Love Salesloft!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use while keeping tasks neatly organized
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool is great and functionality performs at a high level - if anything, open notifications that are actually opened by a bot if the company has a filter would be great

Great Tool for Outbound Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a sales cadence is very simple and easy to add contacts in from Salesforce with just a few clicks. The templates that SalesLoft has for the cadences creates a good flow of emails, Linkedin, and calls into the cadence. This helps increase my outreach efforts 10x easily rather than doing mail merges in outlook which use to take forever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like added to the platform is the capability to pull in a Salesforce widget on the side so you can see all prior activity in SFDC on the side or below similar to the Linkedin Sales Navigator add-on. It may be available but we are not leveraging it currently at my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses this mainly for our business development purposes. We have seen a tremendous increase in cold meetings set with the platform due to the ability to hammer out call after call. A BDR can easily make 50-60 calls an hour with this tool. Our BDRs went from setting about 2-3 meetings per week on average to an average of 5 meetings per week after adopting SalesLoft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a salesperson that does quite a bit of outreach with and without the Salesloft tool, I would highly recommend adopting this platform for your sales team. The increase in productivity from this tool is worth every penny.
Great tool for optimizing communication and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up your cadence structure for all sizes and types of campaigns, manage it from the home page, and track the success of open rates, clicks, etc to iterate and perfect strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if different people could co-manage a cadence. Our reps and account coordinators often co-manage accounts post-sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing our AR/AC team to build full onboarding communication cadences and check-in cadences. The main benefit is making sure all clients receive the same type and level of communication and these clients will have everything they need to start with our products successfully.

I like how it organizes my day and steps I need to do in order of time zones

Seems to disconnect a lot from Salesforce

I can reach out to multiple people from a variety of different leads sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Click tracking and the ability to see who has opened my emails

Sometimes removing steps from cadences is a bit cumbersome if there are people on the steps you are trying to move or delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can gauge interested parties by how they are interacting with my emails and then I can short list the people I want to reach out to.
All-in-one CRM
What do you like best about the product?
This can be a double-edged sword because of the overwhelming integrations. We began to use SalesLoft as an alternative to another "not to be named" CRM and it quickly evolved into our ERP. Almost all of our internal systems including payment, registrations, marketing campaigns, etc are synced via SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I stated above the abundance of options can be overwhelming. They are great in that they help us work in a more coordinated fashion but creating accurate reports can then become a real nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a centralized platform, we can now work cross-departmentally with full transparency. Since we are a global company, working across multiple time zones can be a challenge and with the help of SalesLoft connectivity, we no longer need to rely on frontal meetings to provide a recap of our teams' activities.

The UI/UX is a bit complicated, that could be worked on

A good tool for automating your sales campaign.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has proved to be one of the best tools for automating our email outreach for us. The new feature of recognizing out-of-office email is bliss as it helps us to manage the campaign effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a good tool for creating email cadence but sometimes it's difficult to understand for the new user and I think it's because of their user interface and user experience which needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running email campaigning without Salesloft was very hectic and time-consuming. we lost so many contacts as we were not able to track the email but with Salesloft we can run a campaign with hundreds of data and it works like a charm. We increased our outreach multiple times using salesloft
Best tool for Sales Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automated email campaigns, analytics, calling feature and above all, automation functionality is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should provide access to hotleads which is indicated by the salesloft
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out multiple people at the same time which was very difficult earlier. Also it get synced with SF, notes are automatically mapped in SF crm. It has helped me increase my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cadence tool and it's ability to help me stay organized. The Salesforce integration is easy to use and set up. I will say, the most amazing part of the process so far has been the amazing implementation and support team. As a 1 person sales and admin show at this moment, they gave me all the tools I needed to get up to speed fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like the deal functionality, but can't afford the extra price tag right now. Also Outreach.io has an amazing feature set that I like which helps guide the prospects and clients on their sales journey. I wish that Salesloft had that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very small sales team that's drowning in opportunity is a great place to be in! But that doesn't mean that we can't grow more. Salesloft is helping me have numerous, personalized conversations across several different platforms
