what I dislike. My experience with Salesloft has been exceptional.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is giving me the peace of mind that I will not miss a step in my cadence. Also, knowing that I can see when prospects open and click on my content and turn into a hot lead is critical for outreach.
Salesloft is an incredible tool
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Salesforce, the ease in which to add contacts/accounts to an outreach cadence. The notifications in real time when you get a response. The automatic removal of a prospect if they've responded negatively. It's just a great sales tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that isn't working well. It was easy to learn & is super intuitive. The integrations with my CRM & Gmail are essential to my role here at Square.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing relevant, top prospects without an invasive surprise cold call. The email cadences combined with the phone/social media/text outreach is superb. It allows me to find deals that I would never have a shot at if I were simply sourcing without it.

It links into our Salesforce CRM and gives our salespeople a structured business approach

My dislikes are more about my understanding of Salesloft and Salesforce, but as I improve those I'm sure I'll be fine. I;ll improve myself before judgement

Salesloft is solving our goto market by making it easy for us to set up sales campaign cadences and role out across the sales floor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the ability to create cadences across multiple crm platforms and email. It is incredibly intutive and helpful in my day to day prospecting.

Can't think of anything I dislike about the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which outreach to hundreds of prospects can be done is truly amazing.
The simple layout and useability of the platform is amongst one of the hallmarks of its success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issue, I'm not too fond of the colour scheme; if the skin could be changed or allowed, the use of a night mode would be preferable.

Allowing our business to rapidly gain notoriety through outreach and provide our company with several sales opportunities whilst acting as a form of marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
timed steps that tell me when to do circle back and analytics to help me improve week over week. I also enjoy the organization and cleanliness of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email chains break, would like to have a seperate function to keep track of prospects similar to a google sheet. My number gets logged as spam often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I am doing my necessary outreach in a timely manner. Keeping track of opportunities and making sure I'm not stepping on anyone's toes. Great!

I have mistakenly called people by using the quick dial action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track who is seeing and reading my emails. This allows me to target next steps in outreach.
Great system over all. Minimal-to-no glitches, works very fast, and logs information well.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's best trait may be its dashboard setup. It is well organized, easy to navigate, and keeps all accounts/ information looking clean. It's also very fast in terms of both user-speed and ability to quickly scan pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to quickly identify call connects and email replies. It's simple to scroll really fast and spot the key terms, but data on call connects would help quickly identify warm history.
Under the contact name/ title, there are 5 options with space for a 6th to show call connect history.
The search bar also should auto-delete after each search. It seems odd to complete a search and the search-bar remains full while on the next page.
Adding new contacts to a "Qualified out' account should automatically udpate the account to prospect. at the moment, when doing this, contacts are automatically removed from a cadence after completing the first few steps and in my early days I completely lost track of a few because they were dropped from cadence while switching pages, so I didn't even see the occurance until coming across the lead's page at a later date.

It is very helpful to keep track of all contacts, to help avoid misplacing a leads and prevent cadences form falling out of line. The organizational part it's my favorite, because it leads to faster clicks and work flows.
