User friendly, great analytics & customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed working with our salesperson and our implementation consultant to introduce Salesloft to our organization. Our last sales cadencing tool was lackluster in features, usability & analytics. Salesloft is much more straightforward, allowing our salespeople & sales managers to work more efficiently & effectively. The setup process was extensive, which I appreciated. We genuinely feel we understand how to administer changes to the platform at the leadership level as well as execute at the user level. Also, Salesloft has a nice integration with Salesforce, allowing our team to conintue to drive & not detract from CRM adoption. Great tool, would recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides to Salesloft currently is their mobile app. Our team hasn't found this portion of Salesloft to be as sophisticated as the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves our need to systematically execute prospecting & nurturing. Our last sales cadencing tool did not support our needs, including better analytics & overall usage.

What do you like best about the product?
salesloft is excellent because it's visually appealing and helps me keep track of projects, workflows, and task monitoring. I also love that it allows me to add checklists, documents, and automation to my work to increase workplace productivity. The additional calendar features are also helpful in keeping track of issues and upcoming assignments. Salesloft is appealing, and easy-to-use so we can remain informed without wasting time trying to understand the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is not very flexible, which can be a disadvantage if you need to try different approaches before finding the one that works best for your team. It also took time to figure out an efficient way to allocate and manage tasks among multiple teams and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our only problem with Salesloft is its cost and excellent efficiency. It's been an invaluable tool for our company since its inception, but we haven't been able to use it to arrange our tasks effectively.
Outstanding product with reminders and prospects that save much time.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SalesLoft is how it automatically syncs with Salesforce to track everything from phone calls and emails to notes and Linkedin Sales Navigator data. In addition, it provides call recordings that can be edited in minutes and synced back to Salesforce with all pertinent Contact and Account information. The best part is setting up cadences, so I can email a prospect, follow them on LinkedIn, call them the next day, and email and text them the following day. Creating a regular schedule and adding a new lead is a pleasurable practice. The system prompts me with the following steps and provides context so I can effectively communicate with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much cause for complaint, so I'm satisfied. Initially, I was skeptical of the customer service, but they provided an outstanding customer service experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, I can access SFDC with minimal effort. Notifications of forthcoming tasks that reduce my cognitive load. Letting the SalesLoft system remind me where I am in the prospecting process saves time and effort.
Great customer service and nice product
What do you like best about the product?
Good onboarding process. Easy to use platform with clear reporting and set up features. Their onboarding consultants are extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some features that other sales platforms have as standard but nothing that would be a major pain point. Increasing number of users on basic package would be a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a clear and easy-to-use platform for us to conduct customer outreach. This allows us to increase and improve our outreach performance and gives us good actionable insights in the reporting dashboard.
Salesloft is the best way to increase sales for your business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the people at Salesloft best. They were the determining element in our decision to go with them after we compared their tools to those of other suppliers and found them comparable. We have found their sales team to be very accommodating and considerate of our time constraints. Their installation coordinator has been accommodating and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
A) I don't like that Salesforce's email template selection procedure has changed, and I must use a pop-up menu to choose one instead of doing everything on one screen. B) Another thing is that if you're not careful when entering phone numbers into Salesloft, you won't be able to dial using Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesloft is significantly more efficient than traditional outbound prospecting techniques, allowing users to spend more time speaking with prospective consumers rather than manually researching leads. This results in increased opportunities to plan meetings and improved conversion rates.
A/B testing for sequences made easy
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, I loved how much control we had over A/B testing variations of each step within a cadence. We were able to use the data on open rates, click rates, and more to ensure that we were sending our prospects meaningful and helpful emails and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we would have been able to see all of the steps in a sequence on the same page, rather than having to open them individually. It would have been great to have more predictive features, like suggesting the best time to send an email or message to a specific contact or account.

Salesloft allowed us to import, keep track of, and reach out to prospects without getting too bogged down in manual tasks. It allowed our team to make more touch points and set

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility into prospects viewing and clicking into emails. I use Salesloft as an AE. The tool makes it easy to track prospect interactions and follow up with phone calls and emails. The cadence functionality also helps to stay on top of opportunities and keep them engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really sticks out that I dislike.

Simplifies and streamlines sales processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft simplifies and streamlines the process of organizing and monitoring leads and contacts. Outstanding features include pausing, modifying, and automating cadences. Scheduling emails for specific times is also easy, and duties have a great feature that lets you save unsent emails as drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think additional functionality, such as the ability to delegate tasks to coworkers, would be a plus. A further recommendation is to make it simpler to modify due dates. I also have trouble pinning notes automatically. Lastly, it isn't enjoyable when emails you send don't properly ascend to your lofted folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads' email chains and making sure I'm always on top of my own is essential for effective outreach. As a result, I can see how many tasks I have due each day, which aids in my ability to design and prioritize.
Salesloft is an excellent method for finding new customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Its utility, friendliness, and use are my favorite aspects of SalesLoft. All your major KPIs are consolidated into a single area, one of SalesLoft's benefits. It is straightforward to record phone calls, messages, contacts, and team members. Linking your account with your email account provider is all that I need to track emails. It is a useful feature to be able to send emails at a later time and pause them if a mistake is identified. One more favorite SalesLoft features are the capacity to create cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is that the user interface makes it difficult to control my campaign calendar. In other apps I've used, like Sendbloom, the interface is more intuitive and easy to use. If SalesLoft updated its UI, it would make using the app much more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesloft team was looking for a way to increase their number of initial client meetings and broaden their reach. They could do this in just a few days by using email, LinkedIn, and telephone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy sequencing, the ability to manage your deals in SalesLoft and to have it update in salesforce and the ability to make phone calls from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
loses connectivity w/ calendar and email and have to update that regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach, monitoring who's opening/clicking emails, updating deal status and making phone calls all within one platform.
