What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration to salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
1000 emails per day limit and each email needs to send 1 at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to mass message and organize contacts/leads better
Coming from outreach I was skeptical, but I couldn't be happier with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it works!
All integrations are seamless and call recording option is fantastic!
It captures all my activities and very user-friendly interface. I am able to do more calls with salesloft than outreach.
I love that everything my team is doing is visible to check stats to learn what's working what's not.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish dynamic fields were easier to add-manage.
I wish when uploading leads with csv, it updated all the fields or at least had the option to choose what fields to override.
I wish I could remove people from cadences easier ( it takes 100 clicks to remove a person from a cadence, if you are not at the right page)
I wish there were a way to create custom tasks (for example, create a call task for the leads who opened my email between x and y date) - I miss this from outreach!

More organized, less anxiety, streamlined sales process, more calls.
The cream of the crop
What do you like best about the product?
From the standpoint of an administrator and Sales leader, none of the other enablement tools come close to matching all you get from Salesloft. Their SFDC integration is the best, and not to mention their addition of "dales" and "conversation intelligence" makes it the best of the bunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesloft is the same problem that all of these integrated tools have, and that is you miss out on some native Salesforce functionality. The biggest one is that you cannot match contacts on multiple emails (a huge pain point if your industry has contacts with multiple email addresses). And you also cannot link email activity across various deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant value add that Salesloft gives us is easy to use email, call, and meeting tracking back to our Salesforce instance. The addition of "deals" makes it very easy for our reps to clean up and update their pipelines in 1/3 the time. Also, if you have not used a Sales Enablement tool before, the snippets and templates are huge timesavers for busy reps.
Easy and simple to use for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to run through cadences and see the analytics from each cadence. It doesn't take many technical skills to figure out how to put a cadence together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rebrand into the green theme was unappealing. As well as I wish there was a way to see the timezones of prospects in cadences BEFORE you click run cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes can be hard to read with the new theme/design. Notes are repeated and it gets confusing. Sometimes calls to log as well.

Cost prohibitive pricing for small businesses; only great integration is Salesforce

Personalization at scale; high touch and intentional sales engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Keep you on track to reaching out to leads. You're able to customize cadences and even automate steps—overall enough ability to have personalized yet efficient reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it will still prompt you to call contacts who don't have a phone number; this inefficiency could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my follow-up time with leads. I'm able to stay on top and on track.
Functional, but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The functions, including creating cadences work great. I liked the ability to set one-off reminders if I didn't have someone in a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spent a lot of time going back and forth between SalesLoft and Salesforce. I didn't like having to import contacts into SalesLoft. It felt like a lot of extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined the outreach process in many ways by allowing me to keep track of what I've sent and what's up next. I liked being able to see what messaging was performing well.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and continues to evolve. They recently did a branding update and UI improvement that really made the platform easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile view of the platform isn't as easy to use on Android. There is also an app for iPhone that I hear is amazing but Android doesn't have one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing prospects and saturating to build pipeline. Great way to stay organized and easy to click through each step, including dialing through calls.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to track all data automatically

unable to manually fix email settings it is rather confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues. The benefit I realized is that I can put everyone together in one cadence and create a seamless flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't need another CRM SalesLoft holds everything I need and may do the same for you.
