What do you like best about the product?
the Dialer and the Analytics are really helpful to track your activities and numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM we use is not really completely integrated with Salesloft and unable to view other details we mostly need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number of calls and emails are improving because we can automate steps

Salesloft has very reliable source of data and mostly useful for increasing productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is it a great way to take out SO much of the unnecessary manual work in cold outreach, but it also provides analytics that helps provide feedback on what's working and not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft does everything that I am looking for. It automates what i need automated, but also allows me to customize and out finishing touches on anything I feel is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the tedious manual task of copy and pasting cold emails to prospects. I have saved hours of unnecessary manual work per week and extended my outreach tenfold.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft all day every day, and find the following most useful: scheduled cadences, LinkedIn integrations, cadence scaling, and contact tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when the platform lags or slows down to the point at which I need to close it altogether and re-open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of scaled outreach w/ personalization to ensure every prospect is reached in a meaningful way.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the inability to effectively see all scheduled emails in chronological order more than a month out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My email efficacy is the biggest problem I am solving... I am able to see what email templates are the most successful from open and response rates.
Excellent prospecting software
What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly UX and intuitive UI.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in Salesloft is awesome. Compared to the learning curve necessary for other platforms I have used in the past Salesloft wins by a landslide!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better synchronization between the reminders and tasks in Salesloft and Gmail. Also notifications that can reinforce scheduled tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics un Saleslofe are beneficial to me as a manager and team leader. Being able to see my team's workflow without asking is very helpful. I also love the Live Call Studio!
Customized efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence structures and the customization options within are incredible. I love the ability to invest some time into thoughtfully building out a cadence and leveraging the Salesloft automation to outreach quickly & personally at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local dial feature is a struggle point. Since enabling it, I've noticed most of my dial-out numbers are marked as spam very quickly, and prospects say they recognize the number from other company outreaches. I'm not sure if it's the exact numbers, but it has been less than satisfying.

I'm solving the problem of balancing targetted, personal outreach with the volume required for success in my role. I have found the metrics insightful in adjusting my outreach to focus on the most effective messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the visibility on how frequently my emails are opened by potential prospects is a total game changer.
It makes it massively easier to gauge interest so I can focus my time on folks who matter.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I am not huge on cadences which I know is a very unpopular opinion. So, I believe this only applies to my unique situation.
I prefer to see how many views I'm getting on my outreach and act accordingly from there.
Although, I know the step by step cadences have been helpful for the rest of my team in keeping organized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved for the problem of going into my outreach completely blind. Before utilizing SalesLoft, I had to take a stab in the dark as to how interested my prospects were. Now, I have real time visibility and notifications as to their engagment. Making my outreach much more focused and intentional. I didn't realize how much time I used to waste, reaching out to the wrong folks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of functions within the platform. From conversation intelligence to pause cadences to live call studio. SO much to love about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been only one time that a glitch happened within the platform that caused things to be crazy. It was resolved quickly, and overall not much that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps to keep my emails, calls, LI connections and requests organized. It allows me to reach multiple people differently, schedule meetings through the platform, and remove people when needed.
