Salesloft is the best tool for scaling sales and SaaS organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most when it comes to multiple touchpoints of contacting prospects known as the Cadence.
Integration is easy.
It is good in providing detailed analytics for all the activities done on the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using SalesLoft to help set up meetings for our sales team with prospects in our industry.

Awesome tool for sales team and for individuals.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool increased our team productivity. The automation which comes with this tool is the good one. This is super helpful for organization and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike here. They added many features which we needed. Still, they need to improve on the analytics part, and there are only a few automation triggers. They should enhance it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped me to reduce my productivity and cost. The analytics part allows me to check my team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the tool is user-friendly. Easy to learn and teach to others. I like the analytics overview that shows right when I pull up cadences, instead of having to click into another tab or each individual cadence to see how they're performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears a little more cluttered than Groove, but that's likely due to being more used to that tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am utilizing Salesloft to manage caseload for annual contract renewal notifications. Salesloft is used to send quotes with quickly personalized due date notifications and to stay on top of the ones that need to be followed up on. This is saving the team a lot of time and providing us with more insight on whether we are contacting the right person or if the notification is even being opened.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has many amazing features that help in the outbound sales process. Their cadence framework can help new reps get up and running and the ability to text and hear recorded calls is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike here, they have added many features that I wish they had in the past, however it would be nice if caller ID would work through the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been much more organized and strategic in my out reach, breaking down my vertical into many subvertical cadences. This has helped me give more relevant info to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for email cadences, integrated dialing, Vidyard integration, LinkedIn prospecting within the workflow, Sendoso, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many steps can feel overwhelming when you have a lot of cadences running. It would also be great to have in app advice regarding company server blockage or avoiding high bounce rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting at scale is easier, keeps us much more organized across the team!

What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with salesloft, I am using salesloft from last 2 years and found it useful with its features like - MultiTouch point for cadences, Email Sentiments, Automation rules, Hot leads point & Website tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many points where salesloft needs to work on- first, they should provide options to create reports using custom objects. Integration/Sync with other platform should be smooth, as if you integrate it with other CRM then you need to create lot of automation rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has always been a helping tool in my work. Helped me to reduce my manual work by 90% . Salesloft analytics is the best part as you will get all your teams data here in more meaningful way. I highly recommend this to other.
Learning curve but great tool

The learning curve for first time users is tough. Would be help to have more customized sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold email outreach with 300/day sent and this helps keep all that organized and processed.
Great prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It logs any calls, emails, phone calls for you in the system. It integrates with Salesforce, so not a lot of wasted time transferring information. It just makes it easy to do volume prospecting!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have like the accounts and contacts on the same tab, but once you start using it you get used to it quickly.

It is a faster and easier way to track your prospecting activities. Let's you stay very organized.
SalesLoft is great for tracking prospects and touch points and not having to think about cadences.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation that comes with SalesLoft is the best part. It gives you the next steps without having to keep track manually of where your clients are. It has opened up a lot of time and brain space for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to learn and get used to at first, but now it is easy. I wish they could do steps as opposed to days when tracking cadences because I work in sales and the success side and our success side tracks client journeys with SalesLoft and some of the steps are not based on time/days signed up or added to the cadence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solved with Salesloft is keeping track of where clients and/or prospects are at all times in their cadences. Huge time saver for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the best tool I ve ever used for managing my prospection activities, customers calls and emails, analytics of the activities and review the reply rate of campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some challenges on the phone number peovided by Salesloft to reach customers, I could not get a number for MENA region, and only EU number were available back then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences in salesloft saved the sales development team in reaching high volume of customers in a very short period, automate the steps and organize every campaign in its own cadence.
