Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
very organized cadenced and steps. easy to find needed templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more of a link between account and contact info

reaching as many people a day as possible through multiple touch points
Excellent use for Sales Individual productivity and execution
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft Cadence and automation. This helps my outreach and makes sure I'm sending important information. Over time my prospects will know who we are as we've been sending them key information on what's beneficial for themselves and the firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say everything works perfectly fine but the interface isn't very user-friendly. It took me some time to play around with to understand everything. Now it's simple but it'll take some time for a first-time user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us tremendously solve issues on time management, being more organized and effectively following up with engaged leads/prospects. Because of Salesloft, I can quickly complete my task and goals when reaching out to my prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to have and use! My only recommendation is to make the interface more user-friendly.

Salesloft hits the mark with many things....It's a very intuitive tool that makes it easy for managers and reps to have an all in one platform to succeed
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a behemoth of an onboarding when having to map/automate things from SF, but SL provides good guidance here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation, automation, and a cleaner work flow....More uity
I think Salesloft is great to organize prospects in cadences, making calls and sending emails

What I like the most are the cadences with automated steps to save time

The only thing I feel like Salesloft is really missing is a Mobile app for cellphones. Also, Sometimes there are calling errors but not all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the amount of time spent sending information to prospects and standardizing emails, tracking them easily as well.

I liked the simplicity. It connected seamlessly to Salesforce and helped me reach leads with ease and order

Although i like the fact that it is simple, i think a few more options would be great to have

Contacting cold and warm leads and arranging them

What do you like best about the product?
With Salesloft I can create a cadence with as many steps as I want, put a bunch of target prospects in it and then let Salesloft generate the tasks for me to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think, If there is anything I don't like about SalesLoft. It's easy and It just makes the Job super easy. I would always recommend Salesloft to my peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I love the most Is the Salesloft analytics. It's Just helped me to keep a track of all my KPIs and not Just my KPIs but It also helps to discuss the numbers of other team members with them.
SalesLofts, the most intuitive on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can onboard new representatives in less than 2 days thanks to SalesLoft. The platform feels very basic, but has all the features commonly found in other CRMs like SalesForce and Hubspot, except in SalesLofts case, it's visual and easy to operate. Cadence creation is easy, leads uploading very informative, a great place to organize leads through manual tags or automated tags via unique dispositions or sentiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing commonly found in all the major VoIP CRMs that could be improved on, in this case, SalesLoft is the way to export analytical reports, they are sent to the user's email and have a generic name meaning if I want to export multiple reports they all come to my email with weird names that give me no indication of what I'm exporting, so I have to export one by one every time, save as whatever it is I'm working on and then go back into SalesLoft to request another export. This takes a lot of time, I'd like to have the ability to be able to name and organize what I'm exporting before exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy onboarding for our new reps, we often have to reduce or increase our reps onto SalesLoft, SalesLoft has given us the flexibility to do this without having to worry about our license limit. This means we can be more selective with our reps, if we see that they aren't performing we can simply replace them and dedicate our licenses to top performers which we can easily track through the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for both small teams and large teams, we started with 5 reps and grew to over 60 in less than a year. It was a great option for our growth plan which was under a strained budget.
Simplicity for Selling
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use navigation is key for my day to day responsibilities, whether I am on the go or in front of my computer. This truly has everyone to help make my job more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps simpler ways to drop leads into cadences would be more efficient in helping to get emails out to individuals in a timely fashion. Outside of this, no issues at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all with SalesLoft at this time, as the benefits of being able to get a customized message out to different stakeholders and seeing when one of them becomes a "hot lead" is very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very smooth and efficient. I never feel as though I have any issues while progressing through the platform. Overall it is also attractive and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe most common issue I have is losing data that is input into contact information. If i didnt make note of it elsewhere it is then lost forever which I feel could have cost me a deal or 2. Down time has also been more of an issue than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cadence formatting and flexibility make it easy to keep up with contacts and help win deals. Being able to text, email, call all from the same platform allows for many touchpoints.

What do you dislike about the product?
When selecting leads for a campaign, the "Contacted" designation should be Red. This way, it is more visible and jumps out to the eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we don't use Salesforce at my company, Salesloft is the perfect hub for all prospecting efforts. Also, not all SalesForce instances are the same, so SalesLoft filled in the gaps to what our SalesForce instance lacked at another company I worked at
