Simplified Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about utilizing Salesloft as a BDR is the simplicity of logging in every day and completing my daily cadences. The integration with Vidyard makes my workflow seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered anything that I have noticed to be sub-par. However, I have gotten a lot of use from the Owler integration and will be sad to see it go as it's saved me a lot of time researching competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the problem of streamlining my workflow. I can send all my emails and make my calls out of one holistic solution, as well as research any past activity on accounts that would help me tailor my outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to navigate and track activity, but also the interface

Sometimes a bit clunky when editing contacts or when importing contacts.

Helps me make more dials in a more efficient manner. Moreover, the recording of calls is useful

Sales work is automated. Marketing can create cadence for the sales. Recordings help to be better

I wish we could have more reports, and that we could filter lists based on custom fields

What do you like best about the product?
The features that I appreciate the most about Salesloft are the notifications I receive about which of my emails have been opened and replied to. Monitoring my participation is simple and makes it easy for me to stay on top of things. Additionally, the ability to schedule cadences as well as integrate with Salesforce is beneficial. Importing contacts and accounts in bulk while being able to track my progress is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dialer quality can sometimes be poor, but this is probably due to my connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft provides significant gains in productivity, improvements in orderliness, an increase in the number of calls, and a greater comprehension of range analysis. These features help sales representatives to be more effective and efficient when working with clients. The software is also very user-friendly, making it easy for sales reps to get started quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The call stuido is great for real time coaching. Cadences are also a phenomenal tool for keeping up with the sales process and automating as much as possible for those new to a company or role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I (along with every team I've been on) find ourselves having to restart computers almost daily to fix a call-out issue. For whatever reason it doesnt allow dialing out saying the microphone isn't allowed in browser. Probably the only issue but it is incredibly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only one issue, but it hasnt been solved up to this point.

Best Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesloft is precision. For me, it is the best prospecting tool that I have ever used. You can integrate it with Salesforce and import contacts into it. Through SL you can make calls, leave recorded, manual voicemails, send text messages, and emails. It also allows you to listen to the live calls in the studio section. You can also run email cadences like Phone, Phone, + Email and Email only cadence. You can also set tasks into SL like callback, reminder, or a demo. SL also allows you to listen to your call recordings plus you can also download them. SL is so accurate in turning a cold lead into a hot lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft throws out the prospect once the account gets closed won in Salesforce after that if someone wants to call the customer he or she has to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved time while making calls and sending emails. SL was so accurate that the cold leads it turned into hot leads were majorly closed won after the call was made.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that calling and emailing people is so simple. The large keypad and extension options make dialing a phone number simple. Access to each contact's information enables me to approach the customer better and comprehend their position within the organization. In SalesLoft, it is simple to view and analyze the emails, phone, and responses that we send and receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface takes quite a long time to load, which can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps us acquire clients. Multitasking helps us serve more customers faster. Viewing and responding to emails helps me understand conversion rates from template and response emails. SalesLoft has helped me promote our software and help as many people as possible.

Really Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really easy to use tool that allows you to make quick calls and emails
What do you dislike about the product?
can freeze at times and you need to reinstall the chrome extension

It solves time and pipeline management. Makes it easy to keep track of activities you have had with a prospect and send out auto emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Activity sync to SFDC, cadences, tracking, analytics. all of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if you could turn off some notifications like if the prospect has a spam filter and it opens 200 times in different locations over 6-9 months, its just annoying. Same with website visits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound and prospecting. Especially being able to track your outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Outbound Strategist, I've used many sales engagement platforms from the smallest names to the largest names including such as Apollo.io, Reply.io, Autoklose, PersistIQ, and Outreach, and let me tell you, by far Salesloft is the #1 top of choice.

What makes Salesloft so unique compared to its competitors is giving the end user the ability to have full control of what they want to do and where they want to go when running multiple campaigns simultaneously.

For instance, one of them is giving a birds eye's view. You get to attack and choose which task to run at any given campaign during the day and time rather than being tied to a Chome Extension.

Another is being able to pull up a separate window under "prospects in account" to run a bottom's up Link Chart Analysis (LCA). To do this, you enter the main screen within a prospect and on the right-hand corner, you hold control and click "All Prospects within Account" to open a separate window, and clicking on the names accordingly opens up a separate window of the prospect itself to start reaching out in terms of "Market Research", gathering validated point points from the ground up and then reporting it up to the C-Suite.

Last but not least is the Trigger. Upon emails being open, you can hold control and click open a separate window which shows in real-time when a prospect opens the email. Upon doing so, one must treat this as if it's an inbound lead (speed-to-lead) and hit them off the phones with a double-tap. This is a really effective and working approach and it also helps increase your dial-to-connect ratio.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement Salesloft can work on is UI/UX, giving it that "techy" feeling such within the platform itself.

Another would be to integrate with Miro and/or Mural for Mind Mapping Note Taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales professionals sell better by generating pipeline, A/B testing messaging, and keeping the prospect in the proper cadence.
