I don't know how people prospecting successfully before Salesloft!
What do you like best about the product?
Being organized with everything I need for outreach whether that's knowing why I'm reaching out to a certain person, cadence/email templates, and the task section.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry about the accuracy of certain data like views and clicks but not really a big deal. If there was a way that you could be notified it was a spam filter/firewall that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being organized and keeping track of my activity are the biggest benefits and solve my biggest challenges. With the increase in productivity, I'm able to spend more time researching and personalize to stakeholders.
Easy Implementation, Great Onboarding, and Overall a Very Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is truly a powerful sales engagement platform. Our AE's can live exclusively in this tool and do not have to fumble around in Salesforce too much. This keeps data clean, activity tracking accurate, and productivity high. The integration with Salesforce is key as well. User interface is easy to navigate and learn for all tech user levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes links out to the support website are broken, but connecting with a team member is made easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows our AE's to live in one place. We were also able to massively improve our activity and productivity tracking from a management perspective. Our team was onboarded very quickly and training materials are readily available which saves us man-hours and keeps our AE focused on selling.

What do you like best about the product?
- ease of use. Easy to learn how to cadences. You'll be ready to send out emails in no time.
- custom fields. Can quickly create custom variables for account and people level.

What do you dislike about the product?
- exports not enough. There may be some areas where exports are lacking. ex: exporting a list of emails sent for the day.
- Automation Rules. While they do have automation rules and it may be enough for most users, more advanced rules may not be possible.

sending emails individually one to one
- we can easily control what time each email will be sent out and other users within the company know who is sending, avoiding multiple send to the same prospect.
integration with Slack
- we have Salesloft set a rule to automatically send a slack message whenever someone replies to an email. This also allows non-Salesloft users to quickly see activities from the email outreach.

we can quickly pull up accounts and see when they were last contacted.

Great for sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create cadences for teams so we can create them and almost set and forget. It makes the sales team more productive by giving them a list of tasks to complete without needing to context switch or find prospects to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional bugs, but they usually resolve on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps us with our outreach efforts. We use it as the dialer for the sales team, so it's helping with time management and meeting sales outreach KPIs.
Easy to use, works well, and has good analytics
What do you like best about the product?
To optimize every interaction with a prospect, our staff ensures they optimize every interaction. Not only can we personalize our outreach, but it also provides that our account executives have several (automatic) contact points with prospective purchasers without spending additional time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that everything is in order. I want it to be simpler to send multiple emails in a row.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us address the issue of client loss. Our sales success depends on how well we arrange our outreach and understand each account's product evaluation.

In my opinion, the best value of SLoft is to schedule email even if you are OOO and have everything in one place, email, calls, follow-up!!

The biggest minus should be a command or automation where I can add all my leads under one specific account and have everything in one group view

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesloft platform enables automated communication based on cadences, which are a series of steps that have previously been set. I've made a lot of one-off phone calls and emails in the past, and losing track of what you've done was easy. Salesloft allows me to set up a cadence that includes as many stages as I need, add all my ideal customers, and then have the software automatically create the necessary follow-up actions. The time savings alone make Salesloft worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My Google Workplace account is integrated with Salesloft, and provides and UI overlay in Gmail for performing Salesloft-related tasks. This interface sometimes is unattractive and buggy, requiring me to refresh Gmail constantly. It would be great if there were an option to disable the Salesloft overlay in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager, you're often in a numbers game: if you have good communication, an efficient emailing system, and quality products, it all comes down to the number of people you can contact to generate high-quality leads and pipelines. Because of Salesloft, I can multiply my efforts and work much more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly organize prospects into specific groups that follow cadences and templates saves an insane amount of time for an SDR that is calling and emailing all day. Separating our leads by inbound/outbound and specific products allows for streamlined effort throughout the workday and keeps things organized when you log back in to revisit your initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I've had with Salesloft is connectivity with some of our plug-ins (ZoomInfo and Sales Nav.) Sometimes it is necessary to log out of the system entirely to refresh the connection between all 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to log activity automatically into our CRM when it is completed in realtime is a huge lifesaver--no more manual activity tracking in Salesforce is something I have wanted at MULTIPLE SALES JOBS.
Awesome workplace to keep track of everything and do the right prospecting on time.

The cadences and the features to move them accordingly to your need.

I would say nothing for now as I haven't experienced any glitches now. All good
