Automating steps in a cadence is helpful

Being able to auto voicemail, immediately.

Salesloft helps keep me organized and on top of my daily sales tasks.

Once you learn to use the software well, sales outreach becomes very efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The complete integration with Salesforce without any complex integration. The Deals management system pushes the salespeople to contact their prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage the Hubspot integration is basic, but i know that a new version will be ready soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospection: use multi-channel to reach your prospect
Deals management: be (manager) accurate during your QBR session
Reporting : follow the exact activity of your remote sales people

It's a great automative tool to make calls and emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the automation tool is great. It keeps you on track with your call goals and expectations. I also like how you can see email open rates, clicks, and replies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the leads/people section could be improved. Filtering is difficult in salesloft, especially compared to salesforce. I think there can be a lot more done about the filtering process and being able to find leads/create lists on salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping us get in contact with people which benefits us to land more meetings. Salesloft has also been helping with seeing how effective our emails are which makes it better to gain feedback to even more improve our emails.

Salesloft is great for getting in contact with people!

Honestly there really is not anything that i dislike.

At this point none.
Salesloft works very well for the most part, although list management functions are mediocre.
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of my targets! I love how clearly the dashboard presents the volume of information it does, way better than Outreach! Also call management is easy on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more seamlessly move targets from one group to another. At present, users must utilize the tag functionality to create, sort, and export lists; this should be it's own family of functions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me stay organized and reach my targets on time and in a manner that is thoughtful! Without Salesloft, my work would be massively disorganized as I struggled with volume!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build cadences and team email templates.
The tagging feature for contacts, templates, and other assets is really helpful to stay organized.

I've had some frustration with stability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft keeps me organized so I can focus on accomplishing prospecting tasks. I would not be as effective without robust cadences, email templating to support my calls, and the ability to capture notes while on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create cadences, store snippits and templates along with the automation to get in contact and stay in contact with leads and customers. direct plug in to CRM and calling is a huge plus too
What do you dislike about the product?
fairly recently it seems when im on the salesloft dialer i will get booted off my call should i click into an email. i have to open in a new tab. i dont recall this being an issue before

keeping the sales process consistent across the board with our reps and company. automating certain steps and keeping a consistent message while allowing fully customizable conversations as well
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Being productive as a sales rep means spending more time selling and less on admin work. Through Salesloft's Salesforce integration and ease of use, I save tons of time in my day to focus more on what's important and less on what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much to share here. Nothing really bothers me. I guess formatting emails is sometimes easier in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me to batch activities, reuse my work, and save time in my day.
tHE tEXAS 2 STEP SALES PROCESS
What do you like best about the product?
Great sync with Salesforce and Cadences lead to real productivity gains when cold calling and general prospect outreach. The two step- 1) Saleforce leads to 2) Salesloft import and add to cadence!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesloft dialpad in Salesforce is not easy to move and can block salesforce info. It needs to be redesigned. Some search features could be improved. A dashboard of reminders would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity gains when cold calling and general prospect outreach. Keeps you organized and ensures proper and complete prospect outreach. I can easily coordinate my daily outreach.
