Streamline, Automate and Elevated our Sales Operation
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to log calls, book meetings and take live notes on calls. I love being able to see a full history of my interaction with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished multiple calendar links existed. Having a one-size-fits all meeting link does not work too well for me. I also dislike manually "lofting" outlook emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes multi-tasking easier. Calls are logged, and easy to review.
It is the most powerful sales tool i've ever had the pleasure of using.

Effectiveness, it makes it incredibly easy to literally 4x my outboud volume

The daily limit of 1000, but I understand why its necessary

We are using SalesLoft to create a demand and convert cold leads into ready-to-contacts with sales ones.
Easy to use and automates the manual tasks that hold you back
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is key for me when using a platform like this. The platform resources help me focus on what needs to be done on a day to day basis and save me a load of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the calling function can play up a few times but overall it's ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that it tracks my emails and I can get some visibility to who is opening and when to strike. Cadences are also great as well as the saves snippet functions which is a real time saver for me.

Valuable tool to use if you want to stay organised and keep. ontop of your tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of Salesloft is excellent! In a scalable way, you can set up campaigns to drive attendance to events but also source net new pipeline. Within a couple of hours, I can launch a campaign that drives 1000% of my registration target set by the marketing team. Besides that, Salesloft tells who engages with your emails (even emails from a year ago). This already helped me to reach out to the right stakeholder at the right time to open-up new opportunities. Overall, Salesloft is just a great tool to scale your outreach and automate follow-up one-line emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not that much to dislike about Salesloft (at least not that I can think about). I think their reporting (insight about performance and benchmarks could be better, but I also believe this is an advanced feature that is disabled on my account).

The benefits of Salesloft are automated outreach at scale to build new pipeline and make in-territory and digital events successful by driving attendance.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Easy to get around and spit out reports. Personally like how everything is right where you need it. Able to customize the dashboard catering to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often it glitches takes a very long time to load tasks/dashboard information. Even if you refresh the webpage, it still will not load. When adding a note in a client's profile and you accidentally hit something around the page, it will not auto-save notes, and therefore, information will be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a way for us to do outreach. Creating cadences is easy and accessible. The texting feature is alright.

One of the great powers of SalesLoft is data. Understanding more deeply, in numbers, the day to day of the reps helps to optimize the strategy with more agility and, consequently, be more assertive.
The platform is simple and easy to use. It has resources for SDR to focus on what matters and have agility in your day. It is also important to mention that updates often arrive that improve usability.

Occasionally the platform takes a while to load. Another point is additional customizations that would be important for analysis, not only disqualifying a lead but also put the reason.
When using custom fields from the Salesforce integration, the interface also ends up being unfriendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesloft, we had a big problem with data analysis about the rep's routine. A significant gap was about the calls, not just the quantity, but what happened in each of them, such as wrong number, no call, voice mail, or even after the lead answered a call.
Additionally, there is an intelligence behind it capable of showing the average personalization of emails, which has been of great help in improving reply rates.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is intuitive and easy to use. Automation rules allow for many efficiencies. Reporting insights are useful and add a dimension CRM lacks. Far exceeds previous tool we used on every level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields are hardcoded on the backend and provide no flexibility when it comes to customization and field configuration. Individual contributors would benefit from having Scheduled Actions on their Home page. There's currently no clear way of knowing what steps are scheduled for future dates for planning purposes even though that data is readily available on the Admin side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-boarding and training are more streamlined. Our processes are more repeatable. Our messaging has become more consistent across the team with cadences. We're way more operationally efficient with more opportunities to optimize on the horizon. Call evaluation is happening (it wasn't before). Reporting insights are helpful. Individual contributors enjoy using the tool.
