Solid Platform, Short Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
Segmentation: The ability to tag specific outreach based on multiple verticals, focus, etc. Ease of use is also a big plus, really easy to get up and running initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into our environment had some headaches. Other than that it is a solid tool for what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metrics tracking, increasing outreach capabilities, success rate.

Amazing Sales Acceleration Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward to set up and use. If you don't have a lot of experience with software setup, there are very helpful webinars and coaching tools. Within a matter of hours, I was blasting out emails and booking meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is by far the best B2B SaaS onboarding experience I have had. It's not the cheapest solution, but it is undoubtedly the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce and Salesforce HVS are too cumbersome to use for high-volume outreach campaigns. We are far more efficient and organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget for it, this is far and away the best platform to drive high-volume sales outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the cadences are set up for me so every day I can just log in and all my work that day is already ready to go. Also LOVE the email tracking capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't like their new logo and color scheme but it's not a major issue. Just personal preference!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent messaging across all sales teams as well as increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional SalesLoft saves me so much time in my day-to-day process. I love the ability to group follow-up calls and emails. The feature to pull times in different time zones directly from my calendar saves me so much time throughout the day!
What do you dislike about the product?
At least once a week, I have to redownload the SalesLoft Connect extension to connect Salesloft to my Gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By organizing all of my follow ups in one place Salesloft gives me more time back in my day. It takes me less time to build up my pipeline, which has led to a more consistent performance month over month.

Great tool to operationalise an SDR team

What do you like best about the product?
As a platform, SalesLoft is the complete package - it combines an operational system of execution with best-in-class native migrations to the rest of our revenue technology ecosystem. Beyond the tool itself, the entire sales process was expertly managed (shoutout to John, he's awesome) and we had a phenomenal experience rolling out the tool with the help of InStero/SalesLoft (shoutout to Josh, he's the greatest) and learned a lot about best practices, getting the most out of the tool, and tips/tricks in the process. We have a large, deeply integrated tech stack with 3 major migrations going on simultaneously and working with a team that really tried to understand that, helped us fit SalesLoft into the ecosystem and were adaptable to challenges on the way was a truly excellent experience. In one outbound team, we're already seeing 10x the cadence reply rate versus the tool we replaced with SalesLoft and our Inbound teams are able to complete more activities than ever before in the same time period, offering a more complete customer experience and increasing our inbound conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could see upcoming actions as open tasks in Salesforce beyond the completed tasks that we can currently see. Additionally, it would be useful to have more ability to categorise sales reps beyond teams to be able to slice and dice reporting within SalesLoft itself without having to run it all directly through Salesforce to drill into different splits. Finally, it would be really helpful as an admin to be able to emulate a user & login as them for troubleshooting - we have a really large team across 10 timezones and can't always get on a screenshare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has allowed us standardise our baselines globally and ensure best practices are easier to identify and share. Even though we're realtively early in our roll out, we're already seeing an improvement in results across the board. It's the first time we've migrated the entire sales organisation (rather than just specific teams) onto a sales engagement tool and it's been great to see the reaction of the teams as they start to realise value.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a marketing automation platform that we use in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer channels. It assists us in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads via marketing campaigns. SalesLoft offers numerous advantages, including the following:
- It provides a comprehensive view of our company's marketing performance by outlining all revenue and lead generation sources and identifying which content performs best for which audience.
- Our marketing teams can plan their campaigns more effectively by leveraging SalesLoot data to forecast the amount of time and money required to execute each campaign.
- They have a tool that enables us to create personalized emails that are triggered by our customers' specific indications of interest.
- SalesLoft offers an analytics dashboard that provides insight into the most effective content for increasing customer sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Among the company's worst characteristics is its dissatisfactory customer service. There are numerous instances where SalesLoft makes a mistake, and customer service does not resolve it. The worst feature of SalesLoft is that it lacks an automatic response feature, which means that if a representative does not respond to an email, there is no way to contact them unless you call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft provides tools that assist our organization in developing, managing and optimizing its sales processes. SalesLoft is the only software available today that enables businesses to automate their sales processes significantly. Salespeople can concentrate on what they do best - cultivating customer relationships. They take advantage of built-in features such as lead scoring and email automation to nurture leads automatically and ensure they never miss a target.

In a few words, SalesLoft helps you grow your revenue through the power of relationships. Try the software out!

Amazing tool for my Customer Success team

What do you like best about the product?
The things I love about Salesloft -
1. I can track the conversations with clients easily and see tee-up any loose ends from the past.
2. I use it for mass outreach for conducting Client Office Hours and track what's the messaging that resonates with the clients most.
3. I love using the templates, snippets that I just pull in in the emails, saving a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes, all the people don't get imported in the cadence, it's always 80-85%, sometimes lesser.
2. Looking at the templates, it's clunky and is very tightly fit, can't see the subject line unless I click into it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. doing mass client outreach, inviting people for events and sending 3 emails as a part of cadence.
2. also recently started focusing on nurturing unhealthy and at risk accounts and turn them into good health.

benefits - building cadences catered to the type of account is easy, can test different messaging easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can copy cadences, it spaces out the outreach when scheduled, and you can see analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I have to upload contacts to salesforce and then again to salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large amounts of outreach. If you want to do a lot at scale it's good but hard to personalize.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best with Salesloft is the automation it provides. Emails can be automated as follow ups which enable me to focus on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is tough because it is also a feature I enjoy but I would have to say the Cadence building process. I enjoy it because once the cadence is built and running, it is a no-brainer, but the building process can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow-up process. Salesloft helps me to stay on top of follow-up without a thought. The benefit is that it has allowed me to stay on top of clients and not allow deals to slip through the cracks.
