Salesloft makes life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of the CADENCES where there are different tasks for each day - it helps you stay organized when it comes to reaching out to your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches - the surname of your contacts that are currently in a cadence disappears and you have to manually find a particular prospect again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-organization of my tasks (I don't have to check all my prospects one by one because the cadence automatically gives me the task for a specific day

What do you like best about the product?
The AI maps my e-mails and automatically inputs sentiment for the replies and it's always right on the answers, it's amazing and it saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the e-mail tracker can give you false data as it tells you someone read your email, but it's actually a robot. But this issue it's common and easily detected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline all my cadencies with calls, linked-in connections, messages, and automated email e making my day a lot more efficient compared to previous CRMs we used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very stable platform and super integrated with other solutions like SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great for our team and easy to use, however, has a lot of similarities to Outreach, MixMax etc. The one thing that sets them apart is the ongoing support we have from the team and out account manager. Always on hand and incredibly quick to respond questions and queries, even though we're not a larger enterprise client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't as easy to automate LinkedIn as I would like. The process is very manual and you can only send inMails. The Hubspot isn't the best...but to be fair this is probably Hubspot's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation - enables to achieve personalisation at scale. Saves a lot of time, however we have used a number of email automation tools previously.

Easy to navigate. Nice UI. Cadence calling is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem easy to remove someone from a cadence if you're not in the record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dump leads in there to call. Seems good for that.

Visually appealing and pretty easy to use. User intuitive. I like using SL with Gmail because it will use predictive text as well.

that you cannot hide certain cadences.

Sales loft has got everything a sales agent needs with an interface that is simple /user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do exactly what I want with my leads.

Sometimes it gets a little slow. There isn't anything that I don't like.

Keeping a track of your opportunity stages and lead activity history has increased my closed won rate.

the tool is great and functionality performs at a high level - if anything, open notifications that are actually opened by a bot if the company has a filter would be great

Great Tool for Outbound Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a sales cadence is very simple and easy to add contacts in from Salesforce with just a few clicks. The templates that SalesLoft has for the cadences creates a good flow of emails, Linkedin, and calls into the cadence. This helps increase my outreach efforts 10x easily rather than doing mail merges in outlook which use to take forever.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like added to the platform is the capability to pull in a Salesforce widget on the side so you can see all prior activity in SFDC on the side or below similar to the Linkedin Sales Navigator add-on. It may be available but we are not leveraging it currently at my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses this mainly for our business development purposes. We have seen a tremendous increase in cold meetings set with the platform due to the ability to hammer out call after call. A BDR can easily make 50-60 calls an hour with this tool. Our BDRs went from setting about 2-3 meetings per week on average to an average of 5 meetings per week after adopting SalesLoft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a salesperson that does quite a bit of outreach with and without the Salesloft tool, I would highly recommend adopting this platform for your sales team. The increase in productivity from this tool is worth every penny.
Great tool for optimizing communication and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up your cadence structure for all sizes and types of campaigns, manage it from the home page, and track the success of open rates, clicks, etc to iterate and perfect strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if different people could co-manage a cadence. Our reps and account coordinators often co-manage accounts post-sale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing our AR/AC team to build full onboarding communication cadences and check-in cadences. The main benefit is making sure all clients receive the same type and level of communication and these clients will have everything they need to start with our products successfully.
