Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Being productive as a sales rep means spending more time selling and less on admin work. Through Salesloft's Salesforce integration and ease of use, I save tons of time in my day to focus more on what's important and less on what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much to share here. Nothing really bothers me. I guess formatting emails is sometimes easier in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me to batch activities, reuse my work, and save time in my day.
tHE tEXAS 2 STEP SALES PROCESS
What do you like best about the product?
Great sync with Salesforce and Cadences lead to real productivity gains when cold calling and general prospect outreach. The two step- 1) Saleforce leads to 2) Salesloft import and add to cadence!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesloft dialpad in Salesforce is not easy to move and can block salesforce info. It needs to be redesigned. Some search features could be improved. A dashboard of reminders would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity gains when cold calling and general prospect outreach. Keeps you organized and ensures proper and complete prospect outreach. I can easily coordinate my daily outreach.

For large outbound outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is almost ridiculously easy to learn. Ramp time for our reps has been super quick, the platform was a breeze to get set up, and it has allowed us to execute on our outbound plans in the exact way we envisioned it would. Couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning. I would say that some of their reporting functionalities, as extensive as it is, I sometimes wish allowed me to get more granular into individual accounts / contacts themselves.
As in - I can see the % of contacts that bounced, but I'd love to be able to click into that percentage to see specifically WHAT contacts bounced to investigate what went wrong. My only piece of feedback.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The days of manually setting next actions, logging calls, copy / pasting emails are over for our team.
We're booking more meetings, the team is spending less time on administrative tasks, and I have SIGNIFICANTLY more visibility through our reports into the productivity of our team.

What do you like best about the product?
-The dialer works without fail.
-I also love being able to see when my clients are opening up my e-mails in real-time.
-It is very easy to create cadences and review the videos from the calls I have had with my clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I have to delete and re-download the extension every once in a while as it just stops working for no apparent reason. Is a quick process but it can be inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Being able to watch my calls back and evaluate them very quickly, prevents me from making the same mistake over again during calls.
- I also do not struggle with trying to figure out when my clients are opening my e-mails since the feed shows it to me.

Take time when you initially become a user, to really understand how it works and all of its features.
Great Tool for Lead Gen - Cold/Hot Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create leads, add cadences and integrate with Salesforce. Helps you with deeper insights with monthly and weekly reports on the progress made on the accunts and leads team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
it does not creates the contact/lead created in Saleforce, when a new lead is created in Salesloft. Maybe a two way integration would be helpful, like you create a record in SalesLoft and it gets created/synced with SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadgen outreach, report generation of the activities and opportunities, meetings created, total number outreach on individual level as well on team levels. Business has increased and helped streamline the processes.

SalesLoft allows me to coach more effectively with conversation intelligence also takes the guesswork out of pipeline management for my reps with the deals function
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is much I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows much-needed time for internal coaching, allows us to streamline outreach with cadence structures, and pipeline management is a breeze with the Deals function. Oh and let's not forget that it integrates with Salesforce.com so our system of record is always up to date.

If you are looking for a good enablement tool that integrates well with Salesforce, SalesLoft is your answer.

Honestly it's very hard to pick things I don't like, It does it's job efficiently and effectively

Able to send mass emails in seconds and keeps me on task for the day

What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile. The cadences are easy to build and having the cadence steps due date are very helpful for structuring my day. Editing emails in a cadence for a specific person is also incredibly simple and is a feature I use frequently to either add more relevant information to a templated email or delete non applicable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a tough software to get a grasp on how to use it effectively. I think its related to my team not showing me the proper onboarding and process, but i hear salesloft and dont even want to open the tab because of how overwhelmed it makes me feel. I'm fairly comfortable with Hubspot, HighLevel, and Salesforce, but salesloft isn't as easy to understand for me because it almost feels like too much. I had the same feeling about hubspot but I was able to find info online and my team was better established at using it. I wish salesloft would send out best practices or content on how their customers are using it effectively. Gong does an incredible job doing this and the similar information about insights for best practices for salesloft would be helpful. I would also like to know the rep and resources I have with Salesloft because I don't know where to go to find information to help me gain an edge with using this software.

It doesn't really solve my problem is the issue. I know it can help me with maintaining relationships and cold outreach, but I dont know the best way to do it with the Salesloft platform (which is the problem I know it can solve, I just dont have the how it gets solved)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an introduction to the software, then schedule at least 2 follow ups to assist with implementation to maximize sales strategy. Its almost so robust that the there has to be a streamlined way to better communicate with potential new clients but the options you have are unlimited that there has to be a better way to use their set of tools
