Maximizing efficiency on daily tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes my daily tasks just a little bit easier. In the best way. Simple, easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intergration with Salesforce is clunky and slow sometimes as far as uploading calls and emails. Rare but does happen. Running the Salesloft chrome add-on is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver! Running team-wide cadences, and automated e-mails have led me to reach many more prospects than I normally would and free up the rest of my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface makes it easy to get the status of different cadences and who is engaging
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced challenges with seeing the analytics after each email in a cadence. I can see how many people are part of a cadence but not able to see the results for individual emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get better visibility into how well I am covering my accounts to see where I need to engage more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool if you want a better way to manage your cadences and collaborating with your team on prospecting strategies

What do you like best about the product?
It makes things more organized with my outreach approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the new branding is atrocious. The old branding was way better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organizational challenges. I think Salesloft not only solves everything with a clean UI, but it allows us SDRs to save a lot of time using the program.

Fantastic Tool...

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to organize all of my leads and keep track of my insights for calling, emailing, etc. However, my favorite part about this is how efficient this tool makes me. I can get hours of work done (including emails, calling, LinkedIn messaging and connecting) in half the time. I have worked at a company that did not have a tool like this, and I can say from experience I am at least 50% more efficient in my daily workflows with Saleslofr.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the tool will not upload my contacts properly and put the wrong company name. I know this because every time it does it, it says the same company. However, this does not happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving hours of manual working time, making it easy to be organized, and helping my company maximize our profit because we can simply do more work. Most importantly, that means happy employees!

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the functionality, and ease of use. Well-designed UI & UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't edit tasks, when a call is logged via a disposition (Call/email etc.). The reporting needs to be a little better, as it is hard to track dispositions logged on a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it helps with managing all your inbound and outbound activities done by your Sales, CSM& Recruiting teams across the organization. It keeps everyone on the same page, adding unique functionality to a CRM functionality for activities and tasks creation.

What do you like best about the product?
During our onboarding process, Salesloft assigned us a dedicated professional that helped us to configure the platform according to our needs which was extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform lacks the ability to break up the instance by teams and apply different settings by teams. The more users you onboard, the more complicated it becomes to manage.
I wish there was more granularity.
Also, it lacks the ability to convert leads into sales opportunities which makes its Salesforce integration very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows us to keep track of various activities like phone/email interactions with leads, assign leads to automatic email cadences and track the progress. With Salesloft we have more visibility into the activity and performance of our agents.

What do you like best about the product?
Well ordered reminders to best take care of daily tasks and easily make all calls from Salesloft through the dialer and connect to prospects on LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
For all systems to work together, you need a CRM Manager. I wish it could be easier to implement and connect to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to make phone calls, log them, record them. Time-saving!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take the time to properly train your team and show them how they can use it daily. Also, for the value of Salesloft to reach its maximum potential, the team must work together to create templates and cadences they can share. Great collaboration tool!

SalesLoft - gotta love those cadences

What do you like best about the product?
As with any good cadence tool, it lets you turn a cold call into a warm call. It also splits the sections up logically and gives you a uniform way of manuvering in each section. You can also see additonal information from Twitter and Owler.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any prospect, the more information available to you, the better off you are. In the people section, you can see a company's Owler information. Potentially, you can see news and competitive information. Unfortunately, I do not see Owler info on most of my prospects. I would love to have that information readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft with Salesforce and Orum. This combination allows me to take my CRM data and load it into SalesLoft where I can create, execute and manage my cadences. I can then use Orum to call upon those prospects. I love that SalesLoft turns a cold call into a warm one.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to ensure our team is maximizing every prospect engagement. Not only do we have the ability to customize our outreach, it ensures our account executives are creating multiple (automated) touchpoints with potential buyers without spending extra time doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, the only significant dislike that I have with SalesLoft is the reporting functions. The ability to further filter past contacts by opens & last touchpoint date would be helpful, along with running automated team reports. We are able to obtain the info needed, it could just be done in a bit more efficient manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of ensuring our team is touching prospects or potential buyers 15+ times over a month/year compared to just sending a single email and having to spend endless amounts of time ensuring they are following up. It allows our sales team to spend their time finding prospects and then maximizing engagement. We have realized a truly significant increase in new client Intro Calls since switching to the SalesLoft platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend using SalesLoft for your team if you are looking to significantly increase prospecting efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how they set up the cadence and especially how I can freely schedule an email to be sent out. The dashboard and other helpful insights that can give me an idea every morning on what needs to be followed up and what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe getting a sales dashboard or insights from SalesForce to Sales Loft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Sales Process Follow up which resolved by doing a cadence.
