I use Salesloft everyday to help me stay productive, focused, and organized
What do you like best about the product?
- ability to organize tasks by type, time zone, AI prioritization, etc
- cadences are easy to build and implement
- customer support is attentive and helpful
- phenominal data/metric tracking and visualization
- itegrates well with Salesforce, chrome, and outlook/gmail

What do you dislike about the product?
- LinkedIn integration requires an enterprise level LI subscription
- When tasks are rescheduled, it resets the date. It would be nice to see when tasks are originally created and even the dates that changes were made
- The multitouch feature sometimes disrupts my flow by isolating the connected tasks rather than displaying the normal rhythm view. (This especially applies when I am sorting by task type)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking prospect/contact outreach via cadences - Salesloft ensures that I am reaching out to contacts with my preferred pacing and content. Salesloft also enables me to create well-informed outbounding strategies by providing excellent analytics and data visualization.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is an easy tool to use as a CRM integration. It's good to keep track of calls and send out emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is that sending out bulk emails have changed. That said, the cadences are easy to use.

It helps me in my sales role to keep track of customer relationships and their status.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to export prospects from salesforce into salesloft and drop them into a cadence and how salesloft tells me who is already actively in a cadence is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For email cadences, I have to manually remove everyone who I import from salesforce who doesn't have an email. The cadence will stop running and give a "email missing" red triangle next to the cadence and will only start working again once I manually remove the people who didn't have an email. This is very time consuming and it would be nice if the cadence would automatically skip people who were imported by accident with no emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to blast out specific and customized personal emails to people without having to manually send them one by one. This is very helpful.

I think it could integrate better with Microsoft teams and GONG

The main benefit of Salesloft in my opinion is how is easy to keep track of every interaction with costumers.
SalesLoft is VITAL for any sales organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has made my processes much more efficient with doing my job in sales. It has made me much more organized, which has ultimatley led to success. Salesloft connectes to our CRM very effortessly. I use Salesloft all day, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish was different about Salesloft, was the "stop" feature on texting. I also wish salesloft allowed texting automations in cadences.

Salesloft has given me back so much more time, by utilizing rythm and my cadences.

Accomplishing Tasks Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized for me to complete my tasks for the day when I need to complete them and tracks the data and statistics very nicely throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prospect details on a contacts page (specifically the 3x3 section) are difficult to read. When I put lines between my notes in sales force, it clumps everything together and makes it look like one paragraph and it is hard to break up sections of the 3x3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I know when I have reached my required activity levels for the day, knowing who is opening my emails and not responding, and saving me time when sending out mass amounts of the same email.
A great experience that made my work easier and more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can organize your tasks and how you have visibility of everything, you get to select where to start every day, so you don't have many overdue tasks. Also, being able to see if people are interacting with your emails is great because you can make changes if something is not capturing their attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have someone in a call/email cadence and they say they are not reachable via phone, it would be great to have an option for automatically skip all the calls for that specific user. Instead of doing manually everytime that activity shows up.

It has helped with efficiency and having visibility of the outreach process.
