Great outreach tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organises workflow, how simple it is to set-up cadences, add people and just target in a much more effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft is developing the dashboard and technology to answer customer needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targetting big lists of prospects at once. Being able to tailor templates. Good to connect with linkedin and send inmail straight from SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
its extremely refined and comes out to be the most helpful tool one could ask for. making daily tasks easier than ever and saving time on a massive scale every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
its a very well-versed system and has almost no flaws. it takes care of your daily tasks and helps you accomplish them in a timely manner every single day. awesome .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making dials and keeping a count of date and time of each outbound dial. also helps in sending out bulk emails and helps to provide email templates too that you can send in bulk

The email open notifications that let you know someone is interested.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadence is bulky and often hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching out to the correct business decision-makers with SL. I think my progress is getting me more meetings. I am more productive. My performance has increased.

Take your time with it, and let it slowly do the work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized. I can keep track of which customers I've contacted and see if they've read my email or not. Helpful in closing sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't organize leads the way I'd like. Need to input contact information in all leads before I can get new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when customers read my email. That's a very useful tool, then I know how to proceed. Definitly more productive
Streamlined & User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Very streamlined and user-friendly; increases my productivity levels for hitting metrics

There's not an easy way to merge multiple emails for a single contact

Lessens time between calls and lessens the time between all outbound activities.
Fast, Nimble, Communication for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use it mainly for prospecting, but the fact that you can standardize your processes with extremely intelligent rules helps you automate any communication process you need. It could be Client Support/Services, Account Management/Development and of course Sales and Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any real issues other than it is hard to get the formatting right in our emails. Often the message or content you put in looks perfect when creating the template, but it comes out looking uneven, and it seems obvious that it is from an automated system and not a personalized email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating a faster way of engaging with prospects through automation. Our output has tripled for most reps, and the reporting that you can get to help make updates to the cadences you create has made our approach more strategic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is obviously great for Sales and Marketing teams, but don't overlook the use for Support, Customer Service, and Client Success. All of these teams have processes that should be standardized, tracked, and modified for improvement, and the value for those groups should not be overlooked.
SalesLoft was the first sales marketing and tracking tool I have used. Very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, both team and personal, have been a life saver for me as a manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see which specific users viewed, replied, or clicked on links from my emails.

Better visibility into how useful our weekly customer emails are being received and training opportunities from reading custeomer converstations
A good platform for aspiring sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence steps are amazing. Easy to track the follow ups. Good tool to set up a good sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Count have been much more informative. Sometimes it kind of gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best tool to track all the activities on a certain account. The Salesforce intergeration is also good.

Salesloft is the best and most organized software tool to use for a sales rep on a daily basis. It is very user-friendly with all the necessary information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more synchronized with Salesforce like hovering over contact/account and you can directly see what's going on in Salesforce instead of opening the salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting meetings and approaching the prospect at the exact right time using cadence.
Prospecting, Cold Calling, Cold Emails - SDR/BDR tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that SL would tell me if a call was queued or not answered. I also appreciated all of the integrations and functionality, including being able to sort/prioritize my cadence tasks by time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish SL was a bit more intuitive and would provide updates to contact info & automatically apply OOO info to prospects/leads when those emails are received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did a lot of A/B testing to see what our best outreach methods were. Being able to save email templates, voicemail recordings & snippets made work a lot more efficient, to allow for more productivity.
