What do you like best about the product?
Nice UI, cleaner and more organized than outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, I like the email cadence format it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving organizational problems, benefits include a streamlined work experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is better than Outreach in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
As an individual contributor I like that it helps me plan my days, assure my prospects are receiving the number of touches needed for responses, and that no one is falling through the cracks.

As a manager I like that I can see and track activity metrics, responses to provide coaching, and view bandwidth of BDRs for additional tasks or campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the mobile app was more comprehensive.

As a manager I'd love to be able to receive the analytics from my mobile device so I can still track and coach while on the go or traveling.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of communication and sales strategy tactics. Visibility into what is actually happening within conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates cause unintended glitches; such as the Google Workspaces update. It is a disruption to my org's workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined communication; better communication strategy with Marketing; GDPR compliance; better metrics tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to automate cadences. I set them up for individual C-Levels I'm targeting with very specific messaging. Helps to keep the tailored communications going instead of managing them from a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand why they label Day 1, Day 4, etc. but it can be confusing if you are using it for a different use case. For individual cadences I need to know what dates its going out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was sending individual emails to specific people, I would drop off after the 3 touch. Salesloft helps me tee up multiple touches and automates them for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft has a lot of potential. I rated the Quality of Support low but I will caveat I may not know how to use the support my company has paid for effectively. It's my understanding there are levels of support.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the click to dial phone numbers, the ability to send one email to a large list of people. Team templates are great because our team prepares some templates for us all to use. Also use snippets a lot more, which helps with emailpersonalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
when a contact is opted out of email, why can I not call them? Have to manually add a phone number and manually log a call. The Salesforce record only said "do not email" ....not "do not call". Calling and call log capability should still be there. In fact, SalesLoft should allow me to add opted out people to a cadence as well, just skipping through the email steps. I want the option to have opted out people in a calling cadence and be able to log calls without manually doing it.
I've used SalesLoft in my last job as well & we could import CSV files into SalesLoft. Here at Denodo we cannot do that? Can this feature be activated?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be more efficient with SalesLoft. Instead of copying and pasting emails, I can use a template. I can send the same email to many people or customize each one before sending giving me flexibility. I am using snippets created by our enablement team & this helps with personalization. Everything gets tracked in SalesForce, calls & emails, so this saves me a ton of time. To me, the biggest benefit is EFFICIENCY. We have activity targets (daily calls/emails) so time is precious.

Cadance's make regular account touch points quick, consistent, and easy to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales loft doesn't update contact's time zone when an email is scheduled in a specific time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring consistency of touch points with target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitiveness, someone who worked in sales designed this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to go into each cadence to see statistics - I can't compare them from the main cadence screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation in the sales process - someone/thing is reminding me what is next on my task list.

Automations + Cadences = Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Our warm leads funnel directly into SalesForce and SalesLoft so time to first contact can be incredibly fast. Our cadences are personalized but allow us to set up A/B testing easily. I also love being able to change an email message on the fly to try something new or make things even more personalized.

Our cold leads can be thrown into similar cadences and easily worked by our outbound reps. They show up, open SalesLoft, and immediately know what calls and emails need to go out for that day.

Lastly, the Chrome extension makes it incredibly fast and easy to import a lead/prospect from SalesForce into SalesLoft.

Can't say enough good things about SalesLoft. It's made our team more efficient, helped us crush our goals, and get paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have the "Deals" addon, and are trying to use it to efficiently update your opportunities, the description and update fields can be kind of small. I've tried to use this a few times and have continually come back to just updating next steps for opportunities directly in SalesForce. The UI on deals could be more user-friendly.

Not a huge mark against them, still a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to first contact is less than 5 minutes thanks to SalesLoft.

Calling, emailing, and even texting is all streamlined in the software, making multi-touch and multi-channel a breeze.

We've increased demo no-show's getting RE-booked because of email cadences we've made in SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the analytics, and how you can see who has opened and clicked into your emails. They way you can organize tasks by time zone, and type of task is really helpful to me as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could sort your total calls by time zone, so I don't have to keep flipping through each step in the cadence to figure out which ones are in different time zones. Sometimes the changes in the user interface and UX can be disruptive to my workflow as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing who has opened my emails gives me much more indication of where to focus my time. Also being able to analyze how often my calls are being answered and at what times has been helpful
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great product if you want to dive deeper into the analytics of how well your calls and emails are working. It has elevated our team performance dramatically
