Great automating tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the "deals" tab, automatic cadences, and the ability to create templates to automate emails. I also find it helpful to have the live feed and be notified when my prospects are reading and interacting with my emails. Automatic cadences are suburb as they provide easy steps to follow up with a prospect and eliminate the need to track follow-ups or create my own "cadences".
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with salesforce glitches and I cannot use saleloft until I restart my computer. I would like to use the analytics tab more but find it confusing and inaccurate I.e the section "best time to call" does not reflect my actual dial vs pickup rate. There are many dots in that section, the page is not user friendly and therefore I don't bother using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me easily track activity with accounts and automate emails. Crafting emails takes a long time. Templates and automation help me reach a greater quantity of people. Another problem SL helps me with: keeping track of my pipeline, it helps me get a glance at all my open opportunities, next steps, and projections. This helps me to plan my time accordingly.

Sometimes get heavy with page load issues.

Managing databases and organising them with greater visibility into all leads

I do wish the mobile app was more responsive. It does notify you but does takes awhile to be able to reflect.

Excellent software
What do you like best about the product?
Open and clicks on my communications. Visibility of how many times someone has opened an email. A dashboard on sales loft of my day, helps me prepare and makes sure no one falls through the net
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing, it's all good. I can't fault the system.

It helps me manage my leads and effectiveness of doing my job.
Use it every day, it makes prospecting and outreach simple
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is frankly the best outreach sales software I've seen. It syncs with our CRM Salesforce very well, and it has all the features in tracking calls and emails that I could ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to sync with Owler News, and it doesn't anymore. I'm sure there's a good reason for this, but I miss when I could get a jump start on researching a company or contact by seeing all the recent news articles aggregated. Not a bid deal overall though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how to maximize the time I spend each day on sales outreach, how to make my actions as organized and efficient as possible.
Great All-around Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's level of reporting has been the most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is having greater access to the user's information and email. With Outreach, I was able to sync a user's email for them, change their password, etc.

Insights into what cadences are driving meetings and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the layout is and the general ergonomics of the website. I think that it makes organisation so much easier and I would absolutely recommend it to anybody who does similar sales work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how since a recent update the cadence dashboard on the dashboard page includes cadences I've never used or clicked on. in my opinion it would be better if it just contained my active cadences. Also, it would be good if we could edit steps while people are in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving the problem of forgetting what steps you have to do with each lead. it makes me more productive and efficient. I also like how we can template emails as this sames time and effort.
Prospecting and communication with SalesLoft.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft streamlines the prospecting process and enables sales teams to maintain consistent communication with early-stage leads and accounts. The marketing department has complete control over the content and tone of all communications. This ensures that all brand-related communications are consistent and eliminates the necessity for Sales teams to develop their messages. The entire process of onboarding ran smoothly and efficiently. We relied heavily on the Salesforce integration and were pleased with how smoothly the onboarding process was executed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the assistance of the professional services team is appreciated, their services are not free. Occasionally, the onboarding procedure felt rushed and overly process-oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The increased emphasis on prospecting activities has led to discovering new prospects and leads. Rather than relying on colleagues and my calendars or memory, our sales team can now prospect with the approved content on a timeline that has been tested and verified. In addition, it reveals to sales managers who are conducting prospecting how effectively they communicate with potential customers. These newly hired account executives can immediately begin prospecting without becoming thoroughly acquainted with the product.
Trouble getting help from Salesloft Support and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I have had so much trouble getting support from the salesloft and customer service support team that I wouldn't recommend Salesloft to anyone at this point. I really wish I could just get the help and support that the sales team I work with needs then I would feel more confident talking about recommendations but at this point in time, I would stay away until they prove they can support their product to myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is the fact that at any point in time I have asked for help they have tried to point me to standard HR hours or something that isn't very helpful and it feels like the CSM or AM that has reached out to me is just not serious about helping me manage the tool in an effective way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point in time, it is meant to solve the problem of scaling our sales team efforts but because lack of support and lack of help with integrations we have in existence it has not been able to be used in an efficient way that includes utilizing all of our tool sets.
An AE's perspective on using Salesloft daily
What do you like best about the product?
I love Salesloft's core scheduling and prospecting helpful tools. Meetings sent by Zoom right from a simple drag and click from Salesloft, "tags" for prospects, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating from Salesforce can be difficult, at times. Though I'm not sure if the shortcomings come from Salesforce or Salesloft, sometimes, accounts I have in Salesforce do not integrate into Salesloft- simply the contacts do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft shortcuts the need to write very detailed, lengthy emails. My cadences and templates I've spent diligent time on make for easy months of emailing without needing to update the prompts.
