What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and modern layout. Does a good job giving me options on how to continue growing my book of business. I've watched it grow and am looking forward to seeing the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little hectic at times. Sometimes it fails to link with salesforce. The call setting gt changed each time when I make calls. The location enable will switch on and confuse customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping good record of my calls each day. The ability to keep notes helps me remember what was said. I've realized the benefits of seeing if an email has been read or not as well.

Great for tracking calls and emails

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are nice. It saves me a ton of time. I love that all my emails and calls are automatically logged into Salesforce.com. I use the templates all the time. Those are handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call function is a little finicky. It works most of the time, so it's not too bad. I would love it if Salesloft had a feature to automatically send meeting reminder emails to my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it automatically tracks all my emails. The salesloft dialer is nice. Cadences are great. It saves me a lot of time. I'm a lot faster with salesloft. I like having my calls recorded so I can go back and listen to them if I need to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a valuable tool. Scheduling emails, cadences, templates, call recordings, etc. It adds a lot of value.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it integrates with my email is great. I can send out templated emails or my availability with a couple of clicks and book calls faster. My previous provider didn't have the calendar option so I had to pay for 2 solutions and keep them updated. Having it all in one is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the plug-in seems to close itself in my email and I have to reload the window for it to reappear. Other than this, I don't have any issues with it. Works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been better able to mass communicate with my business contacts, While getting back time to focus on other important matters. It allows me to minimize the back and forth of setting up meetings by providing my availability in a format that allows the person on the other end to quickly book the call.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, love SalesLoft University:) Also striving to imporve the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates frequently occur primarily for the better but can be tough to keep up for specific users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has increased our sales team's efficiency and ability to multi-task efficiently. The benefit I have seen is a shorter sales cycle from prospect to partner.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can see when someone opens your email and the way cadences work and how the templates with a good open rate surface is appealing to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot send someone a text message through the SalesLoft Mobile Phone App. I'm able to send it through my laptop but not on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach out to customers easily and email sending is very automated which saves time

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool that helps maximize my time as a sales rep. I can still control the messaging and make it personal. I love being able to use cadences to keep my name and product top of mind for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no current dislikes. The usability is great and the interface is spot on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give attention to customers from prospecting all the way to current existing customers for renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is great for having a sequence of emails running in the background, generating leads allowing you to customise content and concentrate on higher value prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, the platform is intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes it easy to run sales campaigns to specific target groups, doing most of the grunt work for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool if you have a large pool of prospects, especially if you have great content to share with them

What do you like best about the product?
Sheesh - where do I start? I have everything I need to be a productive Account Executive in 1 simple to use solution. From the simplicity of connecting leads/contacts from Salesforce into Salesloft for cadence building to set up point and click cadences is so simple to use. Also, being able to see all of the touches that a certain lead/contact has had with the organization in Salesloft is so much easier than searching within Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Salesloft 4ish years ago, I did not like it at all, I actually advised my company to switch to a different provider. However, this solution is top-notch and has made a tremendous improvement that I would highly recommend this to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an Account Executive trying to generate activity to book meetings, to close potential business, and to make President's Club. My performance has increased tremendously with Salesloft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At some point in your sales career, your organization will need to buy a solution like this. Just recommend Salesloft, you won't regret it.

Awesome Email Automation Service

What do you like best about the product?
It links well with our Gmail and Salesforce. I don't use everything it has to offer, but it is most helpful when sending out big email blasts. Also, the email templates are really helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I necessarily dislike about this platform. I prefer to use SalesForce for things like tasks and follow up. They have made good strides to improve the UX of the platform that used to be clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation and templates save me so much time. Gmail doesn't have the same capabilities so it is nice that SalesLoft integrates directly into Gmail so I don't have to go far to get what I need.

Think one time at the beginning, then just do the steps

What do you like best about the product?
Telling me when a prospect has viewed or clicked a link in an email is great because it allows me to refine my message.

Cadences are huge- spend the time at the beginning and invest a few minutes in identifying who your target is at the account and researching. Once they're on a cadence, all you need to do is come and and do what the sidebar tells you to do- no time wasted thinking about next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Future cadence events don't count as scheduled future activity in SalesForce for account record currency. It would be nice if I could text prospects via the mobile app on my phone rather than only texting them via the web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospects and not forgetting to do a next step. It's much more intuitive than manually creating and logging calls in SFDC directly, and it automatically adds calls to the activity log of the SFDC record, so it's seamless.
