What do you like best about the product?
A comfortable way to manage my day.
Easy way to build cadences.
integrates well with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the case of multi-cc'd contacts in an email, SalesLoft doesn't know who is the person that opened it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a place I can see find all my leads and activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for salespeople and especially for BDR's! It has everything you need to manage your day to day and integrates with all the CRM tools

Cadences & Templates are great for scaling communication.
Live Call listening & Conversation Intelligence are solid coaching tools for live calls or recordings.

More drill-down options for reports would be helpful

The call quality is good, but sometimes it is choppy

What do you like best about the product?
It has very easy to understand UI, it has automations rules, reports, email sentiments, you can create different people reports and manage your leads well. It helps you to manage your calling part in more effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to improve more on providing custom objects in report i.e user should be able to create custom reports and they should work on bot filtering. Website tracking analysis could be made real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time and cost. The email sentiments provide you option to track your replies. The best part among all is the automations rules, you can create n- number of rules to manage your lead flow.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best UI and easy to understand dashboard, it provide different automations rules and reports to segment your data. It has email sentiments, newly launched feature that helps to see your email sentiments,
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom fileds should be provided in automation rules and reports. They can work on hot leads points and bot filtering. They could also work on tracking the automatic reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time and cost and focusing more on prospecting, its reports helps me to segment my data in more meaning full way. Automation rules helps me to keep my leads management smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows for automated outreach with predesignated steps called cadences. In the past I have done a lot of one off emails or phones calls and it's easy to lose track of all of your activity. With Salesloft I can create a cadence with as many steps as I want, put a bunch of target prospects in it and then let Salesloft generate the tasks for me to do. I can do a lot more in a lot less time because of Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft syncs with my Google Workplace acocount and there is an overlay in my gmail so you can do slaesloft related activities directly in your gmail. This interface is not very asthetic and often messes up requiring me to refresh gmail. I wish there was a way to disenable this Salesloft overlay in Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting as a BDR or an Account Executive is often a numbers game, as long as you have good messaging and a solid product it just comes down to how many people can you touch to generate qualified leads and pipeline. Salesloft magnifies my efforts and makes me much more efficient.

Nothing that is unsatisfactory, they have all the latest features in this space.

What do you like best about the product?
I could easily track my SDR activities and most important I liked about saleloft is the new features they launched. Recently they launched Email Sentiments and it had helped a lot for my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
In analytics part, they sould allow users to create custom reports, and also they should allow normal Linkedin account to connect instead of connecting the navigator account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to track my team performance in more better way, the cadence detailed review allow me to study my cadence performance. I can easily save my different search filters of people and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Great execution tool when paired with Salesforce! Allows for activity tracking across our teams and allows for us to be intentional with our analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't make it super easy to track activity outside emails/calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is looking to grow our clientele and with that, we needed automation in our processes. SL has helped us do exactly that.
