easy to use and fully featured platform
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use for basic features like creating templates, cadences, tracking prospect activity, and the manny day to day tasks I have as an account exec. It is a deep platyform with a lot of features around template customization, experimentation, and analytics that power users and sales leadership can drive a lot of value with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync to Salesforce can be hit or miss when linking emails to the right contacts/opportunities. A few areas like adding new prospects seem to require a few too many clicks/pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me log all of my sales activity on opportunities for my manager and leadership team to have accurate reporting and forecasting with little manual effort. I have more time to work on higher-value activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sales teams with an increasing volume of activities are the ideal users of Salesloft. Small teams, individuals, or teams without high growth many not need everything Salesloft includes.
I have been using SL for last 4 months and i really like it because its user friendly.

it keeps me updated about the pipleline and the clients that I want to reach out on time. this is the best software ever

Nothing. it has been four months that I am using it and I am satisfied

No problem at all, sometimes it stuck just because of internet issue

It's intuitive and easy to use. I like how easy is to handle emails and calls.

I think everything works just fine. Would like for it to be easier to send emails in a thread.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part is the import to Salesloft integration with Salesforce. It allows me to create lead list views and import them directly into a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of many downsides. Something that could improve the Live Feed could be recommendations for the next steps based on what happened last in the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the issue of losing potential customers. Organizing outreach and understanding what has happened in each account's evaluation of our product is critical to our sales success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hands down, Salesloft is the best tool I have found. It has all the features to handle daily tasks within small and large sales organizations. We use it as a single place to execute digital selling tasks like logging calls, keeping notes, building email cadences, and automating repetitive tasks.

the colour theme and the scroll down writing

it's perfect to resolve and manage your contacts that without Sales Loft might have been really hard to find

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can control all my due dates and follow cadences to improve efficiency. In SalesLoft, I can analyze my performance and extract my bottlenecks and points of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would change about Salesloft is the impossibility of doing bulk actions, such as qualifying leads on the last day of my cadence. Another thing that could be better is the user experience related to colors - I would love to change colors according to the lead's temperature and region.

The main features on Salesloft are related to:
email templates - I don't waste time filling lead's info;
cadence organization - I know what I have to do and which leads I should prioritize;
tasks alert - I don't miss any follow-up;
timezone - I know the golden hours to call my international leads;

the Dialer and the Analytics are really helpful to track your activities and numbers

The CRM we use is not really completely integrated with Salesloft and unable to view other details we mostly need.

The number of calls and emails are improving because we can automate steps

Salesloft has very reliable source of data and mostly useful for increasing productivity

Not only is it a great way to take out SO much of the unnecessary manual work in cold outreach, but it also provides analytics that helps provide feedback on what's working and not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft does everything that I am looking for. It automates what i need automated, but also allows me to customize and out finishing touches on anything I feel is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the tedious manual task of copy and pasting cold emails to prospects. I have saved hours of unnecessary manual work per week and extended my outreach tenfold.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft all day every day, and find the following most useful: scheduled cadences, LinkedIn integrations, cadence scaling, and contact tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when the platform lags or slows down to the point at which I need to close it altogether and re-open.

I'm solving the problem of scaled outreach w/ personalization to ensure every prospect is reached in a meaningful way.

The only thing I dislike is the inability to effectively see all scheduled emails in chronological order more than a month out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My email efficacy is the biggest problem I am solving... I am able to see what email templates are the most successful from open and response rates.
