The Foundation of Efficiency and Slaying KPI's
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Salesloft is how easy it is to use as a foundation for my day. I live out of Salesloft which is a good thing because it's beautifully interfaced, extremely easy to understand and utilize. The actions that I need to take are from an outbound prospecting standpoint are laid out right in front of me according to their priority. I can make phone calls directly from my computer instead of manually dialing and I can see the entire history of outreach from that specific prospect be it from myself or other colleagues from years ago or just days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about SL. The only troubles I've ever had was short-lived and not recurring. I had troubles with glitches when it comes to audio and microphone permissions through their online dialer. This could have been my hardware or the browser I was using. Occasionally for myself and my team, SalesLoft will slow down and take much longer than usual to load various pages-whether it is a prospect page, cadence pages, past call/emails, etc. It seems to only affect a subset of people at a time and isn't a widespread issue when it does happen. I would say this might happen once a week for 1/5 members of our team and only lasts for < 30 minutes and tends to be at the end of the day if it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves what was an extremely clunky experience for the business development motion at our company. Typically, we would have to find numbers in SalesLoft, manually dial each of them, and somehow keep track of how often we reach out to these people and in what type of medium. SalesLoft acts as a personal chef does in comparison to driving to the grocery store, picking out ingredients, then needing to go home and cook them yourself (and repeating this process day after day). The personal chef, SalesLoft, does the shopping and cooking. All you need to do is sit down and the table and be served. The team has been able to increase the volume of quality outreach we do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our company switched from other platforms and have enjoyed the change. Seriously consider SalesLoft
Pretty good tool for Account Executives!
What do you like best about the product?
It has pretty much all cadences required for a sales executive, great way to track your tasks for the day, extremely simple way to upload all contacts in the system

The UI and UX can be a bit dingy to use,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best way to keep track of all leads. A one stop solution for outbound sales. Earlier it was very difficult to keep track, but this tool has made life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I simply love the way how my to-do for the day is set by Salesloft. I don't have to remember whom to call everything is right in front of my screen and every lead just populates by itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with salesforce needs to be better, stage change of leads in salesforce must be automatic based on sentiments while logging call, User activity reports can be made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool for better management and timely churn of leads. Benefits are timely engagement with leads, Email tracking, Team User performance stats, Linkedin research, Automated Email Cadence with email open tracking and click tracking.
Solid platform that makes sales life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has drastically increased our efficiency, saving time and money. It has also returned a positive ROI by helping us bring in a significant amount of revenue
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, not much to dislike! We did have an issue where we were unable to track the performance of custom dispositions and sentiments on calls but this was quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a disorganized sales process that was taking a lot of time to administer. The platform makes it easy to organize our outreach efforts and continuously review and improve our methods.

Automatic logging of activities and recording of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cadence step details are a little confusing at times. Could just be I'm getting used to it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time involved with logging activities, saves me a ton of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Salesloft to significantly increase efficiencies in the sales process.
It's good but I haven't used anything else, so I don't have a benchmark.

Relatively easy to use, it has a good UI

There is often a lag in sending an email despite the scheduled time; outbound call logging is difficult on the phone app. Phone app has some issues

Sending a large number of templated emails at once.

Takes a little while to learn but is generally easy to use.

Daily reminders to reach back out to prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face along with different script or talking point samples to keep each touch fresh, nonrepetitive and informative

Can't edit the built-in templates
Removing someone from a cadence and SalesLoft a little tedious and could be simpler

I'm staying on top of things and prospects aren't slipping through the cracks and getting forgotten
User Friendly, and effective for generating business.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share ideas with peers by seeing their cadences and what's working for them, then trying it yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO JUST PAUSE A CERTAIN GROUP OF PEOPLE IN A CADENCE AND HAVE THEM RESUME WHEN IM READY

i'm able to reach out to a greater number of people and have any idea of their level of interest.

Easy to pause and resume certain people or groups of people in a cadence.

All the information I need on clients is right there, easy for step by step processes. I use the client organization, notes, and call button

Can be confusing at first but just takes some time to learn the software

Keeping up with clients, calling clients when I need to or for our appointments storing notes on the client

Downsides.... if you ever have to give it up you'll probably hate whatever it gets replaced with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We repeat the same routine with a lot of our partners, so cadences make it easy to track where we are at in our cycle with them. Additionally, we have a lot of moving parts when it comes to scheduling, so the availability feature and ability to include multiple attendees is extremely valuable. Further, we are always trying to refine what works best and what success looks like, so easily trackable metrics makes that a breeze.

If you have a lot of repeatable processes in your sales process or even your customer support functions, STRONGLY consider Salesloft.
