What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadences and the abiity to send one to a prospect at any time ( Bulk or Solo).
What do you dislike about the product?
When a cadence is set, especially calls - If I do not want to pursue that step, I cannot delete it for bulk calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication, and it works great for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Email cadences are SalesLoft's most vital aspect. I use Salesforce to generate a report, then export it to Salesloft, where I can schedule its release or send it manually at specified intervals. Using the platform, I was able to increase both the visibility of my brand and the number of potential clients. In addition, I greatly value Salesloft's "live feed" feature and in-app notifications with extensive personalization and settings. It is beneficial for timing and noticing your prospects at the proper time that I can see clients opening my emails multiple times, so I call them to follow up. In sales, correct timing is everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few minor difficulties. When I cannot get the Salesloft Dialer to work correctly, I switch to Zoom. In addition, the platform's user interface can be initially confusing, but after using it for a while, I got used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our technical staff ensured that we could utilize the data provided by its Salesforce integration. Incorporating Salesloft into my business process has allowed me to save a substantial amount of time that would have been spent manually sending multiple emails and establishing cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize SalesLoft most for email cadences. I will generate a report in Salesforce and export this to Salesloft and then automate the cadence or manually send it out at specific times. I have prospected many customers in this way and helped grow brand recognition. I also really enjoy the Salesloft widget live feed. When I see people opening the emails multiple times I just give them a call to check in, this is super handy for timing and catching your prospects at the right time. Timing is huge in sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few honestly. Sometimes it can be tricky to navigate but honestly once you use it for a little while you get the hang of it. I do sometimes experience connectivity issues with the Salesloft Dialer and use Zoom instead. Having to click log at the end of every call can be tedious rather than it being automatic like Zoom. The other thing is once I make a call when I click on another number sometimes the dialler re-populates the last number and doesn't refresh with the most recent number I had clicked so I end up having to manually delete the last number and re-enter the new number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce is key. The problem I would say it is solving is preventing me from manually sending out a huge amount of emails and building cadences manually which would take a hell of a long time.
A powerful tool for managing client activity
What do you like best about the product?
Information is clearly stored and accessible when I need to review it. Creating my dashboard helps to keep me organised and lets me clearly see my tasks. It's clean and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with the deals section and monitoring activity have meant my scores are not consistent. There is some additional tasks needed in Salesloft once an op is created in Salesforce. I would love to be able to categorise or report on my activities to see how many of each type I have upcoming. (That's the data nerd in me talking.) I'm in a CS role and it's also a little difficult to track notes across multiple contacts without a lot of duplication or clogging up the client page while sales may be reaching out to other teams. It would be fab to be able to hashtag and/or search on note content within the system to make it easier to retrieve historical information. There is also only integration for Teams and Zoom for call recording, we use Google Meet and these cannot currently be recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising contact with clients and monitoring the customer journey. Enabling me to record all of my activity with each contact and ensure I don't miss anything. I also love snippets and email templates as it allows me to cut down on time writing common responses or including common information. The activity section lets me easily compare how I'm getting on from week to week.

What do you dislike about the product?
- cannot properly format notes like in Salesforce (adding in bold/cursive writing, titles, bullet points)
- would like to customise people and account sites like I can customise my homepage (move/remove buttons)
- cannot delete contacts that I don't need anymore or that are duplicated (if a client books a call with another email address, it automatically creates a new contact that I would LOVE to get rid of)
- when I move the due date of a cadence step, it extends the cadence which is not ideal. I should be able to select if I want that or to have the cadence length be unfaffected
- lofting through Outlook often doesn't work (could also be an Outlook problem though)
- recently, been receiving a lot of lost calender connection emails
- add more customisable buttons at the top left of people and account page. Those are great if you want to quickly get to external related pages such as related campaigns or their Salesforce account

Managing, sorting and keeping track of a ton of customers that otherwise I would have to manage manually. It saves me hours and hours of work. I'm not sure how others in my organisation survive without Salesloft because I wouldn't be able to at this point. I really do like it! There is room for improvement though (as outlined above).
Very productive tool for SDRs and AEs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the productivity boost that Salesloft gives me. I am up to 4-5 times more productive using cadences and call steps than normally just with email and a phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the steps that are automated are a bit difficult to manage - I prefer not to automate most of my cadences and still have control over what and when everything gets sent to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to stay focused on the contacts you are reaching out to. Salesloft automates the logic behind it, and I only have to navigate the system to choose what steps to perform and what people to contact. Great for follow-ups, research and multi-touch outreach

Great software, but little things missing.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about using Sales is the possibility to automatize emails. Working in Sales, I send a lot of emails every day, so it's efficient creating cadences and email templates that allow transforming a manual process into an automatic one. Plus, the scheduling email feature helps to advance work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that SalesLoft is missing is the ability to recognize phone code areas from other countries outside of the US. For example, a mobile phone from the UK does not get recognized, therefore it is shown as "no timezone". Moreover, it would be great to be able to better customize the analytics and reports feature to keep track of which emails work best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that SalesLoft is solving is, firstly, helping Sales people not neglect our leads - that is to say, once they're in a cadence, they will not be forgotten. This way, we don't leave hanging potentially good leads. The second problem is the time allotted for admin work - with SalesLoft that decreases a lot.
I recommended Salesloft to my current company and last.

it crashes sometimes and i have to log my calls in sfdc seperately
