Favorite CRM Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the cadences to help keep me on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to skip if a person does not have a linkedin, or phone number, instead of another option, "not applicable."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to send individual emails/reminders to thousands of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
its a good tool to use, especially if you are looking at reporting and analytics. It provides insight on performance, and you can use it to enhance sales strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool glitches out and its very heavy. It will not always send the email after scheduling it due to glitches and the phone quality is not the best .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a great tool to keep your analytics in check. Using the detailed reporting of which cadences works best and comparing with salesloft numbers has increased our sales rates.
Great tool for companies
What do you like best about the product?
Logging calls, emails, notes anything about customers. Also, you can put in there email, twitter page, cell number. Just a great CRM system for the company to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to merge contacts if you have double contacts. Sometimes sending out mass emails can be a task. Getting people organized in lists can be a task as well. I wish it would automatically bring contacts over from Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my job easy with sending out mass emails to customers at once and setting a timer to have it send those emails out for me. Also, making call lists to bust through calls easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool for a company with sales and needing to get mass communication out to customers.
Well Organized for Cadences
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are different tabs to help keep people, emails, cadences, and analytics all sorted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cadence pause was easier to locate and utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to effectively and consistently communicate with a large variety of prospects!

Try a demo, it's incredibly useful!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can put people in a cadence and tasks pop up everyday to complete

I don't like that sometimes it can be overwhelming with the amount of tasks

I am being able to follow up with clients better and being able to keep them in my cadence without forgetting about them

Ease of use, universal awareness, strong analytics, easy management/admin

Sequences can be difficult to manage if access levels aren't intentionally thought out

Sales automation, outbound analytics, prospecting, overall outbound demand gen
Effective, powerful, integrated with everything you already use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to understand and track activity is critical in sales. You need to know "when" to call to strike at the appropriate time. But to understand what kinds of activities: clicks, opens, etc. is very helpful. I also like the way Salesloft is laid out. Very easy to understand your business with the way the dashboard is set up. There are so many other things I like as well (integration with Outlook, SFDC, etc) but the question is "what's best".
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were bidirectional updates with SFDC. If I change something in SalesLoft then I'd like it to make the change in SFDC and vice versa automagically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: are they even looking at my email, what are they clicking on, when is the best time to call (when they've just opened the emails). Benefits:understanding when clients are active with my email engagements, understanding what cadences are successful, what's working, what's not and being able to do some rudimentary A/B testing to boost your success rate of engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider SFDC as a system of record but Salesloft as a system of sales marketing management.
Lot of bugs and missed functionality but more helpful than just using email.

Ability to see when and where a prospect opens an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant loop in multiple people if I'm sending a message to a small team.

Mass email outreach, tracking, and managing team outreach for thousands of accounts.

Time. Salesloft saves time on outreach to clients
Salesloft = Great Sales Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use, it helps me organize and send emails. I can quickly create and share templates and track activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration doesn't allow for easy removal from a campaign and then making that update in Salesforce. You have to complete in 2 steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach more prospects quickly and have an active follow-up schedule for them as well.
