Great for sales orgs
What do you like best about the product?
Keep you on track to reaching out to leads. You're able to customize cadences and even automate steps—overall enough ability to have personalized yet efficient reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it will still prompt you to call contacts who don't have a phone number; this inefficiency could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my follow-up time with leads. I'm able to stay on top and on track.
Functional, but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The functions, including creating cadences work great. I liked the ability to set one-off reminders if I didn't have someone in a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent a lot of time going back and forth between SalesLoft and Salesforce. I didn't like having to import contacts into SalesLoft. It felt like a lot of extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined the outreach process in many ways by allowing me to keep track of what I've sent and what's up next. I liked being able to see what messaging was performing well.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and continues to evolve. They recently did a branding update and UI improvement that really made the platform easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile view of the platform isn't as easy to use on Android. There is also an app for iPhone that I hear is amazing but Android doesn't have one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing prospects and saturating to build pipeline. Great way to stay organized and easy to click through each step, including dialing through calls.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to track all data automatically

unable to manually fix email settings it is rather confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues. The benefit I realized is that I can put everyone together in one cadence and create a seamless flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't need another CRM SalesLoft holds everything I need and may do the same for you.

Nothing that I can think of on the negative side

Staying on top of outreach. Prospects don't fall through cracks due to cadences and rules
Great Platform to experiment with, organize, be intentional with, and bring value every day
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a space I can setup to be very organized with in my outreach. No customer is the same, and being able to be very intentional in salesloft has been very helpful. I know what my tasks are for the day, it is easy to add new ones as my creativity sparks too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a lot of different cadences at one time can get a but messy, I wish there was a dashboard for grouping cadences together and to work between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to start outbounding and see what is helpful for customers, thus helpful messaging for us- without losing sight of them, or any other areas of customers we are working with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get started, attend training, but also intuitively hop in and start creating.
Sales Engagement tool - Nice way to organize your outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is great and the tool is very simple. Does not require a lot of setup or configuration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime there isnt enough controls on what you would like to do for such actions as auto-emails, LinkedIn outreach and other items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of disorganized sales outreach. Trying to keep track of all the people you want to contact and when to contact them next is very hard and this tool helps with this issue
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and see how it works in your specific outreach style. If you need something that is simple to use and effective then this is the tool for you, but if you need something more granular then you might be missing some items within the tool
Great Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up, and allows for a lot of customization. Allows for more targeting messaging for increased engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Being knit picky: they could improve the texting feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an efficiency problem. Salesloft allows our reps to prioritize and grade clients and assign them to the appropriate cadence based on vertical. We have seen an increased contact rate and increase meeting rate since transitioning to Salesloft

I found the UX really easy to read and navigate. It helped me maintain an organized outreach for prospects and current deals.
I loved being able to sort by time zone, sequence, or responsiveness.
I also appreciated it's integration with Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I didn't like. I think the reason my team moved away from it was made from a management-tracking decision.

Outbound prospecting, time effectiveness, email automations

The main page has great lay out and will always keep you on task and able to see everything on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search doesn't bring up a name unless spelled precisely.

Salesloft can help send automated emails and keeps you organized while working through contacts/prsopects
