Great tool for prospecting and uncovering insights
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to see when emails are opened. Nice seeing things in real time so I can know when prospects are actively engaged. I have not used competitive products to compare it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. The platform is always working and the sync to salesforce is great. My team uses it more for major prospecting efforts and have not had major issues - except for a daily limit of 250 messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has helped in the automation of cadences the allow our team to be more productive - and successful in setting up meetings. Prospecting can be daunting - this helps!
Love the Cadence Feature!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadence feature is salesloft the best because it makes it easy for me to know when to reach out to my prospects next and I can preload templates to give me an idea of what to say. There are so many options, it makes it easy for me to make sure I'm not resending emails to the same prospects and that I'm switching up my subject lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my company hasn't subscribed to Salesloft's softphone so I have to use an external software for that, but that isn't really Salesloft's fault. I'm sure if I had access to their softphone it would work more seamlessly than the manual system I have now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to manually go through my pipeline each day to know who needs further outreach. I can put the prospects on a timer through Salesloft so I know exactly where they stand and what email to send next.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Salesloft was what drew me in. It has been highly beneficial in terms of efficiency and organization. Integrating Salesloft with other platforms such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, and others have been incredibly beneficial to me in the early stages of the sales process. Having all relevant data at my fingertips is invaluable when I can catch someone on the call or write a customized email. SalesLoft is especially useful for me in keeping track of the intervals at which I contact prospects. Furthermore, I can collaborate with other colleagues and team members to share and compare cadences, allowing us to all benefit from each other's experiences rather than having to invent the exact solutions quickly. Other features I appreciate include local phone numbers and email tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to handle those cases via email because responding to a single inquiry in SalesLoft can be time-consuming. It takes some time to import leads into SalesLoft at first, but everything runs smoothly after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has helped track top-of-funnel activity; the days of keeping a tally in an Excel spreadsheet and reusing an email template are long gone. Using Salesloft improved my work results and encouraged teamwork. Thanks to this program, I can better organize my efforts and reach out to more people in less time while maintaining my personalized and detailed outreach.
Design that is both rational and potent.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesloft is its unique capabilities, constant updates, and easy integration with my CRM system. It's saved me so much time and hassle that it's become invaluable. The user interface is highly user-friendly while providing enough options to automate sales cadences without sacrificing the ability to send individually crafted emails. I also love how you can use cadence snippets to address particular customers by name. This tool would be incredibly beneficial for any team - from salespeople to marketers to operations personnel! My organization uses every newly introduced feature, and we're delighted with it - especially given its price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
From our CRM data, I would like SalesLoft to present information about our incumbents, contact lists, and assets. It would be fantastic if SalesLoft could integrate with more areas of our CRM so that data from those areas could be displayed within SalesLoft. I'd rather not have to go through Cisco whenever a call comes in and have it instead go directly to SalesLo ft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are minimal configuration requirements, so it was straightforward for me to implement. However, my staff adapted quickly and overcame every obstacle previously standing between them and successful sales generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me organize my sales outreach. Before Salesloft, I would frequently lose track of my prospects after sending two or three emails, and they would fall through the cracks. My coworkers and I share patterns and methods of operation. I am informed of which emails receive the most opens and replies. Integration with LinkedIn facilitates communication with individuals through multiple channels. Integration with Vidyard enables me to create videos for proposal explanations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface can be sluggish, mainly when adding people to cadences or moving them between stages. You cannot contact someone a colleague has just spoken to because the process cannot be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables the analysis of open, click, and response rates that facilitate AB testing. By organizing my outreach, I can ensure we capture the prospects later in the cadence. Attributing CRM opportunities to a type of Salesloft outreach - we can validate who our marketing colleagues should target and choose the content. Our input metrics as a whole improve due to Salesloft. Salesloft lets us determine how many prospects we must speak with each day to achieve our objectives.
Excellent customer support, but sometimes slow.
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the Salesloft employees is a pleasure. I frequently participate in calls for user feedback and interview panels. I appreciate their interest in hearing our feedback and discussing ideas for future product enhancements. They have looked out for the organization's best interests and never represented us dishonestly. They have no intention of taking advantage of you and genuinely wish for your success. The Salesloft development team places a premium on delivering customer-desired features in a manner that considers their requirements. The product is continuously enhanced to perform its function more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, support tickets are frequently forwarded until I am finally transferred to tier 2. The number of times I must explain myself and respond to requests for information I have already provided is absurd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, we can analyze our productive cadences in greater detail. As a result, our inbound marketing process is entirely streamlined. Activity monitoring and sending regular emails are easily automatable. Since users can now easily adjust their schedules to accommodate meeting times, they save four hours per week on average. Due to the increase in our conversion rate, we've been able to adhere to our "no client left behind" ideology. We have reorganized our outbound procedure and are currently implementing standardization of cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SalesLoft, our sales and business development team can use outreach efforts more efficiently. Our sales team could prioritize cadences and various campaigns by customizing their email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to their day-to-day routines. Similarly, the SalesForce integration is highly adaptable and robust. During the prospecting phase, we can implement multiple automation rules to maintain clean data and reduce the need for manual processes. The LinkedIn integrations make it easier to track essential data. You can rely on the helpful support staff to promptly respond to inquiries and provide guidance on resolving product issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Competitors provide superior workflow management. By integrating with additional marketing tools, the process of adding contacts and leads can be further streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to streamline our business sales engagement, so we implemented a tool that allows us to establish cadences, give BDRs control over their prospect lists, and generate opportunities. Due to the platform's effectiveness in managing the opportunities by our Sales and BDR team, we increased its use in our company.
Great platform capabilities + great service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the comprehensive capabilities the tool offers to enable any sales, inside sales, bizdev or telemarketing rep to succeed at scale. In addition, SalesLoft provides super helpful additional services that help you get more out of the platform and the biggest possible bank for your buck.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick a downside, it'd probably be a lack of flexibility in user/role-based pricing. A bit of sophistication in offering pricing models that consider how different user roles use the platform would probably help (eg. if a specific role only uses reports, it could be priced differently than a role that uses most of the executional functionalities).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Demand Gen team do outreach at scale while being able to analyze what outreach tactics, messaging, content work better so we can consistently improve and optimize how we try to reach and break into our target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft offers numerous advantages as a sales tool. The intuitive layout and user-friendliness of Salesloft made it simple to implement and train my colleagues. Salesloft and Salesforce integration makes it easy for me to analyze data and provide my team feedback on areas where they can improve. My team uses cadences frequently in our interactions with prospects and clients. The detailed reporting capabilities of Salesforce and SalesLoft have helped us improve our understanding of the optimal daily cadences, templates, and times to contact our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it may be difficult to grasp certain technical aspects. I could get most of my instances up and working without Salesloft's assistance, but it would be ideal if I could handle everything independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team can maximize its reach across all main channels, allowing us to use some lesser-used channels. Salesloft provides an ability to automate cadence steps and incorporate intent intelligence, which is revolutionary. In my opinion, this is Salesloft's most significant competitive advantage.
