Salesloft is an excellent Sales Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and insights are superior to anything Salesforce has out of the box. It helps me manage my team at a glance. Salesloft also continues to enhance the product in meaningful ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides necessarily, but the prospect should know that Salesloft is moving more and more into forecasting and deal reviews in addition to its inherent capabilities for sales engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to have sales outreach campaigns that fit our business model. It also makes it easy to obtain insightful updates on opportunities at a glance and to update our forecast and key deal metrics.

What do you dislike about the product?
AI feature isn't the best right now and the annotations are decent. They have been making improvements though from what I can see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a manager and it's a wonderful tool for being able to shadow my sales reps call real time and give immediate feedback. Calls can also be recorded for future use to listen to.
Great prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward tools to scale outbound prospecting. Templates, built out cadences, international dialer. Great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration development with Salesforce. like pardot campaigns. Salesforce and Salesloft communicate with each other, but not to their full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has solved my problem that I have too many prospects - I am able to scale outreach easily
Game Changing Platform for Outbound Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's UI / UX is the best out of all the sales engagement platforms out there.
When I came over to my new company they were my first choice for sales engagement...I did take a look at Klenty and Outreach but Salesloft wins out by far.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have currently is that their integrations especially with HubSpot are lacking. Their current integration with HubSpot does not automatically sync the CRM owner for account / contact with the account / contact in Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows us to save time on manual steps in outreach and track how messaging is performing across industries. It's exceptionally powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration between salesforce, zoominfo and other tech tools that our company uses. Also, sound quality and the effectiveness that the cadences present for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes we can't change numbers - it causes a prospect to block a number if they see the same number call over and over again. But again, I don’t think anyone has found a solution for that.

It allows me to keep track of my teams calls and outreach. Also gives me visibility into how my team is doing in regards to metrics related to their outreach. Also, gives me a viable outreach platform.

Being able to auto voicemail, immediately.

Salesloft is great; it's indispensable for high volume sales tasks.

Once you learn to use the software well, sales outreach becomes very efficient.
Best Outbound workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The complete integration with Salesforce without any complex integration. The Deals management system pushes the salespeople to contact their prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage the Hubspot integration is basic, but i know that a new version will be ready soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospection: use multi-channel to reach your prospect
Deals management: be (manager) accurate during your QBR session

It's a great automative tool to make calls and emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the automation tool is great. It keeps you on track with your call goals and expectations. I also like how you can see email open rates, clicks, and replies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the leads/people section could be improved. Filtering is difficult in salesloft, especially compared to salesforce. I think there can be a lot more done about the filtering process and being able to find leads/create lists on salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping us get in contact with people which benefits us to land more meetings. Salesloft has also been helping with seeing how effective our emails are which makes it better to gain feedback to even more improve our emails.
