What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is great. Its easy to use account pages to create cadences and for the best part, I can see who has contacted each account and customer. Im in a large organization and its hard to keep track on who has contacted who, Salesloft makes it very easy to track all info sent
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity does not track if an email is sent with an employee that is CC'd. As well, activity is not tracked with meetings when team members are invited, only works when it's only the customer on the meeting. When adding account/customers to cadences it would be great to be able to select the accounts and click the next page and continue selecting to add to cadence - or have a way for an extended page to keep scrolling and selecting customers. As well, It would be create to make customer emails with matched marketing - for example we have a webinar email with links and pictures -> would be great to match the branding and place it into salesloft cadence without loosing the links and branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing all the activity from other employees with customers, ease of use to send emails and track activity. Quick and easy import for cadences - collaboration with other teams on cadences, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when they open emails and see clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I would say most of the glitchy functions have been improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see who is engaging with the information I am sending them.

- The ability to seamlessly integrate with Salesloft and Gmail
- Activity is put back on the accounts your working
- Automation is used as part of the sales process to ensure there is enough touch points per account

- Quite difficult to work contacts more than once
- Quite hard to get the whole sales team to adopt the product

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has allowed our reps to be able to have a personal assistant in their pocket. It provides organization to a lot of folks who typically spend a lot of time in the paralysis analysis phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rigidness of the tool has been difficult for our reps to adopt it, especially in terms of cadences. It might just be our company since we don't have an integration that's extremely robust, but the cadence steps and templates box reps in when it comes to giving reps the ability to be themselves when they prospect. It takes a lot of personalization for folks to become successful with open rates. I should add we do not use SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion time for Sales Qualified Leads from Inbound Leads and Outbound Prospecting, and cadences have also helped reps a lot in terms of time management and organization in the day to day role.
