Great Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the implementation of Salesloft. Our onboarding consultant walked us through every step of the implementation and integration with Salesforce and made sure that we were utilizing the software to the greatest potential right out of the gate.The platform layout has the perfect balance of simplicity and complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I wish that I could change is making email sentiments reportable in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft, our team was using click to dial out of Salesforce and manually logging activities on contact and account records. We had no set outbound playbooks and no visibility into what outbound activities were and weren't working. After implementing SalesLoft, our reps saw a 30% boost in outbound activity and by using cadences, we are now able to use data to see which types of outreach and what content is converting more prospects into sales opportunities.
Overall, SalesLoft is very easy to use and very powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me to find prospects that will be a good fit for my software. It is very intelligent software. I use cadence for followups which is helping me on time followups
What do you dislike about the product?
It is kind of expensive to use for a small business like myself. It would seem less expensive for larger businesses than mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is time saving, which leads to more sales productivity (larger number of leads managed, higher number of opportunities, obviously higher ARR)
Streamlines outreach / daily workflow so you have more time to prospect
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences. The ability to set your month or quarterly email outreach up in advance and come in every morning and have your emails set for sending already makes me work smarter, not harder
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. I've been using it for 3 months now and have converted 4 meetings out of Cadence flow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management/saving is a big benefit for me. I haven't really run into any problems yet
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate, just try it out and learn cadences immediately. You'll love it
So far having a great experience with SalesLoft and the cadences and the way it is designed.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the cadences where you can easily review and complete your steps and can make sure you are not missing any task and everything is being done in professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in SalesLoft but I guess there are some errors that pops up in couple of days when you're not able to import contacts or can run steps and sometimes it gets slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that has been solved with SalesLoft is you don't miss any task or you don't miss any client that you need to reach to and yes the performance has increased.
Great way to automate and streamline the prospecting process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create cadances that contain my email templates with dynamic fields. Then, when I go to prospect I am able to personalize each step from within the cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user experience could be better when prospecting by showing your very last step in a more in your face presentation. That way I can reference it easier for when making calls, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It truly helps you keep your ducks in a row and stay organized when doing individual and team prospecting efforts. Without it, there may be missing steps or duplicate efforts.
Salesloft keeps great records!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it integrates with my emails, records my calls, and can provide transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transcripts were readily available. For now, I must type keywords it captured to get it. There should be a button to press to retrieve the entire transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my activities recorded in real-time without the hassle of going back to do so manually. I can also send mass emails, build cadences, make calls, and even. connect LinkedIn.
User friendly while making business process smoother.
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface makes it all easy to utilize the software in the best possible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending a text message via Sales Loft is not comforting, since there are no icons for emojis or to upload an attachment or an image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating revenue for the company while helping out the customers in the best possible way.
Very good but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send personalized messages within a cadence but also have standardized templates. Being able to copy and replicate cadences helps in verticalized outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my open rates are near 100% because of firewalls and there is no easy way to cancel a mass sending of emails. I also think that the idea of subsections or batches of emails within a cadence would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is largely a numbers game, salesloft allows sales people to overcome this by exporting contacts into cadences and tailor messaging to the specific company or branch.

Nowadays is quite glitchy but will get better hoefully

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SF's ease of use and the forethought that has obviously gone into building this tool. The cadences are easy to build or plug and play!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialer can act a little funky on inbound calls when interfacing with other tools like Orum. Perhaps it could be simplified, or maybe rules written that govern which tool takes priority when receiving inbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to systematize outreach. Salesloft helps us do less cadence building/data entry, and more actual emailing and being on the phones. Love the import capabilities.
