Very good but not perfect

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send personalized messages within a cadence but also have standardized templates. Being able to copy and replicate cadences helps in verticalized outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my open rates are near 100% because of firewalls and there is no easy way to cancel a mass sending of emails. I also think that the idea of subsections or batches of emails within a cadence would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is largely a numbers game, salesloft allows sales people to overcome this by exporting contacts into cadences and tailor messaging to the specific company or branch.

Great tool for Productive BDRs

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SF's ease of use and the forethought that has obviously gone into building this tool. The cadences are easy to build or plug and play!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialer can act a little funky on inbound calls when interfacing with other tools like Orum. Perhaps it could be simplified, or maybe rules written that govern which tool takes priority when receiving inbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to systematize outreach. Salesloft helps us do less cadence building/data entry, and more actual emailing and being on the phones. Love the import capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use features, user experience and the amount of automation can be enabled. Best part is the data it shows when we run a campaign that helps us to enhance the performance of our campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Although a great tool but definitely there is some scope for improvement with the integration with the Linkedin sales navigator. Also, it will be great if tools let us know how we can have the improve suggestions for increasing the performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our work on outbound campaigns. Tracking the performance and getting meetings booked directly through their scheduler. It also helps our manager to review the overall teams effort and performance

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesloft is adding cadences that can be shared amongst the company. The cadences are helpful for the SDR team, I am also able to track who opened my messages
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is way worse than Outreach in my opinion, integration with SalesForce is okay at best. The messages are not as automated. Making phone calls show up as a spam risk when I call prospects. The forwarding to my cell is bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to have more visibility over reply rates and open rates. It gives me the option to send out some automated cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best sales engagement tools that I have come across. Easy integration with the CRM tool i.e Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much since the feature like analytical tools have been worked upon so it's okay now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am into Sales, I have used a lot of engagement tools have but Salesloft is really incredible for the engagement with the inbuilt templates

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up the entire campaigns including calls, LinkedIn and emails. Gives you a good insight on your performance by showing the open rate and click rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While these tools met our expectations but I feel there should be better integration with LinkedIn to ease our prospecting efforts. Should also have option to enable calls over the weekends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our email campaigns with minimal efforts and effective tracking for the managers to provide us feedback on how to enhance the steps and content of the campaigns

Comprehensive solution to sales follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
Different cadences for lead funnel. I can separate my customers and can also track what happened with the previous engagements through a single platform without having the need to open all the previos mails
What do you dislike about the product?
Need hourly scheduled reminders for calling the leads. I would like more scheduling for day to day calls. Also sometimes it doesn't automatically update the result on salesforce which it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to days followups are easily managed through Salesloft. Also, it maintains a record of all that is previously done with a specific account. the feature where SalesLoft marks the lead as hot lead based on response is also much beneficial
