Track your SDR and increase productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has Analytics, Reports, Automations Rules, and these helps to keep your data in organized manner. I liked the best in salesloft is they keep rolling new features according to user need.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should improve hot lead and bot filtering. They should provide custom trigger options in automation rules. Email sentiments could be improved. Rest everything is excellent in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track my team activity, creating proper groups and assigning the proper roles to them. Automations rules helps me to move my lead in perfect manner. The cadences are the best part, you can see when did person left your cadence.
Good, but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has been our main use of outreach and it's been good when it's good and bad when it's bad. The pause all cadence feature is welcomed,along with the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consistent call dropping regardless of what mic I'm using. When on calls, the inbound dialer has had many issues where I'm unable to pick up calls from business owners I've reached out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well for outreach, the cadence data is useful when you're A/B testing subject lines and email language. However, it would be easier if they allowed for going to the old UI, aesthetically speaking.
Keeping Connected
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is helpful to my team to keep in touch with the right people at the right time. I also enjoy the analytics, which are imperative when managing teams remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new look and feel of the interface but that is not a huge deal. I also would like to have smart content where it can suggest content based on what is working well for other people and dynamically serve up options for flows based on what is working for other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to now see the numbers more clearly to clearly define metrics for my team. I am also able to see what is working and what is not and quickly make changes when necessary.
Helps in boosting Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool for boosting the lead generation as it helps sales team to study their prospect and track their actitvies. It is connect with Owler, so they can also check their news activity or press release.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only few automations trigger, they should improve it. The analytics report should be improved, they should allowed custom object fields creation for user.

It helps:

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps SDR to reduce their manual work and help them focus more on research. It live feed page helps to understand the prospect activity, and the website analytics helps to keep track on them. Its the best for SDR. Easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email Sentiments, reports and analytics part could be improved. They should improve the people page and allow user to customize the page according to them. Rest everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my manual labor cost and helping my lead flow management process. I can easily manage my leads using the automations rules. The best part of salesloft is, it s keeps on rolling new features.

In the case of multi-cc'd contacts in an email, SalesLoft doesn't know who is the person that opened it.

Great tool for salespeople and especially for BDR's! It has everything you need to manage your day to day and integrates with all the CRM tools

What do you like best about the product?
It has very easy to understand UI, it has automations rules, reports, email sentiments, you can create different people reports and manage your leads well. It helps you to manage your calling part in more effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve more on providing custom objects in report i.e user should be able to create custom reports and they should work on bot filtering. Website tracking analysis could be made real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time and cost. The email sentiments provide you option to track your replies. The best part among all is the automations rules, you can create n- number of rules to manage your lead flow.
