What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it connected to lots of other systems and that you can create all different types of cadences to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems a bit cumbersome to use and isn't all that intuitive for users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issues of setting up sales cadences and what needs to be done during what steps and keeping us on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The way that I can manage everything and see everything, and have insights to have better communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time, there are issues with the cadence, especially when keeps in the cadence people that should be deleted by reply an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got more opportunities because I can do more interactions with the prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft Cadences are a gamechanger in helping manage customer outreach at scale. The integration with Salesforce is top-notch as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobile app doesn't support Text Messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach at scale through cadences, maintaining consistent messaging across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track what prospects are opening my messages and engaging with my links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot mass email more than 100 clients in any given day, but that is not because of SalesLoft, but something my company has limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I have solved is the problem of not having enough time to connect with all of my prospects in my territory in one single week. The benefits realized equal me being able to schedule valuable meetings for my Regional Sales Managers resulting in closed revenue for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this tool every day if you want to crush your sales goals.

I value SalesLoft's ability to save me time.

Contacts without an email or phone # associated should automatically be skipped in a cadence if the email or phone # is missing

What do you like best about the product?
Email cadences, analytics around calls/emails, integration with zoom, salesforce, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the easiest to get around with at first so a slight learning curve

Everything you would need to do from an SDR/BDR/AE/Marketing Ops perspective can be done

What do you like best about the product?
The best component to SalesLoft is the Cadence building capabilities. It really simplifies being able to better customize and manage outreach to new and current contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish it could be fully built into SFDC as a tab so there is less back an forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I solve using SalesLoft is the outreach managment of emails/calls/social. I have realized massive time savings and yielded better contact results.

Effective Cadence and Pipeline Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use as it pertains to execution for cadence and deals follow-up. Deals view from a management perspective allows for transparent deal intelligence. Salesloft is stable, has a native Gmail integration, and allows easy execution across the sales process. We have used other sales tools in the past, and Salesloft is far superior and complete. We've had to use separate tools for SDRs and AEs because of how our sales process works. With Salesloft, we can use one platform to execute!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Deals platform is a different platform that SL integrated into the technology. It doesn't have the same feel as Cadence without some of the same metrics and reporting options. They are making improvements to Deals, and I'm encouraged about the advancements to uniform Cadence and Deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have practical cadence tools for territory reps to use and AEs working on pre-opportunity accounts. We can efficiently adjust fields in SL (deals) that we had to modify on separate screens in our CRM. SalesLoft makes follow-up execution as easy as possible. Centralization of data, processes, and management was key going into this project. With Salesloft, we were able to accomplish all of the above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to Salesloft for analytics, make sure you dig into the data. We use another company for analytics because our reporting needs are more complex and granular.

Sometimes call quality can be less than great. Occasionally robotic sounding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined workflows, reducing the amount of time spent doing non-value-adding tasks and increasing the amount of time talking with and reaching out to prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent app. Just make sure integrations with SFDC are properly configured to reduce duplicate data entry

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up with the who, when, and why when it comes to account engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations, namely LinkedIn, can break and take hours/days to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account engagement, reminders to reach out to or schedule meetings with accounts, using templates to see what messaging is working and what messaging needs some massaging
