SL is my To Do List
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize my approach with cadences and easily add prospects to a cadence or remove them. The ability to add GIFs and videos to my email outreach has been a fun addition also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer needs to be updated. I wish it would listen for the beep when I get voicemail and automatically drop my voicemail in vs. having to wait for the beep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft creates a nice To Do list for me to complete sales steps each day. It keeps track of calls, emails, meetings, etc. I like that I won't lose track of anyone i.e. I know when and how to reach out to certain prospects.
Great tool and very easy and intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Intergration with SFDC makes it a breeze to use. So it just fits into my day to day use. I can see all the data about my prespecting actvities as well as client contact history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing only the new contacts from SFDC to salesloft can be better. Currently the new imported contacts appear with older ones and you have to sift through the list to add them to cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to use salesloft from my CRM allows me to better interact with my clients. The cadences make it really easy to reach out and keep up to date with prospects.
Outreach and tracking made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the most effective software for outbound sales efforts, in my opinion. In addition, it integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce) and offers every conceivable option for monitoring incoming and outgoing communications. The detailed activity logs and cadence generator integrated into the account pages of the system make it easy to keep track of who has reached out to which accounts and customers. If you work for a large organization, it can be challenging to keep track of who contacts which clients. However, Salesloft makes it easy to see who uploaded what data and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is no longer integrated with Owler News. There must be a good motivation for this, but it makes me yearn for the days when I could start reviewing a company or checking by viewing a collection of their most recent news articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft's assistance, I've been able to streamline my sales outreach and maximize the daily time I dedicate to it. In addition, I enjoy reviewing the interactions of other colleagues with customers, sending emails, and other tracking activities.
Effective for the cost
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and cadence building options are expansive enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the friendliest. It is easy to get lost or confused when trying to find certain functionality.

Salesloft helps to make that a lot easier, faster and more efficient; when doing outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's strongest features are the numerous tools or automation it offers to sales organizations. We developed procedures that made it easier to maintain constant communication with leads. The ability to review and coach based on past calls is a significant benefit of the call analytics and tracking it offers. I also believe that the capability to schedule or send emails at a later time is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I discovered a few flaws that have not yet been resolved. I also dislike the slow and cumbersome switching between SalesLoft and Salesforce. However, I am aware that this is to be expected with such expansive programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to maintain efficient and streamlined communication with my operations and senior leaders. Consequently, it is easier for businesses to generate revenue and track sales operations and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft automates a variety of repetitive but time-consuming processes in order to free you from repetitive tasks. I like SalesLoft's ability to provide comprehensive tracking and data the most. After sending a message, I can immediately determine whether it was opened and a link contained inside it had been clicked. This makes it simple for me to track participation and organize future communication. (Google Mail is a need.)
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult to find fault with. Functions requested were available in abundance. However, analytics improvement is required, and just a few automations are currently in place. The circumstance could use some adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've become far more methodical and careful in my outreach efforts, dividing it into a number of subvertical cadences. I am now able to provide prospective clients with more essential information.
Great automating tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the "deals" tab, automatic cadences, and the ability to create templates to automate emails. I also find it helpful to have the live feed and be notified when my prospects are reading and interacting with my emails. Automatic cadences are suburb as they provide easy steps to follow up with a prospect and eliminate the need to track follow-ups or create my own "cadences".
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with salesforce glitches and I cannot use saleloft until I restart my computer. I would like to use the analytics tab more but find it confusing and inaccurate I.e the section "best time to call" does not reflect my actual dial vs pickup rate. There are many dots in that section, the page is not user friendly and therefore I don't bother using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me easily track activity with accounts and automate emails. Crafting emails takes a long time. Templates and automation help me reach a greater quantity of people. Another problem SL helps me with: keeping track of my pipeline, it helps me get a glance at all my open opportunities, next steps, and projections. This helps me to plan my time accordingly.

I do wish the mobile app was more responsive. It does notify you but does takes awhile to be able to reflect.
