Day to Day Sales Actives made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is SO easy to use. I have it up daily to make sure I am on track and completing my various sales activities. I don't know how I lived without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the things I am using it for, it's perfect. I can not think of any "dislikes" at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes sure I am on track and completing my various sales activities. it also helps me automate may of those things.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has given considerable thought to its user interface design. I can search for prospects using combinations of first names and companies without modifying settings—furthermore, the amount of data. I never have to wait for a chance or cadence to load before beginning my work. Additionally, I find it easy to assemble sequences and recall vital connections and relationships with specific opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is challenging and requires much effort to get it working correctly. It's also not compatible with our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping us to increase our sales productivity by providing a user-friendly platform that allows representatives to track their activities and performance. In addition, SalesLoft is continually adding new features and functionality that are making it even more valuable to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's colossal capability set. I feel like I've merely scratched the surface of what a customer engagement tool can achieve for my community and customer management capabilities. In addition, I appreciate the simplicity of use and the wide range of integrations with my different systems like SalesForce. I owe a lot of my success to Salesloft, which has helped me become a most outstanding performer.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the introduction of the new software, while I was still in my seat, I was thrown off guard when it came time to use the forum. It took me a few weeks to become used to the content, but I haven't grasped it. However, despite our best efforts, the enablement sessions were largely unstructured Q+As.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the days before Salesloft, I had no way of knowing when to use InMail, email, LinkedIn touch, or any of the other tools at my disposal in my daily marketing toolbox. Thanks to Salesloft, I no longer have to guess when to use any of these methods to contact prospects.
Poor Support and Unhelpful Escalation
What do you like best about the product?
Initially, the training and support was good and worked as expected. We thought initially that the experience with Salesloft would be better as they are not the leader in the space, but seeking to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one license set up was fine. We bought 2 more. 1 was set up correctly. 1 was not. Escalated multiple times, then said never mind on the license, it's months later and I don't need the license anymore. Now I am told the license always worked, sorry you didn't use it, and pay for the license. Salesloft is not worth it if you have an issue. Money is better being spent elsewhere. We were so frustrated we canceled 6 months in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought the product for outbound sequenced engagement in our sales efforts. We found that you also need to solve for Spam on your email domain. Their is a lot more to managing SPAM than Salesloft offers which counteracts a portion of the benefit.
Intuitive platform-interactive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Importing contacts from salesforce (integrates well) and being able to customize messaging every step of the way. I also like the Out of office feature indicated on the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the ability to have multiple accounts per domain name, a way to merge accounts (i.e. someone erroneously made scholarstic.com or something like that an account instead of scholastic, but as far as I can tell I’d have to delete it and then manually reassign the contacts to the right account), a way to use ‘tags’ to follow a route during a cadence (i.e. I tag someone with “UX” and then when i’m running the cadence it automatically chooses the “UX” variant of a step). Also it could like auto merge accounts, there’s separate accounts for “www.domainname.com” and “domainname.com” which just makes importing contacts more difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft Insights helps get my team better. Data is evidence, and SalesLoft gives me ample data to work on my Sales Team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it breaks down.
You do not get notified of all Inbound Calls, and you specifically have to look for them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me figure out what are my best performing team members and which are the ones I can work on.
Salesloft has made my life as a BDR so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of salesloft. It makes everything outbound so much easier to do than using spreadsheets,

I wish the Salesloft app had more functionality. Even being able to see emails that were sent would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the process of me being able to do all of my outbound work in one area instead of hopping around from portal to portal.
Love the insight it provides
What do you like best about the product?
I love the insight it gives when sending emails. It allows you to see who opens, clicks, and how many times they do this with details around time and location. Other applications, you do not know if someone even receives your email. So this allows us to see the impact we have or don't have, and can focus our energy on the right opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the biggest Flaw in Salesloft is not being able to include more than 1 person in the CC field when composing an email. Additionally, the ability to pull reports on cadences and reports on who has clicked, opened, etc within that cadence would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, you are constantly reaching out to people trying to get a bite on the line. Salesloft insights allow us to focus our energy on leads that are engaging with our outreach as opposed to those who are less receptive. Thus, resulting in better results and less time spent wasted on dead leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows you to quickly and easily contact customers, follow up with them, and schedule appointments through email templates. This can be done more efficiently than the traditional method, allowing you to delegate tasks while maintaining standards. The site's ability to make outbound calls makes it an ideal hub for marketing and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft could improve its website by making the layout more user-friendly. It cannot be very clear when there are too many options for what to do next on the site. Creating a more linear progression through the steps would help mitigate this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has helped me to be more effective and systematic in my prospecting efforts. Before I started using this tool, I often had to open dozens of browser and click through numerous links before I made a single call in order to improve my chances of success. With SalesLoft, I can now reach out to more prospective customers daily without sacrificing time.
A powerful sales hub.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important things in SalesLoft team collaboration is, Now all my team members can collaborate on each other's email writeups, call pitches and objections. Our previous tools were unable to do that. we were using 3 different tools and managing the records and creating reports for the management was a bit tough for the team leaders. The analytics part of Salesloft is something that provides you with very detailed data about the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the speed of the tool is a bit slow and that could be fixed, Also, when we make calls without entering the records in it, it doesn't show the number of calls made by the executive. Also, We should have some more suggestions on objections, and best practices in emails and calls inside the tool. The telephony shoes it is spam on the caller ID when the number is being used for a month or more. We need to change the number continuously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Collaboration between the team is getting better 2) One sales hub rather than having multiple tools for multiple sales functions. 3) Email Automation is very smooth. 4) The telephony is integrated and now we have a timeline of activities to map. 5) It integrated very well with Salesforce and gives the management a detailed picture of Demand generation efforts. 6) Analytics is something really valuable for us to see the Demographics of our campaigns and make a strategy accordingly.
