Salesloft for sales job
What do you like best about the product?
I like that activities are organized by your preference - makes it easy to understand what tasks are left for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that emails are automated without telling me. I also don't like that if the name of the contact is missing it replaces it with the company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of contacting prospective clients!

Efficiency Key in Following up with Inbound Leads
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has changed the game for me in terms of creating a quick, efficient way to track and followup with inbound leads I receive from our marketing team. I like the ability to create cadences with varied stesps (linked connect, calls, emails, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that I would love to see is the ability to organize "to-do" tasks within cadences by cadence priority. Aka drag one cadence to the top of my to-do list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do more outbound messaging to leads in a mass way. It is a huge time saver overall I would say

Easy calling through a cadence, meaning you can easily make 80+ calls a day.

Not much to dislike about Salesloft, the linking to Linkedin connections has previously been a bit clunky but that has been updated recently.

maintaing a successful and consistant cadence, getting calls and emails out to prospects at the right time.
being able to maintain a number of cadences such as inbound and outbound, and specific cadences for webinars etc.

Perfect tool for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is very helpful. SDRs spend less time logging activities manually. Thanks to the cadences they don't forget any leads.

The analytics are not really user-friendly and sometimes the information is scattered between different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Salesloft we weren't able to track correctly SDR's actions during the day. Some actions were missed. Now we can follow performances and make sure no leads are missed. We know exactly what actions allowed us to convert a lead and can get cadences performances.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is really easy to get used to and is very accessible for the customer. I also love the various features associated with Salesloft, in particular Cadences and Templates. These are very useful for me when sending mass emails that need to get to a large number of people. Being able to track clicks and opens is also extremely helpful and provides a level of insight that can't be found on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to understand more about the integrations with Salesforce and how that works. I know there's an ability to import contacts into Salesloft but I don't know where the line is for things that get imported automatically and contacts that have to be manually imported into Salesforce,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem being solved is the ability to hit a lot of customers in a short amount of time, with specific messages within an email. It also allows you to manage your time more effectively with the ability to schedule when you want your emails to go out. The other big benefit is the ability to track actions within Salesloft to get a better idea of who is engaging with your emails and outreach.
Game changer for predictable & scalable prospecting results
What do you like best about the product?
Arguably the most powerful feature of SalesLoft is the scheduling of ongoing follow-up. It gives sales organisations confidence that every avenue has been followed for reaching leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really no complaints at all. If I could score it higher I would!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to identify more opportunities and have more meaningful conversations as a direct result of SalesLoft than I ever would have imagined without it.
Great Prospecting Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can log on every morning and see my daily cadence tasks to complete. It keeps me very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't really use for the whole sales cycle. Have to move to a different platform.

It is a huge time saver, running prospects through a cadence. Then using those cadence's analytics to see how they worked.
