Can't sell without it
What do you like best about the product?
Using a SEP like SalesLoft is essential to selling. It makes updating a CRM faster and easier. It reminds you when to call/email/LI follow up with prospects. It can track your meetings. It can track calls/meeting conversations and use AI to tag keywords in a conversation (similarly to Gong).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you can't see what scheduled actions you have for the week on a rep level. My manager has to send me a screenshot of the graph that shows me what steps I have throughout the week - not terrible but a bit of a bottleneck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make more calls and send more emails thanks to the automation it provides. It makes me a lot more productive and task switching doesn't need to happen nearly as much.
A Top Tier Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite aspect of SL is the many ways you can track prospect engagement in real time, which helped me get in touch with prospects so much easier and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes felt like the UI could have been a little bit easier to navigate. You'd click on the left side of the screen to make a call, but the dialer would pop up on the right side of the screen so it was a lot of back and forth, instead of sticking to one spot to call, end and make call notes. The email box would take up some real estate on the screen as well, and it seemed like it could have been built in a little more cohesively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ablitly to keep track of who i'm prospecting, which prospects are engaged, and integrating that into the CRM saves me a ton of time and makes my job a lot easier. Not sure how I'd do my job without a tool like this. It is so easy to build a cadence with different types of outreach, which helps get through to the right people in the right channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all I have to do is log on and start completing tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it can be an unbearable number of tasks but that's only if you let it pile up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being able to reach more people whether it be call or email - I can't still make touches to a person to stay top of mind.
Salesloft does what it's intended to do. It's a perfectly serviceable sales platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce. It is quite seamless, and salesforce being as indispensable as it is, Salesloft integration is a fairly necessary feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I appreciate the salesforce integration, some work is to be done to make it more seamless. There are delays, inconsistent ones, in terms of dashboards accurately reflecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run cadences with Salesloft. It has easy tools that help me keep track of my prospect lists, as well as tag and refine my daily sechdule. It's the only Sales Platform I've used, but the program's hygiene features are key for me.
Highly Recommend Salesloft for email outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The Cadence feature is extremely useful. It allows us to set up a series of contacts spaced out over a period of time with prospects and clients. There are a number of guideposts that keep you from over saturating individuals with too much outreach. You also can see easily which emails are being opened as well as which who has responded or clicked on embedded links. The integrations with Salesforce, Mediafly, and Seamless.ai are very helpful in terms of automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation could be more intuitive, I continue to stumble upon new capabilities from time to time which would have been helpful to know about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an effective way to leverage content created by our marketing team and sales organization in a consistent and monitored fashion. We need to understand which content is being effective and which is not. We need to schedule ongoing outreach to clients to build awareness even when they are not in buying mode.
Salesloft has allowed us to tackle these challenges effectively. Our ability to educate clients and prospects and track our efforts individually and collectively has been greatly improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, analaytics, and the ability to see what people are doing with your emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling cadences is not very easy. I wish the home page had actual people's names

I really enjoy using SalesLoft because the ease of use.

It's a very easy tool to learn. Overall ease of use is what I enjoy the most about SalesLoft. The cadences are super easy to set up and run.

The cadences open rate filters. There is no way to filter what one is doing the best.

Connecting with contacts within my database/patch.

Very now and then SL can be a little glitchy but when it works its awesome!

N/A this tool always works excellent; I've never experienced any issues, definitely recommend this product for any salesperson looking to achieve quota every month

This tool helps me with a personal connection to potential clients. Any lead that comes from SalesLoft has a possibility of turning the opportunity into a closed deal
