Work SMARTER not harder. Thanks Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes the sales day so much smoother. I use it not only for emails but as a full activity tracker, task manager, and to do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a full integration with Truly to track calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activity in an organised way. Sending outbound cadences. Keeping in touch with closed won and lost accounts in a 'set and forget' way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really helps if you use it properly.
The best sales tool for prospecting I have used so far

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and that data is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not care for the phone function/ text message option. I think it should be a little simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SALES. I can get through calls a lot easier
I couldn't imagine sales without SalesLoft.
What do you like best about the product?
To ensure the success of your prospecting campaign, cadences can be quickly built and applied. As a result, my team can stay on track with sales activities while spending as little time as possible on low-priority organizational tasks. In addition, I can quickly review the activity of my team as a manager. Finally, as a result of syncing our prospect information with Salesforce, our record system, we are always aware of the most recent activities of each prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft has significantly enhanced our reporting capabilities after we implemented it. Despite this, we occasionally use Salesforce reporting for evaluating SalesLoft data because Salesforce's reporting features are more sophisticated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team utilizes SalesLoft. It is impossible for me to live without it. Additionally, our outbound sales campaign relies upon SalesLoft along with Salesforce. Earlier this year, we began using SalesLoft to engage with our customers. It is our intention to regularly communicate with the client email database by utilizing cadences and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft's rapid success can be credited to its high-quality product and its dedication to its clients. As an operating tool, it has become more significant than Salesforce in our organization. As a CEO, I rely on SalesLoft to keep my team productive, as do our outbound sales staff. There is no way I could manage sales processes without SalesLoft.
Great sales tool, but could use some enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Creating message templates, cadences, and analytics. The analysis of message tone/persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
message templates should have text formatting so you can copy and paste to/from outlook without it affecting the spacing and text font and formatting. There is an issue with messages pinging servers all across the world. There are issues with messages saying they have been opened/read and/or clicked on by the same person when in fact the messaging is tied to a different person. The tool is overall built to send 100s of prospecting messages as in a traditional Outbound SDR or sales role; there are not a lot of customization tools within Salesloft for 1:1 messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a greater number of prospects and knowing which messages / cadences are resonating based on response rate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great sales tool that can provide actionable insights that drive decisions on outbound prospecting; increasing sales funnel and engagement
Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it helps you organized your work daily, like knowing who you have to call and who you have to send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it's not entirely automating
the sentence at the end of an email "would you like to opt out"
the sentence at the end of an email "would you like to opt out"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can address all the prospects from my CRM. Once I imported them in the cadence, it's all set up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent tool to help you with your daily prospection
You have more time to be efficient in your sales
You can follow up more easily your work and see who has seen your emails or not
You can analyze which cadences are more successful than the other

Salesloft helps me win
What do you like best about the product?
Statistics on what is working as it helps me get better at growing the response rates
What do you dislike about the product?
A simple fix would be bulk uploading to campaigns.
Having hover over tips or ways in which I can improve some of the statistics would really help me make sense of the wealth of data

Product is 10/10, sales team 10/10, implementation 0/10 so make sure you can DIY it
What do you like best about the product?
- How much you get with the package
- the dialer is awesome, well priced and easy to use
- comes with a decent call intelligence suite
- sales team is knowledgeable and easy to work with (will help motivate you to buy now vs. sitting on proposals for months)
- intuitive and easy to set up. I'm a small business leader and not a salesforce admin and it did it myself with ease

What do you dislike about the product?
- they force you to pay implementation/pro serve fees and all you get is an email from marketing automation and an invite to a webinar. It's litterally like paying your phone company to remotely 'turn it on for you'. I cringe hard at this.

Working with SalesLoft has been a breeze! I love SalesLoft, it's very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like SalesLoft because it is helpful, user-friendly and the interface is very easy to use. Some of the upsides of SalesLoft include easy-to-access metrics in one place for you and your team. It's also easy to track communication like calls, emails, and also things like contacts, companies, team members. Tracking my emails is especially easy, just link to your email service provider, and you're done. I like that you can also schedule emails to be sent out and even stop them if you realize a mistake has been made. Creating cadences in SalesLoft is also a favorite feature of mine. Using the cadences helps me manage my time more productively because it tells me exactly what to send out and when. I can create tasks, set reminders, and see my upcoming meeting for the week. I also like that it works seamlessly with SalesForce and it's easy to transfer contacts from SalesForce into SalesLoft using the "Loft-it" feature, which saves a lot of time. I can view emails and easily add & remove companies and contacts to different cadences if necessary. SalesLoft makes prospecting, managing communication, and tracking goals super easy, helping me be more productive, ultimately helping me bring in more revenue for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that admin privileges are needed to add/change simple things. Also, there are no notifications that your dashboard or view has been changed or updated by an admin. Not easy to change, add or move things around unless you have admin privileges. The help & support section is not robust and requires reading community-submitted posts and forums to get answers to questions. An instructional guide with specific steps would be very helpful vs. spending additional time trying to locate the correct forum or community guide. I also don't like that once a contact has been added into SalesLoft, it's not easy to move that contact from company to company unless you start from SalesForce and try to update it that way and even that sometimes doesn't work. I have one contact now that tells me it's not connected to a CRM when I try to email, due to that very issue. Also, the notifications can be excess at first but I know they can be managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with keeping track of my personal and team metrics, which has now been solved. And it also gives everyone else on the team a measuring stick of their performance which helps inform, motivate, and encourage the team to succeed. The benefits of SalesLoft are having a one stop shop for managing contacts, communication, metrics, and prospect work all in one tool which also works seamlessly with SalesForce and Gmail. I like having one tool I can manage all of my communication, tasks, and reminders with. I like that my whole team uses it and I can also see their numbers as well for comparison. Cuts down on the time spent with non-sales tasks and helps me be more productive so I can spend more time on direct sales activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for tracking individual productivity, managing communication, and viewing and tracking team metrics. I highly recommend it, especially for sales teams. Also if you're sending out different communication to individual companies and would like an easier way to manage what and when that communication goes out, this tool is extremely helpful for that.
