What do you dislike about the product?
dispositions do not show up when you make the next phone, or I just didn't see them. They should pop up when I try and call a prospect every time

it allows me to contact more prospects at faster rate producing more opportunities and being more productive

It is helping our business to grow more and we can earn more day by day our new hires do have to rely on pages and tones of items

Salesloft is helping me stay organized with day to day with all my prospect & current customers.
Great Professional Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping me focused and organized each and every day and being able to easily track my history and see what i need to do each day. It is an amazing tool that helps streamline the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I truly dislike, could be a bit more user friendly for things like reminders and notes but thats all small change compared to the benefits of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and activity. It keeps everything organized for me, allows me to speed up emails with templates and custom fields, and I can track what I am doing during each part of the day, so it is increasing my productivity and helping me reach my quotas much easier.

Works well for coordination across teams to highlight our solutions and generate touchpoints

What do you dislike about the product?
Upload of contacts can be finicky. Even after saving my Excel as .csv I still have to clear rest of sheet to upload it
Related to above problem found integration with Salesforce unrealistic for contacts but if it were workable that could be huge timesaver

Reaching out to clients smoothly and building replicable processes to drive meetings and usage that contributes to strong contract renewals.

Salesloft Makes Sales Cadences Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to create both team and personal cadences to hold yourself accountable in your outreach, as well as templates and snippets for personalization. Moreover, the metrics are easy to understand and iterate upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking to archive a current cadence, it is imperative that every individual in that cadence has either completed all steps or been removed prior to the archival, making it more challenging to implement new iterations of a working cadence. It would be far easier for individuals in an archived cadence to continue forward as normal, and for the ability of team members to add additional prospects/suspects to that cadence removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the challenge of organizing contacts and the messaging that should be going out to those individuals. It also solves the problem of determining what is and is not working in outreach efforts. For example, if you see that there is a lower open rate for a specific template, then you know that changing the subject line of that email should be of top priority.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's volume of features. I feel as though I've only scratched the surface on what a sales enablement tool does for my personal organization and client management.
I also like the ease of use and breadth of integrations with my other systems.
I credit Salesloft to being a huge reason why I've been able to succeed and become a top performer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since my team implemented the tool while I was in seat, I felt overwhelmed when getting up and running with the platform. It took about 2-3 weeks before I finally felt comfortable, but I still don't feel like I'm truly grasping the materials.
The enablement sessions we had were also pitched as being hyper organized and tactical but ended up being unstructured Q+As for the most part.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre-Salesloft, moving through my playlist was a chaotic, often guessing-based decision making process, but I now have the ability to know when to call a prospect vs. InMail vs. email vs. LinkedIn touch vs. etc. It keeps me organized and takes a lot of the "guesswork" out of my call blocks.
Salesloft is amazing and makes my work so much easier/efficient!
