What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy to organize and run campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't trust fully automated messages because there can be errors so I check the email each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting touches have gone up. Organized cadences are finished, not just started.
Best platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness of the platform makes onboarding new hires very easy. From an admin perspective, I spend a lot of time in analytics reporting, which really breaks down my teams performance and allows me to provide guidence to them for coaching.
I've used salesloft since it was known as prospector (a while). I've used Salesloft as a rep and a manager across 5 companies now. I've implemented it at 2 of those companies. As an Atlanta-based person, I know they really do put their customers first. prior to covid no matter which company i was at, i would get an on-site visit from someone at the company just to check in and say hi.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like my team to be able to see their upcoming scheduled activities in SalesLoft. I can see it but would be helpful for them to know how many activities they have coming up, so they know when they need to increase their prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was a BDR prior to Salesloft being around, so I know the problems it's solved. I / my team can reach more prospects, but continue the personalization each day. We no longer have to worry about miss dials as everything is done through the salesloft softphone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the added visibility and analytics that I receive when I send emails to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook can be a bit slow at times, especially when you click Loft It. I would also like to email multiple contacts from within Salesforce and not have to keep toggling back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to multiply myself by doing the follow-up work, especially with the pre-built cadences. The dashboard lets me see how my customers are engaging with my emails. I love using templates to email multiples customers at a time and add a personal touch through the dynamic field options. SalesLoft makes my everyday work more productive!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If an organization wants added visibility on their engagement with customers, I would highly recommend SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Being reminded to email people when their step in the cadence is due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Titles of prospects were recently removed so it's hard for me to know if I'm getting engagement from a VP or a manager etc. Makes my job difficult.

Emailing people on a weekly basis.

Well cadence play's the best role in getting more sustainable revenue growth

We have to remove contacts ownership manually from our name to unassigned. It should be auto when someone puts negative sentiments.

What do you like best about the product?
It is much more transparent who is doing what in pipe gen
What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t see the campaign activities when they are spread via different Team or Individual cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to prospects in a programmatic way. And still, I can see the individual´s impact. Pipe Gen is growing month by month by 10%

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SL organizes all your day-to-day tasks in one dashboard. Integrations with SF have been just what I needed to streamline and document along the way. Every AE, BDM/BDR needs this tool in their toolbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was a little dragged out, but nothing more than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting Organization, Lost/Dead Opps campaigns
Great System to keep track of communication and communicate with multiple leads or customers
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create email and call cadance for my customers and send out blast emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky with deleting contact permanently and it needs to have a better duplicate detection system

I have realized it great for planning and keeping track of your customers

Intergrates great with Salesforce, I'd say its pretty much a business essential
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy you can create a prospecting candence and add multiple contacts to it. You can keep track of who openned and viewed your emails and even who clicked on links that you sent out, this makes it much easier to prioritize your prospecting. Calls are much easier to make with the Saleloft dialer, you can even pre-record voice mails and drop them to any call. This tool saves a bunch of time as it logs all this information to SalesForce automatically!!

The tool is great, there is nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated emails, organized prospecting, follow up reminders, eliminate salesforce manual data entry for prospecting activities.
Become efficient and execute consistently!
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences built in SalesLoft allows you to leverage the research you complete on an account or person for days/weeks and months to come! The efficiency you gain by utilizing the tools is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to manage two CRMs is a bit challenging but the benefits outweigh this task

With SalesLoft I'm taking advantage of proven best practices to engage clients and ultimately find prospects ready to buy. I've been able to build a great pipeline and stay engaged with clients on a regular basis.
