Prioritize, personalize and coach!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps my bds better organize their outreach day to day, stay on top of their tasks and personalize at scale. As a manager I’m able to easily pivot for coaching to better understand where out gaps are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are robust and sometimes it makes it hard to find reports I need

Coaching! I am passionate about providing my team coaching and with a growing team the time I have to precalentar plan.

The cadence and meeting tracking are very helpful!

Deals doesn't work with MS Dynamics. Not SalesLoft's fault

I work for a pretty small organization and I wish I had a dedicated support representative.

SL's analytics do a lot of heavy lifting vis a vis identifying what cadences are working best.

The Salesloft cadences have made it super easy for our SDR and AE teams to stay on top of their pipeline and book more meetings!

There isn't much that I do not like about Salesloft

I work mostly with the AE team and Salesloft is helping us get mulrithreaded.
Very robust tool for anythign you can imagine.

Intuitive. Onboarding was on point. All good.

I wish there was more external app support. I would integrate with a few other apps that we use throughout the customer journey.

marketing automation. playbook creation. helping new reps scale quickly. it's money.

Creating and launching cadences with email and phonecalls is easy and reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
When something goes wrong, such as steps being hung up, it's not obvious what's wrong or how to fix it. Domain limits should have more granular control.

Salesloft makes it easier to reach out to larger numbers of potential buyers with a more personalized message

The integration to the user object in Salesforce. Onboarding new users is a pain point and maintaining the users in salesloft on exiting and moving is manual
