Great for BDR Cadences
What do you like best about the product?
Such a helpful tool for BDR cadences. Don't have to wonder what they're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. I think it is very helpful for our BDR team and would recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have to wonder how many calls/emails BDRs are making. We can set it all up in advance.
Complete feature set & good value for money
What do you like best about the product?
1. Great conversation intelligence function - specifically relevant for deep tech sales calls, where the attention spans need to be either in the area of notetaking or active listening (very easy to get back to keywords with X-Ray analysis which is easily configurable, very easy to keep up with next steps, etc)
2. Easy integration with Salesforce and no need for sales people to jump from one tool to another - changes performed in Salesloft can be automatically sent over and visible/reportable in Salesforce as well

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to comment here - over time, most feedback given have been actioned on, so it's been a great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Recording of calls for QA/coaching, but also keeping up with technicalities and next steps
2. Automating part of the sales journey while remaining relevant
Main benefit is in time saves, which obviously leads to more sales productivity (larger number of leads managed, higher number of opportunities, obviously higher ARR)

Best tool for Outbound sales process
What do you like best about the product?
The Option to create and run cadence is most useful feature
What do you dislike about the product?
In case we have to skip few steps which we have set in cadence for few prospects we have to do it one by one there is no option to do it in Bulk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Outbound fro tracking my progess to having an stats for my campaign it helps me to improvise and keep all the relevent info and plans at one place

What do you like best about the product?
Automating E-mail campaigns is the best part. Also, it gives us the flexibility to use multiple touchpoints like calls, LinkedIn connection requests & ask for an introduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is pretty much good but there is a scope for improvement like sometimes integration with LinkedIn does not work that smoothly. Also, there should be some suggestions on how we can improve our campaigns.

Reaching outbound prospects and having diverse E-mail campaigns across various industries. Just a few benefits that it makes my work much easier & help my manager to track my performance on regualer basis.

I'd like if the layout is made a little simpler. It's not confusing right now but it'll be great if it can be a little more simpler and customizable.

It helps manage my outbound data and dismisses the need of depending on excel sheets all the time.

Outbound Sales are a must if you want to grow your company, but managing your outbound data is a task in itself. Salesloft comes to the rescue. It is a must if your company is stepping into the outbound process.

What do you like best about the product?
Good insights for users about the performance of the campaigns in terms of open rate and click rate. Good analytics for managers to see teams/individual progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have back integration to salesforce. Should be good to have more suggestions/ parameters to improve email campaigns. Also, faced some issue with LinkedIn integration but later resolved

The Foundation of Efficiency and Slaying KPI's
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Salesloft is how easy it is to use as a foundation for my day. I live out of Salesloft which is a good thing because it's beautifully interfaced, extremely easy to understand and utilize. The actions that I need to take are from an outbound prospecting standpoint are laid out right in front of me according to their priority. I can make phone calls directly from my computer instead of manually dialing and I can see the entire history of outreach from that specific prospect be it from myself or other colleagues from years ago or just days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about SL. The only troubles I've ever had was short-lived and not recurring. I had troubles with glitches when it comes to audio and microphone permissions through their online dialer. This could have been my hardware or the browser I was using. Occasionally for myself and my team, SalesLoft will slow down and take much longer than usual to load various pages-whether it is a prospect page, cadence pages, past call/emails, etc. It seems to only affect a subset of people at a time and isn't a widespread issue when it does happen. I would say this might happen once a week for 1/5 members of our team and only lasts for < 30 minutes and tends to be at the end of the day if it does happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves what was an extremely clunky experience for the business development motion at our company. Typically, we would have to find numbers in SalesLoft, manually dial each of them, and somehow keep track of how often we reach out to these people and in what type of medium. SalesLoft acts as a personal chef does in comparison to driving to the grocery store, picking out ingredients, then needing to go home and cook them yourself (and repeating this process day after day). The personal chef, SalesLoft, does the shopping and cooking. All you need to do is sit down and the table and be served. The team has been able to increase the volume of quality outreach we do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our company switched from other platforms and have enjoyed the change. Seriously consider SalesLoft
Pretty good tool for Account Executives!
What do you like best about the product?
It has pretty much all cadences required for a sales executive, great way to track your tasks for the day, extremely simple way to upload all contacts in the system
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and UX can be a bit dingy to use,

Best way to keep track of all leads. A one stop solution for outbound sales. Earlier it was very difficult to keep track, but this tool has made life easier.
Great tool for managing leads
What do you like best about the product?
I simply love the way how my to-do for the day is set by Salesloft. I don't have to remember whom to call everything is right in front of my screen and every lead just populates by itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with salesforce needs to be better, stage change of leads in salesforce must be automatic based on sentiments while logging call, User activity reports can be made better.

We are using this tool for better management and timely churn of leads. Benefits are timely engagement with leads, Email tracking, Team User performance stats, Linkedin research, Automated Email Cadence with email open tracking and click tracking.
