Best sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love sales loft, I truly think it is the best sales tool out there. Navigating through cadences is easy, and I rarely have issues with calls. It's a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit disappointed that salesloft is getting rid of reminders. I find them extremely helpful to use and am now trying to phase myself out of using them since they are going away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of problems that salesloft solves. One aspect I love is the reminder tool that helps me easy remember where I have to call at certain times. It's very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated sequences have made life so much easier for outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no LinkedIn button on each contact record to log LinkedIn interactions (connection requests, inMails, or even just basic messaging)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft takes a lot of time and organization from my day-to-day roles/responsibilities. In previous companies I've worked at without SalesLoft, it was tedious to streamline outreach, maintain organization, and run a tight cadence on prospects. Salesloft has helped with this tremendously.

Easy Customer Contact

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to schedule next steps for customer contact and to note the reason for the call/email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have auto sync with Google Calendar for appointment calls. Right now, I schedule in SalesLoft and then put on my Google Calendar if it's to happen at a specific day and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences automate the call / email outreach when trying to get an account's attention which saves considerable time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft does everything I need it to do from an individual contributor side. I can build out my cadences, loft emails out directly through gmail, dial through the SL dialer, and track clicks on opens for resources, case studies, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add someone to a cadence directly from Gmail - I'm not sure if this is a current feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound sales cadences, tracking interest in a deal based on open rate, click rate, buying signals like that. Helps me keep track of the different folks in my pipeline and when to reach back out without having to remember it. One less thing to deal with one my plate thanks to Salesloft.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's very intuitive and gives accurate data
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the calendar glitch, when you try to insert a link to your calendar the mouse doesn't work, you need to do it by the arrow keys

Good but not as automated as it could be

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are very flexible and format nicely with pictures, text formatting etc. They also have a lot of options for custom fields. In-built meeting button system, which also has a field within a cadence. I also always use the X days from now field in my cadences. Out of office feature to detect auto-replies seems to work well. Varients are also useful. Love email tracking, works really well and wish I had this before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when importing contacts multiple times I realise later they have not been assigned to the correct company on salesloft. The process of mass-importing people was also tricky to start with and I ended up doing it account by account which took a while because I couldn't work out how to do it en-mass from a list of contacts while still being sure they were going to go to the right company on salesloft. When an email bounces, I have to put it back into a cadence manually and re-customise the email. From the company view on salesloft it isn't obvious how many contacts or which contacts are in cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending outreach emails to potential new prospects. Otherwise I would not have time to contact so many people indivually all with customised emails. Also helps me keep track of my KPIs and it syncs directly in to salesforce which is great for reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to complete tailored emails to select user groups (on mass) and the ability to create detailed cadences which you can track to closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internal limitation - currently not able to create cadences internally from scratch; have to tweak cadences that are pre-approved by the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and being disciplined.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard. It reminds me of what to do on a daily basis. The holiday feature is great although sometimes it doesn't get the date right. I wish we could change the return date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I change an email on SalesLoft, it reverts to the original email eventually. This is very annoying for prospects whose emails have bounced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work management. Analytics. Storing contact data.

What do you like best about the product?
With Salesloft, calling or emailing contacts is straightforward and convenient. Making phone calls is simplified by having a good dial pad and access to extensions. We can easily monitor the performance of our emails, phone calls, and replies with SalesLoft and gain insights from the data we collect. Having each contact's information at my fingertips has allowed me to approach customers more strategically and better understand their roles and responsibilities within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that integrating the SalesLoft dashboard with more SalesForce features would make it far more helpful. I'd like SalesLoft to display our current assets, including contact lists, and other relevant data, using our SalesForce data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can address prospecting process issues using SalesLoft. As a result, we can multitask better and serve more customers in less time. Knowing how many people read and responded to my emails is a big step toward improving our email templates. SalesLoft has simplified the process of contacting clients and selling our cloud/software.
