Great Salesloft implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I loved Salesloft as an end-user and now as an admin, I loved how easy it was to get it up and running for a small team that I currently manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some statistics are not being accurately updating, but the support team is aware of those and is helping me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm several steps ahead of problems by running cadences with Salesloft and the main benefit is having my team focused in a single platform that guides them on each step to take to outreach.

Awesome tool, very intuitive and easy to use.

The best feature I guess is. the cadence. All of my colleagues use the cadence. to target our customers and it is so effective.

Sometimes the extension doesn't work and the calling feature too

Offers a full feature set to cover all aspects of the sales motion, from prospecting to selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft has a great feature set, but for one reason or another, we have been running into A LOT of bugs. Specifically, if you Outlook (vs Gmail) and are like us, you will experience many issues with the integration. These integrations issues impact many other features within the platform, for example, Calendar and whether or not the Conversations feature will record calls. Additionally, the poor connection with Outlook seems to impact the Salesloft connect app within the Outlook inbox, it usually needs to be refreshed or reset weekly to get that functionality to work. Aside from the compatibility issues with Outlook, we constantly run into issues with the Chrome extension having to be refreshed or repaired. The support model, using cases is pretty standard. The team does a good job of acknowledging the initial case submission, but troubleshooting/fixing takes weeks... and weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social. We have realized efficiencies related to eliminating clicks and manual steps in the prospecting process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft was an early mover in the sales engagement market and is now a household name, but there may be other solutions out there delivering a similar feature set with fewer bugs and lackluster support. Overall they may have grown so large and lost the focus on delivering a great product while also putting the customer's needs at the center of what they do. I've personally used Salesloft (both as an end-user and administrator) over the past five years and have not run into as many product difficulties and support issues as I have in the last six months. Still a sales engagement platform with a full feature set, but perhaps vet and test it out, although I don't think they offer pre-sale trials unless that has changed.

Helpful to keep organized and refer back to phone and email notes.

That I can't add an additional email address when running an email cadence.

Helps me stay organized and reminds me to call on customers at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the email template feature very helpful - it allows me to communicate with my clients quickly and effectively. I also appreciate how Salesloft connects with my other platforms - Salesforce and Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to organize my clients under the people section. Although in theory being able to sort by cadences and stage should help the organization. Most of my clients are left in the "open" stage after a certain amount of time and then it becomes difficult to sort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deals tab in Salesloft helps me solve for orginizational issues, I am able to task, set deadlines, send communication all from the same page. This helps me be more effective in my day to day tasks.

I like the ability to track opens and if they are on diff devices or locations, being able to search across all accounts for specific job titles is also helpful

there are a lot of bugs; contacts not being linked to accounts they should, clicking the contacts tab on an account and being shown every contact that exists and not just those at that company. Calls dropping randomly or not being able to register Australian numbers

i like being able to schedule calls and easily mass import people into a cadence based off job title doesn't have to be specific to their company

Dedup syncing can be kludgey. The task function doesn't have a lot of detail. More transactional.

eMail campaigns, tracking & targeting prospects for follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is where I spend most of my time in the day. It is extremely helpful to have one platform to base all of my outreach out of. It functions perfectly and makes life easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI takes a little getting used to, but after a week or so it's easy to get up and running. I'd like a feature to filter all the leads with no numbers out of my call steps. Instead I have to manually skip each person with no number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive outreach campaigns can be very timely, but salesloft organizes email, call, and linkedin outreach in one place. This makes outreach far more efficient and saves tons of times. To be honest, my job would be much more time consuming without salesloft or soemthing like it.
It is a very user friendly software.

the fact that it is pretty easy to use. I work in a customer-facing department and this is one of the best software we have been using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike there, it does require a stable connection to make calls sometimes but is very convenient in terms of usage.

Able to make calls.

Able to dispose of the calls accordingly with so many dispositions available.

Just need to have an option to customize a couple of things. The rest is perfect.

The ability to manage metrics of your cadences and templates.

Does not have a seamless process to add multiple accounts at once.

Working to have multiple accounts/contacts simultaneously added from Salesforce.
