Perfect for Cadences,Dials or Simply trying to make life easier for your teams around the globe!!

What do you like best about the product?
Point and Click deployment just like Lightning components- it feels "declarative," just like an SFDC Lightning Flow / Process Builder. The built-in Dialer is AMAZING for Lighting Page Layouts too !! ++++ The one-click import into SalesLofts means NO MORE CSV !!!! WOW :) Such a timesaver!! I feel like anyone can Admin Salesloft, and the ramp time for Sales team members is very low, + SalesLoft is VERY Google Chrome friendly!! SalesLoft is very much in lockstep with SFDC on their roadmap for Lightning development and page layout functions/buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other solutions offer free, live training quite often with CSM / onboarding teams. SalesLoft wants to push you to weekly office hours at a set time that may not be time zone friendly or want to set you up with a professional services engagement for $$$ even after you are spending $100K per year on the platform. This could be a deal-breaker / maker while considering other options like Groove etc.. The data lives on SalesLoft- it's not interacting with SFDC like other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Point and Click Cadence building, built-in dialer, Out of the box Lightning page layout/buttons, 1 or 2 click import into the platform without CSV. Ability to clone cadences + add team members to cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a great contact in Marketing / Marketing Opps; Use it in Lightning, use the Dialer :) - make sure yourself as the Admin are using the tool and are doing imports and weekly Office hours to keep yourself and users current. The tool is constantly updated; make sure you are reading the notes and checking the updates for changes to the UI and in SFDC, too- make sure your team is ready for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, easy to use, and integrations are awesome. You can live in here all day and get work done, fast. It also provides full visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and I think we could create more triggers (If a bad number, let's make sure x contact skips call steps)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring completion of touchpoint for each prospect, reporting on my KPIs, figuring out keys to success

What do you like best about the product?
I provide SDR services for multiple clients. So the ability to have multiple instances for one license is an excellent approach for my business. The documentation is comprehensive, and the professional services support exceeded expectations. It integrates with critical systems that I use, and it has not been hard for the SDRs to get to grips with the platform. Tha analytics are good and you can customize reports and views.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more excellent dialer coverage in South Africa, and the Twillo dialer closest connection point is Ireland presently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously it was tough to track progress on an outbound campaign. It was very disjointed, and it was almost impossible to ensure that SDRs completed the agreed cadence. It was challenging to coordinate an omnichannel outreach over a long period.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is comprehensive. So you must be prepared to invest time in it to get the benefit of its features. Engage with the professional services as they are helpful and supportive.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes us work efficiently! You can multitask and at the same time, see the hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike and I think its normal sometimes if numbers of calls or emails are not reflecting realtime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call and email at the same time. The best thing is we can see if they access the site, check their emails etc. It gives us the opportunity to get to top hot leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate email cadences, track opens/replies, and have a single place to view all communication is a game-changer (The ability to see past convos from other reps, or to refresh on current convos across email/phone/linkedin) Having worked at a company previously that required this to all be done manually, I could never go back. The integrations and plugins are robust, and the bonus of having a calling ability, template repository ,and analytics make this a well-rounded tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product updates are not communicated to users well (a feature that we use 100+ times a day "disappeared," and a few days later, we discovered the feature still existed, but the trigger button had been moved/hidden from plain sight.) Some of the process flows are not intuitive, making the learning curve steeper than it needs to be for new users or any user trying to perform a new process/workflow. For example, to move anyone from cadence a to cadence b, you have to navigate to the cadence, then the people tab, then the step, then check anyone impacted, then move them, then recheck the same people and remove them from the current cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visability and automation not only save time for the reps but create a better experience for the prospects (consistency, a rep having all previous data at their finger tips, so a prospect does not have to repeat themselves) I literally couldn't do my job without it, especially at the scale required.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility you get in creating personalized cadences so you can operate the way you'd like to for any given lead. Also, in contrast, some templates are made by your team/management if you don't fancy making your own. Overall, it allows me to keep all my leads organized while letting me put all the touchpoints I need to have for the day/week. Having visibility throughout my entire pipeline and all the actions tied to them is a bonus since it gives more profound insight into what may be working/not be working.

Having it connected/integrated with SaleForces makes many processes quicker through a lot of micro automation actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft has certain restrictions that don't allow specific individuals to create automation rules. When making a personalized cadence, a few automation rules don't apply since I cannot apply them myself (depending on your team, it can be timely). Aside from a lack of other integrations with my company uses for our day-to-day tasks, not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management has been a lot easier ever since using SalesLoft. Understanding how I interact with all of my leads lets me clarify which leads need more attention. Since it's connected with SalesForce, all my actvities/talk time/etc. are also tracked, which is nice since we won't have to do those manually. Being in a sales role, SalesLoft allows us to track everything while making the process much more efficient for every small task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take some time learning how to make/personalize a few cadences/templates/etc. as it has helped tremendously in the way, I operate for my sales job. It may be a bit daunting at first, but it will pay off in the end. SalesLoft isn't essential, but if you do end up using it, it makes a lot of duties much easier and less time-consuming.
