Great tool to extend my reach, save time and identify who´s showing interest in our solution !
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to send up to 500 emails per day
I can identify who´s showing interest in the content I sent them.
I have no ADR to help me and SalesLoft saves me a lot of time.

At the beginning, I would have liked some guidance to adopt it sooner and accelerate my learning curve.

Automation, multiple integrations, user friendly

Support team, limited reporting capabilities, not super intuitive at times

Automation, CRM sync, enables sales team to be fast and efficient, outbound call tracking

Mostly good, some things need to be worked out but overall it's a good tool.

It helps me keep track of my leads. It allows me to schedule outreach even when I'm not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
When changing emails I will have to make the changes various times before it takes effect. It's very annoying and unprofessional sending out an email to a prospect with the wrong company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach has become much, much more straightforward. I can target several companies daily.

I recommend it as an outreach tool.

if a cstomer doesn't answer in a previous email, but he opened a emai, I can call straigh away to set up a meeting

Outreach Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding contacts from LinkedIn or Zoominfo without having to be directly in Salesloft. The ability to have different actions within the same step in a Cadence to test what works better or responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of capabilities and I could be leveraging others but difficult to learn how they all work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability to send out communications to the people I am prospecting and it's automatic. It enables me to spend more time sourcing and prospecting and not having to recreate the wheel in my outreach. It even lets me incorporate steps for more personal outreach in between or along the way in my Cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is that the tool makes it so easy to manage the process of contacting sales leads! I truly don't know what I would do without Salesloft!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Salesloft no longer has the 'Import to Salesloft' button with the new Salesloft Connect plug-in. This makes it more time consuming and difficult to effectively and efficiently add leads who I need to contact to Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, I solve the problem of keeping manual record of engagement with my sales leads. Salesloft cadences automate the messaging and timeline of sales outreach which makes this part of my sales process so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has an easy to use platform that's easy on the eyes, fast, and powerful.
Cadences are a game changer...streamlining what would be an arduous task to handle manually.
The analytics are pretty good too if you want some insight into how good / bad a cadence is.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have to use pass-through call mode on my phone for calls, a lot of time the calls made just with Salesloft have a weird echo to them.
In a sales team with multiple sales people, when you import contacts it doesn't automatically assign them to you as the new owner.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach / Engagement / Education is made much simpler through Salesloft.
It takes quite a few touch points to book an initial meeting when selling b2b, and Salesloft saves us a significant amount of time by allowing us to educate our prospects during our outreach without any manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to sequence and incorporate text directly from my sales engagement platform. I am currently using it alongside google mail, and it's working seamlessly. In conjunction with ZoomInfo, we can import, sequence, and tag simultaniously!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor glitches and some missing functionality. I had been having issues with my formatting as a result of system defaults. I would love to see the system more intuitively formatted and ensure font, color, and structure are all as the preview shows.
A glaring issue I've run into is that when you delete an email previously used early on in a cadence/sequence. It will no longer associate replies to previously sent emails instead sending stand-alone reply bumps with no subject.

We use SalesLoft to ensure timely engagement, consistent prospecting efforts, and uniformity in our messaging. It has increased our data availability and capabilities as a team.
