Best Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes us work efficiently! You can multitask and at the same time, see the hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike and I think its normal sometimes if numbers of calls or emails are not reflecting realtime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call and email at the same time. The best thing is we can see if they access the site, check their emails etc. It gives us the opportunity to get to top hot leads.

Ease of use, simple user interface, makes prospecting really fast and efficient.

Very little, well-rounded platform. Would highly recommend!

Solid sales tool that needs some UX love
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate email cadences, track opens/replies, and have a single place to view all communication is a game-changer (The ability to see past convos from other reps, or to refresh on current convos across email/phone/linkedin) Having worked at a company previously that required this to all be done manually, I could never go back. The integrations and plugins are robust, and the bonus of having a calling ability, template repository ,and analytics make this a well-rounded tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product updates are not communicated to users well (a feature that we use 100+ times a day "disappeared," and a few days later, we discovered the feature still existed, but the trigger button had been moved/hidden from plain sight.) Some of the process flows are not intuitive, making the learning curve steeper than it needs to be for new users or any user trying to perform a new process/workflow. For example, to move anyone from cadence a to cadence b, you have to navigate to the cadence, then the people tab, then the step, then check anyone impacted, then move them, then recheck the same people and remove them from the current cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visability and automation not only save time for the reps but create a better experience for the prospects (consistency, a rep having all previous data at their finger tips, so a prospect does not have to repeat themselves) I literally couldn't do my job without it, especially at the scale required.

I definitely like the email opens and click-tracking feature.

Sometimes the fields don't map correctly when importing from ZoomInfo

With the tracking feature, I can definitely gauge a prospect's level of interest.
Keeping Everything Organized in Your Pipe
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility you get in creating personalized cadences so you can operate the way you'd like to for any given lead. Also, in contrast, some templates are made by your team/management if you don't fancy making your own. Overall, it allows me to keep all my leads organized while letting me put all the touchpoints I need to have for the day/week. Having visibility throughout my entire pipeline and all the actions tied to them is a bonus since it gives more profound insight into what may be working/not be working.
Having it connected/integrated with SaleForces makes many processes quicker through a lot of micro automation actions.

What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft has certain restrictions that don't allow specific individuals to create automation rules. When making a personalized cadence, a few automation rules don't apply since I cannot apply them myself (depending on your team, it can be timely). Aside from a lack of other integrations with my company uses for our day-to-day tasks, not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management has been a lot easier ever since using SalesLoft. Understanding how I interact with all of my leads lets me clarify which leads need more attention. Since it's connected with SalesForce, all my actvities/talk time/etc. are also tracked, which is nice since we won't have to do those manually. Being in a sales role, SalesLoft allows us to track everything while making the process much more efficient for every small task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take some time learning how to make/personalize a few cadences/templates/etc. as it has helped tremendously in the way, I operate for my sales job. It may be a bit daunting at first, but it will pay off in the end. SalesLoft isn't essential, but if you do end up using it, it makes a lot of duties much easier and less time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
I can not only easily create premade sequences based on the type of sales campaign I am running I can also run multiple campaign sequences at the same time. Your home page keeps you organized on which tasks are due in each sequence. It doesn't get easier than that!
What do you dislike about the product?
They could have a better dialer feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the BDR/AE productivity problem. As a manager, you can track every sales touch to a prospect on the analytics page. Allowing you to hold your reps accountable for their metrics. The rep is able to meet these metrics because the tools give you a roadmap for outbound success.

Don't hesitate to purchase this sales tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sales outreach. I know there are other providers out there but Salesloft makes it extremely easy to keep your outreach organized by persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I've encountered with Salesloft is automatically pulling a contact from a cadence for outreach once they've responded. You need to remove them manually, and some other services pull them automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to multiple personas with different messaging at the same time. Being able to see your open and click rates on certain emails help to determine what type of outreach and messaging should be sent to those various personas.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has an intuitive UI and makes it easy to automate outreach tasks. I love their VOIP Feature and connecting it with Salesforce in order to speed up my workflow with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs in the email and call client. Depending on the data integrity of the CRM, calls can log in the wrong place. Additionally, the conversation intelligence bot fails to join sometimes, and you can not address an email to multiple people.

Automate outreach to a high volume of clients.
