Like the product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, analaytics, and the ability to see what people are doing with your emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling cadences is not very easy. I wish the home page had actual people's names

Helps with emailing workflow
I really enjoy using SalesLoft because the ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy tool to learn. Overall ease of use is what I enjoy the most about SalesLoft. The cadences are super easy to set up and run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadences open rate filters. There is no way to filter what one is doing the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with contacts within my database/patch.

Try it out it's really easy to pick up and get started.

We solved some problems to find out Linkedin address from contact.
Very easy to use and very time efficient ! High recommend!

The ease of creating customer cadences and the speed at which you make calls. Also integrates well with SF.

Very now and then SL can be a little glitchy but when it works its awesome!

The efficiency of making calls is easy. Very much a time saver.

One of my favorite features is that you can automate data syncing with your CRM. Also, you can create sales playbooks run different Cadences. Top 3 features 1 - sales Email Engine 2 - Integrated Dialer

N/A this tool always works excellent; I've never experienced any issues, definitely recommend this product for any salesperson looking to achieve quota every month

This tool helps me with a personal connection to potential clients. Any lead that comes from SalesLoft has a possibility of turning the opportunity into a closed deal

What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and modern layout. Does a good job giving me options on how to continue growing my book of business. I've watched it grow and am looking forward to seeing the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little hectic at times. Sometimes it fails to link with salesforce. The call setting gt changed each time when I make calls. The location enable will switch on and confuse customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping good record of my calls each day. The ability to keep notes helps me remember what was said. I've realized the benefits of seeing if an email has been read or not as well.
Great for tracking calls and emails
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are nice. It saves me a ton of time. I love that all my emails and calls are automatically logged into Salesforce.com. I use the templates all the time. Those are handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call function is a little finicky. It works most of the time, so it's not too bad. I would love it if Salesloft had a feature to automatically send meeting reminder emails to my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it automatically tracks all my emails. The salesloft dialer is nice. Cadences are great. It saves me a lot of time. I'm a lot faster with salesloft. I like having my calls recorded so I can go back and listen to them if I need to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a valuable tool. Scheduling emails, cadences, templates, call recordings, etc. It adds a lot of value.
Meets needs I didn't know I had.
What do you like best about the product?
The way it integrates with my email is great. I can send out templated emails or my availability with a couple of clicks and book calls faster. My previous provider didn't have the calendar option so I had to pay for 2 solutions and keep them updated. Having it all in one is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the plug-in seems to close itself in my email and I have to reload the window for it to reappear. Other than this, I don't have any issues with it. Works as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been better able to mass communicate with my business contacts, While getting back time to focus on other important matters. It allows me to minimize the back and forth of setting up meetings by providing my availability in a format that allows the person on the other end to quickly book the call.

User Friendly, love SalesLoft University:) Also striving to imporve the platform

Updates frequently occur primarily for the better but can be tough to keep up for specific users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has increased our sales team's efficiency and ability to multi-task efficiently. The benefit I have seen is a shorter sales cycle from prospect to partner.

The fact that you can see when someone opens your email and the way cadences work and how the templates with a good open rate surface is appealing to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot send someone a text message through the SalesLoft Mobile Phone App. I'm able to send it through my laptop but not on the phone.

I'm able to reach out to customers easily and email sending is very automated which saves time
