The best Sales Engagement Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, Dialler option is the best. As a team lead managing a team of 8, it helps me to join the call, listen without being a participant, and only whisper to the team member. I do not think any other tool has such features. It is just fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. But it would be great if they can give more options for A/B testing emails, subject lines, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sending emails to our prospects. The centralized dashboard which gives analytics of the emails sent, track SDR performance, offer feedback, etc is extremely useful. I am also able to offer coaching after listening to SDR calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leverage other people's cadences, cadence metrics, automation features, snippets. overall solid product
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Hot Leads" and "clicks" seem to not be able to tell the difference between spam filters and actual engagement so this feature doesn't actually seem valuable.

Outreach and pipeline generation at scale for a fast-growing tech start up

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic fields are great with the Sales Nav integration. The snippet features are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting can be strange, sometimes text colors and fonts aren't the same when including snippets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes formatting can be strange as far as spacing when copying text over. Otherwise, super intuitive tool! Allows for customization scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy this tool for your team! Helps with collaboration and visibility between teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to configure your dashboard. I also really enjoy the email read notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot that is supposed to attend zoom meetings is very hot or miss and the call dialer occasionally does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our sales activities in one place is critical. Also having them communicate back to sales force is key.

SalesLoft makes it easy to organize and run campaigns.

I still don't trust fully automated messages because there can be errors so I check the email each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting touches have gone up. Organized cadences are finished, not just started.

Best platform out there

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness of the platform makes onboarding new hires very easy. From an admin perspective, I spend a lot of time in analytics reporting, which really breaks down my teams performance and allows me to provide guidence to them for coaching.

I've used salesloft since it was known as prospector (a while). I've used Salesloft as a rep and a manager across 5 companies now. I've implemented it at 2 of those companies. As an Atlanta-based person, I know they really do put their customers first. prior to covid no matter which company i was at, i would get an on-site visit from someone at the company just to check in and say hi.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like my team to be able to see their upcoming scheduled activities in SalesLoft. I can see it but would be helpful for them to know how many activities they have coming up, so they know when they need to increase their prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was a BDR prior to Salesloft being around, so I know the problems it's solved. I / my team can reach more prospects, but continue the personalization each day. We no longer have to worry about miss dials as everything is done through the salesloft softphone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the added visibility and analytics that I receive when I send emails to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook can be a bit slow at times, especially when you click Loft It. I would also like to email multiple contacts from within Salesforce and not have to keep toggling back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to multiply myself by doing the follow-up work, especially with the pre-built cadences. The dashboard lets me see how my customers are engaging with my emails. I love using templates to email multiples customers at a time and add a personal touch through the dynamic field options. SalesLoft makes my everyday work more productive!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If an organization wants added visibility on their engagement with customers, I would highly recommend SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Being reminded to email people when their step in the cadence is due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Titles of prospects were recently removed so it's hard for me to know if I'm getting engagement from a VP or a manager etc. Makes my job difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing people on a weekly basis.

We have to remove contacts ownership manually from our name to unassigned. It should be auto when someone puts negative sentiments.
