Necessary tech for a SaaS Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome simple to use product to increase efficiencies and manage the performance of outbound prospecting.
I have either implemented or used SL in 4 different tech companies, increasing ROI quickly in all of them.
Always been impressed with the brand/staff at SL - they try and give back to the community through a number of projects, check out Jack Neicho setting up SDRs of LDN, and Charlotte Johnson teaching her top tips for SDR teams.
UI is super easy for fresh grads /SDRs to pick up and get started.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bar the UK sales/CS reps, the company feels very US-focused, and the product misses a few QOL features you would expect (e.g default font and timezones)
Support could be stronger - although glad they have recently improved this with UK-based account managers.

Sales Cadences Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes marketing and sales campaigns incredibly easy. By linking to your CRM, you can take prospects and leads and place them in Cadences, which allow you to send out email blasts quickly and efficiently. In a big campaign that I helped run, we had multiple cadences running at once working toward the same goal, with each having personalized emails going to different prospects. Salesloft made this easy, and it integrates well with your browser by using the Chrome extension. With that extension, the user can select "Loft It", which tracks emails and the like in Salesloft. You're also able to select your availability in a calendar, which gives the email recipient easy access to book a meeting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was using Salesloft, I had a difficult time using the "tags" system. I found it hard to search for different tags, and that method of grouping seemed like it could work well but I struggled to utilize it well. Unrelated to how the product functions, I miss the old color scheme, as I prefer blue over green. Besides those issues, I don't have any other big issues with Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helped us solve the pain of email campaigns and tracking sales deadlines. It was helpful that the product connected directly to our CRM, and synced with it seamlessly. Cadences are incredibly powerful, especially multistep cadences that require calls, LinkedIn touches, and emails. By using Salesloft, the account manager can easily stay on top of his or her schedule, keep track of their tasks, and close deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Salesloft to help solve issues around mass emailing, activity tracking, and managing your follow up schedule.
Good for users, not so much for admins
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a good balance between automated sequences and personalization options. That doesn't mean that sales will actually go and personalize to the extent that is optimal, but the product does provide the needed options to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't support translated emails. It would be good if it identified that a cadence is the same, except in a different language (and hence analyze them together).
Analytics are a nightmare. I've given up. It's not flexible, and I can't answer the questions I have. I can't stress this enough: DON'T use it if you work with Hubspot. It barely integrates anything. It seems to be good for Salesforce users, though.

We've been able to scale our outreach with a low number of sales reps. We are able to combine touches in different channels, like emails, linkedin and calls.
Love Salesloft!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft does the hard part of my job! I love how you can schedule emails to be sent in mass form. It saves me a lot of time using Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can lag, but it does not happen frequently.

We use it daily for housing our leads. It is very user-friendly and my favorite system to use throughout my day.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create email templtes. Furthermore it is easy to track email engagement, as well as call analytics. The recording function is very useful too, as often you need to go back & listen to the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating accounts is a little bit clunky, and can improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking engagement with prospects. With the analytical tools I can map success easily.
The modern way of Selling to increase your Revenue
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about SalesLoft is that it is for your salespeople. It helps guide your sellers through a consistent, repeatable process focused on creating meaningful, personalized interactions with prospects and customers throughout the entire revenue lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, since we started using SalesLoft, we have not yet found the negative side of it. We had to compare the platform with other competitors before we purchased it. Still, we decided that Salesloft was the one for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Saleloft to guide our sellers through a cadence, the sales engagement process that automates their buyer interactions across phone, email, social, direct mail, and video. We also use it to record calls that help us understand the impact of every sales conversation. We have seen a benefit in the analytics side of the platform, which helps us know where we need to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a representative of a consultant company, I recommend that if you are in the process of diciding to go with SalesLoft, please go ahead. It's the best thing to happen to your company.
Terrible UI colors
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool easy to send emails and make calls as well as creat cadences.

The color change its terrible, Please give the option to return to previosue colors.

Its very easy to reach out to customers and continue to get your company name in front of them.

once you log a call, notes or email I dont see the option to be able to edit once you submit it

Solid Outbound Tool for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to complete tasks and navigate the app. Also integrates well with tools like Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to complete tasks. I would like all my tasks due to be in a single list, sorted by due date. This way, I wouldn't miss any tasks past due. Outreach does a better job of this than SalesLoft. After switching to SalesLoft, I have had a few overdue tasks go for weeks without me noticing.

We are using Salesloft to automate a lot of our outbound sales process. We use it for emails, calls, and LinkedIn. It saves us plenty of time and is fairly easy to use.

Great way to schedule mass emails
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule mass emails to multiple companies and organize them by cadence. Having multiple steps in each cadence is super helpful for planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to mass change the subject line for emails when you want to thread them to a previous email, you either have to keep the subject line the same or change them email by email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out emails and being able to schedule them for the entire week or weeks going forward.
