Great software to connect with clients and prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Almost everything about Salesloft appeals to me. It's incredibly user-friendly. I particularly appreciate the three columns and the ability to scroll down one side while still seeing the other columns. The cadences are my favorite feature! It's really simple to establish and administer, and it helps me stay organized, which is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real gripe I have is that the contact disappears once a task is accomplished, and there is no way to retrieve it. I really wish the team could work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cadences have improved the quality of my work, made it more efficient, and helped me stay organized. Also, I choose the things I want to do and when I want to do them, ensuring that ALL contacts are kept in the loop and have minimal risk of falling through the cracks. Also, the ability to handle contacts in bulk is a great time saver and one of my favorite tools, which I use frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft provides insightful information as to when an email is viewed or any link clicked by a prospect or customer. It is an amazing tool that helps to create a cadence and follow up on the emails and allows prospects and customers to create a meeting through my calendar link. Salesloft truly helps me to achieve my target and be successful in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Salesloft! It perfectly helps to achieve my sales target. Salesloft can be better if it allows me to send emails to more than 5 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps to solve the problem of setting up introductory calls with prospects and customers. It helps to save a lot of time and improves my efficiency and helos to reach my target.

Salesloft helps to achieve my monthly target and accelerates the sales process and helps to create quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is developed amazingly, the amount of help id does by automating the manual steps of sending emails, and scheduling calls is a bliss for every salesperson
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is overall great but its a bit complicated to use for the first timer. A little better UI and UX can solve this issue. Also, adding call steps which sends you notification even on weekends will be helpful and as of now its not there

We are highly dependent on SalesLoft for our outreaches. it has helped us to increase the performance, better reporting and most importantly saving a lot of time

Salesloft satisfies multiple needs with one platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesloft has the ability to do prospecting, outreach, conversation intelligence, deal dashboard analysis, and forecasting all in one system. Being able to house data and having an understanding of our team's analytics while enhancing our view of deals and opportunities is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is not having a 1-to-1 integration with our CRM so we have to manually import our contacts and accounts. This is helpful when adding to cadences for our SDR team but sometimes we miss contacts that haven't been imported over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get rid of our conversation intelligence tool and house all the information in one place has been amazing for our workflow within our sales organization. We can now handle all our our sales processes within one system for maximum efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is an easy-to-use system that integrates a variety of services. Housing all your sales workflow systems in one place makes it easy to use and enjoyable as a sales leader and administrator of the platform.

That you cannot create quotes in the tool and that it doesn't rate your content like Hubspot does.

Efficient and indispensable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes organizing and keeping track of leads and contacts extremely easy and efficient. The ability to pause and modify and automate cadences is exceptional. It's also extremely easy to schedule emails at specific times and the tasks have a great memory feature where email drafts are saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there could be more features added to the tasks, for example assigning tasks to colleagues. Changing due dates in an easier way is another suggestion. I also dislike how notes aren't automatically pinned. Lastly, dislike how sometimes sending emails from inbox don't get lofted seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach and making sure I stay on top of emails and can keep track of a lead's email chains. Helps me stay productive and because I’m able to see at a glance how many items I have due in a day, helps me plan and prioritize.
A must have tool for every sales team!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track the emails, details regarding the clicks, opens, and the number of times it was forwarded. The best, is to set up the cadence at the time of your choice.

It's unfortunate that the filters can't be applied to the database. I wish it were more user-friendly, where we could slice and dice the data.

I like that you can see when people click or view your emails.

I do not like that I sometimes have issues with the types of attachments I want to attach.
