Organized cadences lead to more output

What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly build cadences and send out a far greater number of outbound communication than I can track in a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the font size to default to 11 pt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to build and maintain outbound tracking spreadsheets. The Availability feature saves me a lot of time when I need to set up a meeting.

Truly I dont have any disadvantages as of the present moment. I'm as yet onboarding however I am cherishing it

Ability to manage and stay in control of sales activities that maximises the potential of an opportunity and accelerate response and engagement with a prospect.

Information can sometimes be misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
identifying customer interest, when to interact with a cold prospect, visibility of outreach view and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has helped us to improve our online and offlines sales by providing us a powerful data driven ecosystem where we can manange and track our sales efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particularly to dislike about salesloft but I wish their user interface could be better in terms of accessibility and usability, the product really works good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used salesloft to tracks and manage our sales efforts for both online and offline at one place, we have also used salesloft to launch targeted campaigns

Powerful and good support, reporting could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use and customize campaigns and automation rules. The support team is also pretty helpful and we've seen a noticeable improvement in response times and usefulness of responses from the Salesloft team over the past year - they seem to be making improvements in that regard
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better within SalesLoft. We have an SDR team and it would be great to be able to look at SDRs side-by-side and see where they are in each campaign (i.e., SDR 1 has 50 call step 1, 30 call step 2, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize SalesLoft for direct outbound campaigns via email and calling. It helps keep us organized and allows us to build automation into our process

What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality around communicating to customers. The way the platform is organized always amazes me. Very easy to use. Being able to create cadences and groups has been a huge lifesaver and allowed me to be more productive with who I communicate with and when.

I also do love knowing when someone has opened/read an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be very minor, but I do wish there was a better notification feature for incoming text responses either outside of the app or more than just the alert icon at the top. Maybe there is and I haven't found it yet?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing SalesLoft has done is to help me become more organized and being able to stay focused on the flow of my communication with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is great and helps ramp up onboarding time, turning new hires into producers in a few short weeks.
Analytics provide valuable insights that allow you to run A/B Tests to ensure you are constantly improving efficiencies within your sales cycle.
Personalization features allow for automation that does not come off as completely robotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow for full integration of all Custom Fields within our SFDC (i.e. Secondary Email address), resulting in some information not being stored as effectively as I would like. It would also be nice to have the Analytics they provide to be viewable within my other SFDC reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have shortened our onboarding time from 6 months to about 3-4 weeks.
Greatly improved the efficiency of our sales cycle, on average it's been shortened by 6-8 weeks.
We have a much higher close rate of Prospect to Customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest your energy into running several cadence variations in A/B tests.
Make sure you use that Salesloft Set Up time with the Salesloft rep wisely to ensure you have all of the SFDC integrations set up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of doing business and the search for new clients, in addition to the cadences that help on a day-to-day basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calls are not so clear and customers are lost due to the intermittency of the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing to resolve is that from saleloft I can control calls and create Cadences so as not to let an opportunity with the client cool down.
