What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ease of use when creating cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike within the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create cadences for all of my means of communication and stay in touch with Prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality around communicating to customers. The way the platform is organized always amazes me. Very easy to use. Being able to create cadences and groups has been a huge lifesaver and allowed me to be more productive with who I communicate with and when.

I also do love knowing when someone has opened/read an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be very minor, but I do wish there was a better notification feature for incoming text responses either outside of the app or more than just the alert icon at the top. Maybe there is and I haven't found it yet?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing SalesLoft has done is to help me become more organized and being able to stay focused on the flow of my communication with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is great and helps ramp up onboarding time, turning new hires into producers in a few short weeks.
Analytics provide valuable insights that allow you to run A/B Tests to ensure you are constantly improving efficiencies within your sales cycle.
Personalization features allow for automation that does not come off as completely robotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow for full integration of all Custom Fields within our SFDC (i.e. Secondary Email address), resulting in some information not being stored as effectively as I would like. It would also be nice to have the Analytics they provide to be viewable within my other SFDC reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have shortened our onboarding time from 6 months to about 3-4 weeks.
Greatly improved the efficiency of our sales cycle, on average it's been shortened by 6-8 weeks.
We have a much higher close rate of Prospect to Customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest your energy into running several cadence variations in A/B tests.
Make sure you use that Salesloft Set Up time with the Salesloft rep wisely to ensure you have all of the SFDC integrations set up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of doing business and the search for new clients, in addition to the cadences that help on a day-to-day basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls are not so clear and customers are lost due to the intermittency of the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing to resolve is that from saleloft I can control calls and create Cadences so as not to let an opportunity with the client cool down.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make all my calls and emails from one place. Easy to track who has opened your emails and reminders are great for when you have a lot on your plate to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be buggy, like when I use click to call the screen will change from log and complete to log only and then I have to click the contact again to click complete and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with Salesloft are being able to push my prospects through cadences and make sure no one gets lost in the shuffle of my day-to-day work. The benefits from SL is being able to prioritize my time and being efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows me to stay on top of my day to day tasks. I absolutely adore the sequence variants with which you can easily a/b test anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be a bit slow with their responses and although when they do respond they are always super helpful, a lot of the times I prefer figuring out stuff myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kinds of outbound outreach really. I use it instead of Gmail since it's so easy to not let things slip through the cracks of a busy day.
Nowadays I send about 40 customer success emails on a daily basis!

What do you like best about the product?
cadences, the team of sales loft always is sharing the updates. Frameworks help a lot to build new cadences in minutes for new sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
the constant question about the quality of each call... is anoying

Building the right path to follow each prospect depending on where they come from. Benefits: more do in less time

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using different features that are intuitive, as well as the always fast response support! The ability to access different features from the various pages is great. Overall, simple to follow along.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system would be down, which is not that often. The ability to customize the meeting page by adding different fields of questions would be great. Also, having Salesloft mobile app on Android/Apple would be a HUGE bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement for running inbound sales cadence. The ability to run the cadence and manage database of contacts while still performing personalization at individual level is awesome.

Go to their knowledge database before submitting questions.
