What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SalesLoft is the dialer and analytics of the platform. User insights are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SalesLoft extension with Chrome and Salesforce can prove to be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better insights into account, opportunity, and lead activity. We have seen what activities get prospects and customers engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, great features, great customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence information aswell as being able to compare your work with others
What do you dislike about the product?
That's after every other call it doesn't log the call correct forcing me to reload page and log call again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling, emails is a lot faster and easier to track and find information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very usefull for lead. cold calling it saves every recording and shows all the info

information. Everything is there at the touch of a button. the integration with salesforce is massive. I could really not flaw this product. Small improvements over time will make it even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything that you need infront of you! Your call log your email log and notes is so easy to access and see. It helps with planning your day and schedule your calls emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! If you want a virtual PA this is it.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting tasks after you have made contact with someone is very easy. Then being able to see the history of the activities in a summary (broken down by emails, phone calls, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that pinned notes could be edited easier rather than using the shift+enter. And the tasks and to-do's can get confusing. I understand that they are supposed to interface with Salesforce, but the tasks do not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipleline management has become much easier being able to see pipeline clearly on the "Deals"page. THe ability to have all of the emails logged in Salesloft is great even if they are initiated from gmail.

Cadences, the ability to set up tasks. And ability to make calls quickly

Inability to group tasks by timezone, Also tasks are automatically set for a week out

What do you like best about the product?
1. Calling feature is so easy to use.
2. Reminders are very useful and because of this I never miss a follow-up
3. Creating the contacts through the platforms
4. Better than all other competitors

Nothing much but only one there is some lag while calling.

What do you like best about the product?
The activity tracking with open/reply rates. Cadences for specific personas, A/B testing capabilities, scheduled emails, etc.

The webinars are also phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations/connectors are finicky and have trouble reconnecting. Could just be user error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of email is #1. Templates for outbounding and responding to current opportunities saves me tons of time

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of salesloft, I basically work on this software every single day.
I am amazed to see that using this is so simple and convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike in salesloft but sometimes the loading time is a lot, but that happens like 1 in a 100 days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been logging my calls, tracking my daily activities, viewing my pending activities.
The benefit I get from using salesloft is that everything is confined in a single place

- Would be nice to have some AI features that analyse phone calls

Love the automation and intent/engagement alerts. Also nice to have a single interface to look at all necessary prospect info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit cadences after prospects are in cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling prospecting and gauging intent for prioritization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft is a great tool for integrating Services like SalesNav and ZoomInfo into one platform. Also fantastic for engagement tracking and evaluating the success of various cadences.
