Excellent Tool for Prospecting and Communicating
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft organizes the process of prospecting and makes it much easier for sales teams to stay current on communication plans with their prospect accounts and leads. It also allows the marketing team to manage the style, and content of the messaging. This eliminates the need for Sales teams to create messaging and helps keep the brand messages and communications in alignment. The onboarding process was very organized and thorough. The integration with Salesforce was critical for us and the setup was well handled during the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support is OK - too often they want to point you to a web page link and not get on the phone and help. The professional services team does help fill this gap, but their time costs money. The onboarding process at times seemed a little rushed and too process-oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is now able to prospect with approved content, on a tested and proven timeline and do not have to depend on their own calendar or memory to stay current in the communications. It also gives sales managers the ability to see who is doing prospecting and how effective they are in the communications. The increased attention to outbound prospecting activities has netted some new leads and potential opportunities. Those account executives that are new can quickly be prospecting without having to build a complete product knowledge first.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and CRM linked deal updates, no double admin is an absolute dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing outbound call blocks it automatically jumps to the next person, i would love to disable that and move next manually as sometimes it jumps over even though i need to log 2 actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track of my deals and cadences is hassle free, updating my direct superior is also easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy Salesloft is to use. Not only are all of my cadences easy to modify, they also track the data within them. Using Salesloft has allowed me to greatly increase my output.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there aren't any particular dislikes. The initial issues that I ran into were administrative rights that halted me from accessing the sales reps in my territories contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure there are specific business "problems" that I'm solving with Salesloft. If anything SalesLoft has been a mitigator to potential problems that could arise.
Its the best automation software I have ever experienced and also makes my job so easier.

The cadences that allow me to go through the amount of daily calls I have to get done easier

I would like if you could add a time reminder with the day reminder

Organization- so helpful how you can see meetings, what is due and when, add reminders- one stop shop.

doesn't detect when clicks are from robots / span- not even sure if possible though

What do you like best about the product?
The cadence automation has been extremely helpful to our sales teams, especially our new BDR organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to our global presence we have an instance hosted in the EU. The capabilities do not match the US capabilities but they are coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't had good visibility into our sales process and will help our Leadership team to see where we are stalling/advancing.

What do you like best about the product?
The email cadence function is helpful for email automation but could be more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality for playing back calls is difficult to use, and usually breaks when you try to skip to different parts of the conversation. You have to watch the entire call in order to get to the part you want to rewatch and must pay close attention because rewinding breaks it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call playback, email automation and general sales process management are the main areas I have been using Salesloft for.
Great partner & great tool
What do you like best about the product?
We requested a fast implementation. The Salesloft team was open about the challenges that come with a fast implementation but helped us to get up and running quickly. Adam and team kept us on track, while maintaining clear communication and making sure each step was successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no qualms with Salesloft implementation, product, or team. Everything about this process has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that would empower our BDR team to cadence better, AEs to manage communication stronger, and leadership to report accurately across a number of metrics. Salesloft met all of our needs.

This is has been the best experience implementing and rolling out a new tool.

Lack of ability to see amount of leads in specific cadences per rep and per team in one large report.

Automating some emails to save time. Ability to pre-build and save cadences for organization.

How seamless it is to automate and build sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I believe a prospect is opening my email. When in reality it is myself who clicked on the email I sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing response rates. 2x responses when sending on 1:1 directly.
