What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Easy to get around and spit out reports. Personally like how everything is right where you need it. Able to customize the dashboard catering to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often it glitches takes a very long time to load tasks/dashboard information. Even if you refresh the webpage, it still will not load. When adding a note in a client's profile and you accidentally hit something around the page, it will not auto-save notes, and therefore, information will be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a way for us to do outreach. Creating cadences is easy and accessible. The texting feature is alright.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the great powers of SalesLoft is data. Understanding more deeply, in numbers, the day to day of the reps helps to optimize the strategy with more agility and, consequently, be more assertive.
The platform is simple and easy to use. It has resources for SDR to focus on what matters and have agility in your day. It is also important to mention that updates often arrive that improve usability.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the platform takes a while to load. Another point is additional customizations that would be important for analysis, not only disqualifying a lead but also put the reason.
When using custom fields from the Salesforce integration, the interface also ends up being unfriendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft, we had a big problem with data analysis about the rep's routine. A significant gap was about the calls, not just the quantity, but what happened in each of them, such as wrong number, no call, voice mail, or even after the lead answered a call.
Additionally, there is an intelligence behind it capable of showing the average personalization of emails, which has been of great help in improving reply rates.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is intuitive and easy to use. Automation rules allow for many efficiencies. Reporting insights are useful and add a dimension CRM lacks. Far exceeds previous tool we used on every level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields are hardcoded on the backend and provide no flexibility when it comes to customization and field configuration. Individual contributors would benefit from having Scheduled Actions on their Home page. There's currently no clear way of knowing what steps are scheduled for future dates for planning purposes even though that data is readily available on the Admin side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-boarding and training are more streamlined. Our processes are more repeatable. Our messaging has become more consistent across the team with cadences. We're way more operationally efficient with more opportunities to optimize on the horizon. Call evaluation is happening (it wasn't before). Reporting insights are helpful. Individual contributors enjoy using the tool.

Salesloft keeps me organized with my daily workflow. It allows me to manage my time better and ensures that all my clients are happy! It exceeds the competitors.

There is nothing that I do not like about Salesloft. It exceeds all of my expectations!

The ability to stay on track of my calls is by far the most significant benefit I have realized while using Salesloft and this allows me to be very productive.

I like that you can create your own templates, and the gmail integration is seamless.

I wish you could send out more emails than sometime it allows.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly interface, seamless calling, conversation and meeting tracking - all built to sync with your other sales tools (CRM, email, calendar). As a salesperson it's great to have an engagement tool like Salesloft to make the day-to-day sales work smoother and more valuable to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training was reasonable, but some of our team could have used a bit more hand-holding during the onboarding process. We're using Salesloft very well at a basic level but I'm excited for the potential once we're using it for the majority of our daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going beyond a CRM, easier automated logging, and driving more scalable sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and craft cadences, simple to audit and AB test messaging. Wish I still had this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing took me a minute to get used to simple interface coming from overkill like hubspot.

We are quickly running through our cold tasks daily... a single source to craft our call, email, and LinkedIn Messaging.

It is user friendly, not much complicated, and keep all information updated. Plus, they run campaigns related to doing business in 21st century, really good and experienced people helping others to improve knowledge and become better with the tools we have

Sometimes the new updates are not my favorites, but that's just a matter of time to get used to it. I usually realize is the nature on me to reject change. Is always good after all

I have the information about my customers in one place, updated, and I love that it integrates with Gmail, which makes it easy for me to keep track not only of the mails but also I find useful the reminders pop-ups
