Click one icon and sending out cadences.

Tracking email reply is a little bit not enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned, no need to send out emails one by one which improving my work efficiency
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More valuable features open to non-English spoken users.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Organization and the way it is set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow. And that makes it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't really problems that I am solving, but I do see the benefits from salesloft and how everything is set up. It makes my work day easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly dashboards that keep me productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is glitchy/slow. Also sometimes I have issues with the phone function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of my cadences has reduced drop off in my conversations which is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to keep organized

What do you like best about the product?
After implementing Salesloft our conversion rates went up by 50% (SAL-SQL). Salesloft allows us to get more touchpoints per lead and allows us the capability to work more leads at the same time the analytics associated with cadences and templates allow us to quickly make changes and improvements on our outreach. At the same time, we have worked with Instereo which is now a part of SalesLoft and I don't think we have had the success that we are seeing today without them. David K. & Max for the win
What do you dislike about the product?
The core SalesLoft product is great, but SalesLoft Deals and CI need some improvement to keep up with the market leaders. (Gong) I am also going through the renewal process with SL and they are offering me a 1-year deal same terms which is great, but I am asking if I could sign a 2-year deal and I am being told I would need to sign a new agreement and lose quarterly payment terms, doesn't make sense to me? At the same time, there are a lot of small things that I think should be improved:

-You should be able to put the custom fields in the order you want without having to delete and enter them all back in.
-To Do's in deals are different than tasks in cadences?
- Why aren't their cadences optimized for pipeline pursuit and in deals themselves?

Although I know Salesloft is working on a lot of improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
-Insight into what is working and what isn't.
-Insight into what reps really are doing day to day.

Benefits:
-Improved conversion rates
-Efficiency and Effectiveness
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not using Salesloft or a tool like SalesLoft you are going to get passed by your competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and admin and the analytics we now get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting accounts and contacts from SFDC into Salesloft and then being able to know which contacts to add to cadences feels a bit unintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR activity levels. Structure for sales development teams. Focus. Reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the functionality SalesLoft brings is the best. The ability to mass upload contacts, send mass emails, and dial anywhere in the world is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you cant upload a particular contact from a company to SalesLoft, then go back and upload more contacts from that company. You have to go all the way back to salesforce and import contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to reach much more people more effectively and I've managed to stay much more organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend SalesLoft to anyone trying to reach a vast amount of prospects and struggles to stay organized. SalesLoft does all the organizing for you, and the user interface is extremely easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can both make international phone calls and utilize the mass mailing system all in one place is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be buggy when linked with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. Using Salesloft has massively increased my productivity in the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps our prospecting in order; every SDR knows who to call and when. Emails may be automated for high volume, which helps in some cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when creating cadences, it's a little slow to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, no more late tasks or calls or emails as SalesLoft lays out precisely what each one of my reps needs to do. Efficiency is huge; my reps can take on more prospects at a time by utilizing SalesLoft

Amazing call coaching tool !

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft gives me the ability to provide call coaching feedback to my team in a more efficient way.
Reps are more receptive to feedback if they feel that the information shared is not solely subjective.
The analytics available in SalesLoft helps to create a more objective way to provide relevant, actionable,
and transparent feedback. I will be using this as my primary call coaching tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some texting/Whatsapp functionality and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need better, more objective ways to provide call feedback to my team of sales reps.
And SalesLoft is the answer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get training directly from SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple where it needs to be, intricate and detailed where you want it to be. Reminders outside of cadences is my favorite feature simple feature. Data/graphs on work volume is my favorite next-level feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. More could be done with "team cadences."
2. I currently store all of my marketing material (white papers, links, videos) on a folder on my desktop. It would be nice if there was a place to store my attachments, and organize them by company vertical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do my job with SalesLoft. Compared to other tools, it is more organized and better suited to both cast wide nets and targeted hunting
