Excellent sales automation

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to set sales activities into an automated cadence that helps keep me on track with follow-up and streamline the effort it takes to do outbound lead generation and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all good! I find SalesLoft to be very helpful in outbound lead generation and sales funnel management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to many outbound leads is streamlined and automated. I am able to move prospects through a predefined funnel process.

The best tool to engage with your prospects and customers

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft includes solutions for our prospecting team and also our closers team (with the Deals management sync with Salesforce). Our reps have an all-in-one platform to make calls, manage their daily tasks, create cadences, automate fups... And also to improve and learn through the conversation intelligence SalesLoft provides to coach our reps and get the best feedback for our team. We are using SalesLoft for almost every function of a Sales Team (forecasting, coaching, tracking, productivity, engagement...) and also have a lot of integrations (we use it with Zoom, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, and many others)
What do you dislike about the product?
Deals solution has to improve (I'm in conversations with a Sr Product Manager that are consistently showing us improvements and looking for our feedback). Maybe I miss some sales enablement tools for content management, training... but I know it's not their product focus. Support are divided in different tier teams and sometimes they don't have a good context about your account, so a ticket takes us longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Challenges: Sales Productivity, Data Quality, Conversion Rate.

We have improved our sales ramp up, accelerating the onboarding and initial performance. We have also improved our quality into SFDC thanks to the sync with SalesLoft. We saw better conversion rate and sales activity just after SalesLoft implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in a product oriented company (as a SaaS, e.g.) and involved in a Sales Leader role, you have to think in explore SalesLoft as one of your main tools in your Sales Tech Stack. It is a very useful solution in order to increase sales productivity, prospects and clients engagement, reps coaching, data quality... Everything you can be worried about it is solved by SalesLoft in their platform. Check competitors as Outreach or Bloobirds (if you are seeking something more focused in Prospecting) to see the differences

nothing: for my understanding of BtoB communcation it´s awsome
What do you dislike about the product?
no understanding of the communication process included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
many p'rblms in dffrnt flds:
account history is obfuscated
customer relationship not displayable / recognizable in big picture
use of a second software beside the main software is then very time consuming
Salesloft problems
- not usable for reactivating old relationships between company & prospects
- not usable for account based marketing (missing steps -to act from observer role at the right moment)
- stress for users because of user unfriendly programming (redundancies etc,,)
- (sales slavery - every step is observed, documented etc.)
- Selling without any idea about the individual nature type of the prospect - what type is it / what history exists / why does he act the way he does - (see sales slavery - don't ask why - just do what they tell you to do)
- stress for the prospect - too many calls, mails and contacts for no direct reason, the only reason to contact these people is to contact them because it has to be done to show activity !

- bad image for the company
- therefore no skillful hunting possible
- no understanding of the new communication philosophy in times of sustainability:

Don't litter - Leave each room cleaner than you entered it - Think before you act !

Questions - is this lead important and right?
Stage 1 ( Lead evaluation - does it correspond to the target group - which decision level is it etc) that would be helpful!
Stage 2 SDR is to find out how and when the lead can be reached and what he wants.
Stage 3 -when he ideally wants to be contacted - how - and how he reacts then

Yes these preparations would be essential - are however in Salesloft to my knowledge not representable.

But that is not all!
Core question is
Do you waste the time and resources of other people to achieve your goals?
If yes - then... please change that

- the user is forced to work without inspiration -
- the goal is always more contacts without looking what's in it = "less quality!
-not user-friendly - it seems to me that the "design team" has no "communication process
in many points not user and also not customer friendly, but there are very nice reports about blind salespeople rowing in the fog
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect to use when the target group is exactly localized and the product is easy to sell !
not suitable to reactivate old customer bases or to illuminate complex relationships !
As soon as we lost sight of the target we rowed twice as fast.

What do you like best about the product?
- I love the outbound sequences you can build
- I love the scheduled send feature inside of Gmail. delaying sending of emails to the following day is great
- I love the scheduling feature
-I love the snippets functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft is excellent, but I wish it had an upload lead to CRM/SalesLoft feature from Gmail. I believe it used to have a feature like this when I used SalesLoft back in 2016. This feature would be beneficial for our workflow of adding leads from Gmail to Salesforce/SalesLoft...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach, scheduling send, appointment booking, emails that we use a lot (Snippets)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I tried Outreach, but their support and onboarding team couldn't get us up and running. It was painful. We paid for a year and abandoned the subscription, and moved to SalesLoft instead.

I used Salesloft before. We chose Outreach (back then) because they did not have a seat min and only wanted one sea to start.

We're very happy with Salesloft now

What do you like best about the product?
Establishing cadences, I think the power of this feature is very unique and efficient. It allows me to establish communication on more than one occurrence in a large volume. I think adding in the different types of outreach is helpful as well. One stance you can submit an email template and on another make a phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a directory tags that I am able to look at. This way I know what tags I have previously used and recorded, thereby not creating new ones. It would make things more efficient for me. One thing I don't like is not having the capability to CC' individuals on emails on one platform but yet I can on the other that is built into SalesForce on my CRM page, not on SalesLoft after I loft a contact/s.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I am not syncing and I need uninstall the app and re-install. I also don't have the capability to CC' individuals on emails on one platform but yet I can on the other that is built into SalesForce on my CRM page, not on SalesLoft after I loft a contact/s.

I have realized several benefits, I know what contacts are responding and exiting the cadences and who is receiving important marketing materials. I can follow up on this communication. I can also determine the level of personalization is important when getting throught.
