Great place for outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make all my calls and emails from one place. Easy to track who has opened your emails and reminders are great for when you have a lot on your plate to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be buggy, like when I use click to call the screen will change from log and complete to log only and then I have to click the contact again to click complete and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with Salesloft are being able to push my prospects through cadences and make sure no one gets lost in the shuffle of my day-to-day work. The benefits from SL is being able to prioritize my time and being efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows me to stay on top of my day to day tasks. I absolutely adore the sequence variants with which you can easily a/b test anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be a bit slow with their responses and although when they do respond they are always super helpful, a lot of the times I prefer figuring out stuff myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All kinds of outbound outreach really. I use it instead of Gmail since it's so easy to not let things slip through the cracks of a busy day.

super easy to use, I can adapt almost everything, the different features made easy follow prospects

cadences, the team of sales loft always is sharing the updates. Frameworks help a lot to build new cadences in minutes for new sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
the constant question about the quality of each call... is anoying

Building the right path to follow each prospect depending on where they come from. Benefits: more do in less time
Ease of use, great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using different features that are intuitive, as well as the always fast response support! The ability to access different features from the various pages is great. Overall, simple to follow along.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system would be down, which is not that often. The ability to customize the meeting page by adding different fields of questions would be great. Also, having Salesloft mobile app on Android/Apple would be a HUGE bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement for running inbound sales cadence. The ability to run the cadence and manage database of contacts while still performing personalization at individual level is awesome.

Excellent Tool for Prospecting and Communicating
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft organizes the process of prospecting and makes it much easier for sales teams to stay current on communication plans with their prospect accounts and leads. It also allows the marketing team to manage the style, and content of the messaging. This eliminates the need for Sales teams to create messaging and helps keep the brand messages and communications in alignment. The onboarding process was very organized and thorough. The integration with Salesforce was critical for us and the setup was well handled during the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support is OK - too often they want to point you to a web page link and not get on the phone and help. The professional services team does help fill this gap, but their time costs money. The onboarding process at times seemed a little rushed and too process-oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is now able to prospect with approved content, on a tested and proven timeline and do not have to depend on their own calendar or memory to stay current in the communications. It also gives sales managers the ability to see who is doing prospecting and how effective they are in the communications. The increased attention to outbound prospecting activities has netted some new leads and potential opportunities. Those account executives that are new can quickly be prospecting without having to build a complete product knowledge first.

Cadences and CRM linked deal updates, no double admin is an absolute dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing outbound call blocks it automatically jumps to the next person, i would love to disable that and move next manually as sometimes it jumps over even though i need to log 2 actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track of my deals and cadences is hassle free, updating my direct superior is also easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy Salesloft is to use. Not only are all of my cadences easy to modify, they also track the data within them. Using Salesloft has allowed me to greatly increase my output.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there aren't any particular dislikes. The initial issues that I ran into were administrative rights that halted me from accessing the sales reps in my territories contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure there are specific business "problems" that I'm solving with Salesloft. If anything SalesLoft has been a mitigator to potential problems that could arise.
Its the best automation software I have ever experienced and also makes my job so easier.
