What do you like best about the product?
Centralized messaging, repeatable processes for all reps, experimenting with A/B tests to learn every day

Training new reps who have never used a similar tool before can be a challenge

All the information you need to know is shown on the page as you're prospecting each contact.

Sometimes the outbound call button can be finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft consolidates all information, so there is no need to call a collegue or do research on a company or prospect that has already been completed.
User friendly tool to Maximize Sales & Customer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are a great way to keep engaging with potential customers and increase the response rate significantly. I use the click and open data to tailor my messages to maximize engagement. I love the new dashboard that helps me focus on the customers who are ready to engage. I log into SalesLoft every morning when I log into my computer. It seamlessly tracks my communications and helps keep me focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to get open and click rate data when you send emails to several recipients through Outlook. There are also times when I cannot get the SL icon to show up in my Salesforce pages. Just yesterday I had to close all of my windows and re-sign into all of my accounts to get SL to integrate with Salesforce again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new dashboard gives me a snapshot of which customers are replying, who needs outreach, and any hot contacts. It helps me capitalize on engaged customers and prioritize my outreach. The cadences also help me increase customer touches so I can finally get the attention of elusive customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend SalesLoft for any sales team. It has improved the quality of my communications, saved me incredible amounts of time, and ensured that I'm reaching a larger portion of my potential customer base.
SalesLoft is a must for ensure an effective and efficient strategy for engaging your prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
As the leader of a BDR team, the ability to easily oversee the entire team's productivity, usage, and effectiveness in their day-to-day efforts is crucial for our success!
What do you dislike about the product?
For my use in overseeing a BDR team, I do not have any issues or enhancement requests. Are CSM has been amazing in heling me utilize SalesLoft to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development at our organization operates at the top of the full so being able to engage with as many target accounts and prospects as possible is crucial. Since we are in such a niche market, SalesLoft allows us to have an effective and efficient broad outreach strategy while allowing us to be able to also personalize these touches to better speak to the individual and get away from canned spam emails that are mass blasted to everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is always a desire in Business Development to accomplish more; SalesLoft allows you to achieve more from your existing GTM team without having to add additional team members to your current program. If you can prospect better, faster, smarter, with the same team you have today, why wouldn't you?

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is the ability to create templates, review sent and pending emails, schedule emails and so forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about SalesLoft is the font not matching the templates to the actual emails, it may be possible that it is a user error. (not sure)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft assists with sending emails to clients as I write and save the templates within the software.
The easiest way to automate your outbound cadences
What do you like best about the product?
The email automation for being able to message prospects before I wake up, which allows me to efficiently contact multiple stakeholders across multiple timezones. As well as this, the other integrations, specifically connect and sell seem to work really well in terms of keeping everything up to date within your cadences. The automatic linkedin profile finding is also helpful. It's also really easy to manually update and edit cadences as and when you need to, in terms of adding/reducing/ modifying steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like it if we would be able to personalise our filters so that we can apply the most suitable ones for the work we're currently doing. For example maybe filtering calls or emails by the prospect they were sent to. Sometimes the analytics (personalisation doesn't feel like it's being picked up and the hot lead classification feels like it isn't reflective of true lead status all of the time when I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alllows me to on top of my outbound cadences and makes it easy to organise my day by day and calendar.

Salesloft integrates easily with commonly used SaaS tools like Salesforce, which makes it easy to track analytics.
tool for activity control
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a platform that allows us to have true control over the activities my team carries out to achieve sales closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions, it may present cuts or interference in the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can review the activity and status of each salesperson, listen to calls, view emails, and the best part is that I can link it to Salesforce.

It is a very good tool for managing activities for sales teams.
Best sales engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use admin interface. Flexible template and cadence creator. Integrations with all the important tools in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still would like more best practice content integrated in the tool. They've made strides in this by releasing the frameworks feature in the past year

SDR and AM engagement. We need to have a systematic, trackable, scalable way to conduct outreach.

The ability to set up cadences and see in real-time the metrics of your communication

A nice to have would be an auto import from SalesForce to Salesloft without having to import each contact. One less step

Recorded conversations give me an actual reference to go back to and share with clients. Another great solution is the organization of prospecting.
Just Makes Life A LOT Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Automating e-mails to send at a specific time of day in a set cadence entirely under my control just makes life incredibly easier. As a sales rep pushing through the bounds of other BDXs/SDRs, it helps me find the people interested in a fraction of the time. The template set-up is easy, the user interface is comfortable, and my company has seen greater results since implementing the platform. SalesLoft is also very useful and credible for all the integrations that fit into the system such as Lusha, Zoominfo, Outlook to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing I dislike about SalesLoft is the "packet loss" I experience when I make calls through the platform in cadence steps. Microsoft Teams has less disruption, and I've had prospects say that they can't hear me sometimes on SalesLoft when as far as I've been aware, I've had a stable connection to the internet or phone line. However, it is also worth mentioning that in a lot of cases, the e-mail verification function isn't very accurate as I have had green ticks for e-maills that don't work and red X's for e-mail addresses that are correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefits are saving a huge amount of time having to use Excel and other bits of tech to send out mail merges and keep track of which people have responded, keeping notes of every call, conversation or reply etc. VERY Useful having all of this in one place for sure. Fixing an e-mail doesn't take too long and keeping every account and prospect in order makes adding more people whilst not forgetting about anyone very simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go to see how much it affects your current methods and processes of working through daily work life. See if it saves you as much time and effort as it has done for me and my team. As a frontline worker I'm not aware of the costs etc. however I can say that it has made a huge difference to both mine and my colleagues productivity!
