Salesloft - Cadences, and more.
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless import from Salesforce, with immediate adding into cadences. Allows for fast execution from prospecting to outreach. Nothing quite integrates like Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky tasks functionality - having no dedicated page to it renders the functionality rather limited. Allowing for a separate page, with a holistic view to manage all tasks would do the trick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for fast, efficient execution of your prospecting efforts. The ability to add prospects to directly to cadences is incredibly useful - direct impact on outreach.
Top-of-the-line sales support product
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to Salesloft, I really appreciate two things. First, the introductory presentations and training were extremely helpful. Our team felt comfortable with the product from day one, which is crucial for company-wide implementation. Second, I liked that the UX/UI is very clear and user-friendly. Everything I need is on one dashboard (calls/emails), and read confirmations are in one central area - so there is no need to jump between pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are plenty of improvements that could be made to the mobile app. I have the impression that it is completely separated from the desktop version, which makes finding some options problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft solves numerous problems for its users, such as the need for an intuitive sales platform and the ability to track and manage sales data. This benefits users by simplifying their workflows and providing them with access to valuable insights that can help them close more deals.
Great for prospecting at scale!
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a cloud-based sales acceleration platform that enables users to improve their sales performance and increase their win rates. It offers features such as email tracking, pipeline management, and CRM integrations. We have been using SalesLoft for several months now and it has helped us close more deals and increase our win rate by over 20%. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that SalesLoft is not very user-friendly and it is hard to find what you are looking for. Additionally, the interface is not very intuitive and takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is helping sales organizations to be more efficient and effective in their outreach to potential customers. The benefits for me are twofold: first, I am able to quickly and easily find contact information for potential customers; second, I can track the progress of my sales outreach efforts and see which methods are working best.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's ease of use for daily planning is my favorite feature. Salesloft offers a sleek user interface and is easy to use. In outbound prospecting, I must do things in order of importance. I can dial from my computer rather than manually. Salesloft saved both my team and me much time. I could see the whole record of outreach from that option, whether I or others did it years ago or days ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft's flaws are minor. My experiences with adversity have usually been fleeting and one-time. I had issues with their online dialer's audio and microphone authorization. This could be a hardware or browser issue. My team and I sometimes encounter a delay in SalesLoft, and it takes longer to load prospect sites, cadence pages, call/email history, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before utilizing Salesloft, business development at our company was laborious. This software has entirely transformed it. In an ordinary circumstance, we'd have to search for phone numbers in Salesloft, dial each one, and track how frequently we communicate with these people and the form of communication we utilize. Our team works harder to provide quality outreach.

Our organization switched platforms, and we noticed a significant increase in productivity. Be wary of SalesLoft; it's worth trying.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so intuitive and easy to use that anyone can be up and running and producing results within weeks. SalesLoft has made prospecting much more accessible and keeps sales teams apprised of communication plans with leads and potential accounts. The analytics are invaluable in helping to optimize and streamline the sales process and cycle efficiency. Marketing teams will also find the data and analytics helpful in managing messaging style and content. This allows sales teams to focus on selling and not creating messaging.

One of the most significant issues I've had is keeping our emails organized. It can be a pain sending an email template if it's not formatted correctly.

Salesloft is the best platform to accelerate sales
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to have a database of customers and potential customers in an orderly and easily accessible way. It also allows me to communicate by email from the platform without having to leave it, allowing me to have a broader channel of communication with customers. Being able to make calls and record them for later analysis is really a great help, that way, I can know my mistakes and improve in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the program to be a little faster to work, because sometimes I feel it is heavy, especially when I work with more than one client at a time, so the whole program closes, which generates a great delay in the work. The process of loading the recordings of the calls to the system is not immediate, so it is also a delay for me, when I want to analyze the call immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple to use platform, which allows the entire sales team to keep in an orderly manner, the entire database of our customers, track our sales, communicate through various channels with stakeholders and make objective decisions on how to improve, to close more deals with our customers and prospects.

In general terms it is a great software, which has helped the whole team to be much more orderly with our customers, to improve our sales and especially to recognize the communication failures that we have been committing, which prevented us from successfully closing more business; it is for this reason that we think it is a great working tool that we do not hesitate to recommend.

SalesLoft makes it easy to get new workers up and producing within weeks, speeds up the onboarding process, and helps sales teams stay informed about communication plans with leads and potential accounts. The powerful analytics provides vital information to help you improve your sales cycle efficiency while also helping marketing manage the content and style of messaging. This lets sales focus on selling rather than creating messaging.

There are very few integration issues with leads not getting automatically routed and added into cadences—happens every now and then.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft assists in ensuring no task is forgotten. The cadence feature is extremely powerful in ensuring prospects and clients have sufficient touchpoints and is achieved in a way that is highly convenient and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better features around logging external meetings booked outside of Salesloft to ensure better coverage on opportunities and prospecting activity.

Salesloft allows myself to have a structured approach to prospecting which is achieved through the cadence feature. I can personalise email campaigns and send them out automatically. I can also see the analytics of each email to assess its worthiness. This also applies to phone calls. The benefits is really around time management as Salesloft helps to maximise every minute of the working day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Complete all the necessary training and use the platform as much as you can in the early days. Sooner rather than later you will see that it becomes the main platform you will work on each day.
An easy to use tool for SDRs.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for reaching the masses with one click of the mouse. Additionally, it stores email templates for easy access and editing as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to customer service is limited. Additional training is directed to online videos which do not allow for questions and answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach a larger audience in a shorter amount of time and we have insights into who is opening and clicking emails.
