Sales Development
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it! I love the analytical aspect, and how everything is clean and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer button could be a little more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that I feel as if I have benefited from is, the smoothness of the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely!
Intuitive, user-friendly platform- but had to get used to the constant updates.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how integrative the platform is with our CRM. It is user-friendly, and I like how easy it is to stay organized with the to-do's, reminders, and tasks. It makes you feel productive when you complete steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new layout/color scheme changed from dark blue to white and green. I feel like it is much harder to read with those colors, and I miss how it was before. Usually, slight software updates don't bother me, and I know they are necessary, but I wouldn't say I liked that change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I am solving on SalesLoft are time management, staying organized, following up with leads more quickly, and having the necessary research and handy notes available on the call helps me prepare at a quicker rate. I can complete my call goals, keep track of messages, and book meetings for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would get it not only just for your sales team but account managers as well to keep track of all communications and account activity.
Vastly reduces the manual work for the Sales Team to get through the sales process
What do you like best about the product?
This vastly cuts down on both manual work by the sales team to go through all steps in the sales process, and also helps them know very clearly exactly what needs to be done each time they log in for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The synching sometimes seems a little delayed, but other than that, the admin is quite simple to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, sales cycle, sales process, reduction of manual typing in order for more time to be spent selling. Benefits include increased pipeline and faster time to close with more defined solutioning for the customer.

Don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need help setting everything up. The team is incredibly patient with any questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Contacts can be automatically removed from cadence based on a trigger. Automation in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience and interface has been great. Sometimes slighly buggy when importing from salesforce. When this happens i have to restart my computer.

Keeping track of the timing of my outbound touches. Organizes my tasks.
Great all around sales integration software
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about salesloft is how everything can be integrated within the system. You can have most of all the information you need about a current of prospective client at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be a bit of a hassle is the initial setup of everything. It can take awhile to tweak the system to get everything how you want it so you can be the most productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing we use it for is being able to document and track all interactions and potentially outreach for clients. It's a great product where you can have all the info, tracking, thoughts, previous conversations, products all in one place.

Take the time to adjust things how you want in Salesloft so you can be the most productive. Take time to learn the system in and outs.
Cadences Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple cadence creation is and the ability to record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there's minimal metrics or performance data on email sends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emails made easy, call tracking, logging of records for customers.
Salesloft is on the leading edge of marrying the art of sales and science of data.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for SDRs to have all activity, alerts, etc. in one single pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost, but you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits we have realized are efficiency, organization, insights and analysis of our outrbound efforts.
Love the call recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The call recordings are great. They're searchable and make it easy to find the insights that I'm looking for. I particularly like searching for competitors and hearing what customers and prospects have to say about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to find the precise email cadence that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for email automation and call recording. It has been great for both.
User-friendly, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
When creating a cadence, there is an array of dynamic fields that can be added. As a marketer that creates cadences for the sales team, this goes far in helping with personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a long way to go when it comes to reporting. The reports are high-level and do not leave much room to dive deep into the data per individual. As an ABM company, this lack in data hinders us from identifying the performance of individual team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an ABM company, our goal is to enable the sales department with the tools they need to be successful. The ability to create a team cadence to share with teams really allows us to maintain branding requirements, while allowing the team to add in just enough personalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely research different plaforms based on the needs of your team. If you are simply looking for team syncing of cadences, this is a good platform. If you are seeking deeper data and understanding the customer journey and what works, I would look into other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I really loved the new improvements they made and also the analytics page is improved and giving more data points to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support could be improved rest everything is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Day to Day SDR activities. It has reduced my work time and helped me to foucs more on research part.
