I use Salesloft as an AE.
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility into prospects viewing and clicking into emails. I use Salesloft as an AE. The tool makes it easy to track prospect interactions and follow up with phone calls and emails. The cadence functionality also helps to stay on top of opportunities and keep them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really sticks out that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with active opportunities and providing visibility into engagement.
Simplifies and streamlines sales processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft simplifies and streamlines the process of organizing and monitoring leads and contacts. Outstanding features include pausing, modifying, and automating cadences. Scheduling emails for specific times is also easy, and duties have a great feature that lets you save unsent emails as drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think additional functionality, such as the ability to delegate tasks to coworkers, would be a plus. A further recommendation is to make it simpler to modify due dates. I also have trouble pinning notes automatically. Lastly, it isn't enjoyable when emails you send don't properly ascend to your lofted folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads' email chains and making sure I'm always on top of my own is essential for effective outreach. As a result, I can see how many tasks I have due each day, which aids in my ability to design and prioritize.
Salesloft is an excellent method for finding new customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Its utility, friendliness, and use are my favorite aspects of SalesLoft. All your major KPIs are consolidated into a single area, one of SalesLoft's benefits. It is straightforward to record phone calls, messages, contacts, and team members. Linking your account with your email account provider is all that I need to track emails. It is a useful feature to be able to send emails at a later time and pause them if a mistake is identified. One more favorite SalesLoft features are the capacity to create cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that the user interface makes it difficult to control my campaign calendar. In other apps I've used, like Sendbloom, the interface is more intuitive and easy to use. If SalesLoft updated its UI, it would make using the app much more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesloft team was looking for a way to increase their number of initial client meetings and broaden their reach. They could do this in just a few days by using email, LinkedIn, and telephone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy sequencing, the ability to manage your deals in SalesLoft and to have it update in salesforce and the ability to make phone calls from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
loses connectivity w/ calendar and email and have to update that regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach, monitoring who's opening/clicking emails, updating deal status and making phone calls all within one platform.
Even though its not the most user friendly platform, its a great tool and serve its purpose well.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like it the most is how easy it is to add contacts from extentions into both automatic and manuall cadences. You can do it straight from linkedin and LinkedIn Salesnavigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more user friendly in terms of layout. Also, from time to time tools disconnect. If you try to add contacts from salesloft to linkedIn, sometimes you have to turn it on and off before doing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping me to reach out to my contacts at scale. You can do it either automatically or manually with well defined steps. Also, it's a very data driven platform where i can get insights about my strategies.
In a nutshell, it is accessible to all users.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesloft is scheduling many contacts with prospective and current consumers. This lets you track who responds to your emails and clicks on the links they contain, helping you optimize your operations. Additionally, integrations with applications are essential for a smooth user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulty utilizing the tag aspect of Salesloft. While the tagging system appeared to perform well in theory, searching for certain tags was exceedingly tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the problem of how to best engage with buyers across multiple channels and benefit from that engagement through increased sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesloft is their cadences. It helps us stay engaged with our clients. It's like my mega assistant that ensures my task are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to make the calls individually and that I have to wait for the phone to stop ringing so I can leave a voicemail. Other than that, everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping to eliminate the manual processes/task. We are able to see all our tasks in one page and know what tasks are due for the day. It is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize my approach with cadences and easily add prospects to a cadence or remove them. The ability to add GIFs and videos to my email outreach has been a fun addition also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer needs to be updated. I wish it would listen for the beep when I get voicemail and automatically drop my voicemail in vs. having to wait for the beep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft creates a nice To Do list for me to complete sales steps each day. It keeps track of calls, emails, meetings, etc. I like that I won't lose track of anyone i.e. I know when and how to reach out to certain prospects.
Great tool and very easy and intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Intergration with SFDC makes it a breeze to use. So it just fits into my day to day use. I can see all the data about my prespecting actvities as well as client contact history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing only the new contacts from SFDC to salesloft can be better. Currently the new imported contacts appear with older ones and you have to sift through the list to add them to cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to use salesloft from my CRM allows me to better interact with my clients. The cadences make it really easy to reach out and keep up to date with prospects.
Outreach and tracking made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the most effective software for outbound sales efforts, in my opinion. In addition, it integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce) and offers every conceivable option for monitoring incoming and outgoing communications. The detailed activity logs and cadence generator integrated into the account pages of the system make it easy to keep track of who has reached out to which accounts and customers. If you work for a large organization, it can be challenging to keep track of who contacts which clients. However, Salesloft makes it easy to see who uploaded what data and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is no longer integrated with Owler News. There must be a good motivation for this, but it makes me yearn for the days when I could start reviewing a company or checking by viewing a collection of their most recent news articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft's assistance, I've been able to streamline my sales outreach and maximize the daily time I dedicate to it. In addition, I enjoy reviewing the interactions of other colleagues with customers, sending emails, and other tracking activities.
