This is a must have service!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft integrates perfectly with our SalesForce. We can make our work more efficient by creating a central location for our outreach cadences. We can create email templates and calls and track our performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly, don't have anything that I truly dislike... if I had to choose one thing, a few more automations would be helpful. Also, built in videos would be helpful to know how to use the service better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in our outreach and cadence follow ups. We are able to keep track and actual data of how our outreach abilities are doing while also keeping us organized and not letting any organization fall through the cracks in a cadence.
Salesloft and ME
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity of making phone calls and creating email templates. The tag system is a great way to start organized and prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not get how you are unable to look at future tasks. I get you can to each cadence but that is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send a lot of emails at a time but the limit sucks
Great Outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
The live Feed section shows opens on an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to send an email immediately to folks in a cadence should be an option instead of following the specific days of a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing opens and clicks on email outreach is super beneficial
Awesome tools for calls and mass amounts of emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can send out mass amounts of emails all with one click. You can also add in prompts to personalize each email with the names, dates, companies, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times that the system gets clogged up when trying to send out mass amounts of emails, but you just have to up how long between each email it takes to send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the big issue at my career of not being able to send out multiple emails at once. It would take hours to send each email, up to 1000 a day. I am also now able to track when someone clicks, opens, and views the email I sent them.
Best sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love sales loft, I truly think it is the best sales tool out there. Navigating through cadences is easy, and I rarely have issues with calls. It's a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit disappointed that salesloft is getting rid of reminders. I find them extremely helpful to use and am now trying to phase myself out of using them since they are going away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of problems that salesloft solves. One aspect I love is the reminder tool that helps me easy remember where I have to call at certain times. It's very helpful.
Since being introduced to Saleloft 2016, I am amazed on how life has become more effective

What do you like best about the product?
Automated sequences have made life so much easier for outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no LinkedIn button on each contact record to log LinkedIn interactions (connection requests, inMails, or even just basic messaging)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft takes a lot of time and organization from my day-to-day roles/responsibilities. In previous companies I've worked at without SalesLoft, it was tedious to streamline outreach, maintain organization, and run a tight cadence on prospects. Salesloft has helped with this tremendously.
Easy Customer Contact
What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to schedule next steps for customer contact and to note the reason for the call/email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have auto sync with Google Calendar for appointment calls. Right now, I schedule in SalesLoft and then put on my Google Calendar if it's to happen at a specific day and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences automate the call / email outreach when trying to get an account's attention which saves considerable time and energy.
Industry Standard
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft does everything I need it to do from an individual contributor side. I can build out my cadences, loft emails out directly through gmail, dial through the SL dialer, and track clicks on opens for resources, case studies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add someone to a cadence directly from Gmail - I'm not sure if this is a current feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound sales cadences, tracking interest in a deal based on open rate, click rate, buying signals like that. Helps me keep track of the different folks in my pipeline and when to reach back out without having to remember it. One less thing to deal with one my plate thanks to Salesloft.

The fact that it's very intuitive and gives accurate data
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the calendar glitch, when you try to insert a link to your calendar the mouse doesn't work, you need to do it by the arrow keys
