Gathering data on emails, readily accessible contact history, streamlined workflows, SFDC integration. These products are absolutely amazing when the integration is properly set up . What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call quality can be less than great. Occasionally robotic sounding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined workflows, reducing the amount of time spent doing non-value-adding tasks and increasing the amount of time talking with and reaching out to prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent app. Just make sure integrations with SFDC are properly configured to reduce duplicate data entry

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up with the who, when, and why when it comes to account engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations, namely LinkedIn, can break and take hours/days to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account engagement, reminders to reach out to or schedule meetings with accounts, using templates to see what messaging is working and what messaging needs some massaging

Benefits - We're much better at organizing our day and remembering who and why we're reaching out to customers

What do you like best about the product?
From a coaching and management perspective, I am a big fan of their call recording functionality and the ability to search the transcripts for specific key phrases. The call function is excellent, and the ability to tie in coaching with time-stamps is super valuable. I also love the ability to see the opportunities at a glance in the Deals view and know quickly where the reps can tighten up opportunities, where the risk lies, and how much is actually at risk. I also love how responsive and helpful the SalesLoft team is. It seems like they do a good job listening to the market as there have been quite a few updates to the platform since we've been using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a rep standpoint, I've heard that the cadences are a little clunkier (in terms of assigning new contacts, tracking and editing on the fly) than some of the platforms we've used in the past. Up until recently, there was a complaint that the reps couldn't see opens by location, but that has now been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we signed up with SalesLoft, we had a need to monitor/understand Rep talk track (specific opportunities for coaching) and Salesforce Opportunity management, as well as keep a pulse on activity and outreach metrics. In the first year of using SalesLoft, these have improved significantly, but there's always room for additional improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are a great way for the team to be consistent with how they reach out. The deals functionality connecting to Salesforce is great at letting the reps live in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the deals module being a new addition some parts are still disconnected and not as intuitive as you think it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps us be consistent with how we're reaching out to prospects. It gives our team a place where they can manage all reach out and deals in the same platform in an easy to use format.

What do you like best about the product?
Daily workflow with AI Technology. I don't see any problem so far while using SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside of the software that we're using. So far so good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is one of the central core of our business, and SL helps me to fix that. Using Cadences on SL is one of the great benefits

I love the communication and visibility it brings and allows for prospects.

Nothing, I think the service works great.

I have constant communication in visibility into a large prospect pipeline. I can connect and see activities I would have missed.

Could be good but falls short

What do you like best about the product?
email tracking - shows who opened, clicked, replied, etc. I also use the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are false positives - email claimed to be opened by target but not really. But worse is the reporting. It's just one linear stream of activity in chronological order. If I wanted to quickly see who were the 5 most engaged contacts over the past month, I literally have to scroll through the entire month and count by hand. The data is there. It's just not extractable or easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly assign templated emails to different targets and also see who opened those emails. It helps me understand if I'm targeting the right people with the right message, and also who to follow up with or re-engage.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredibly intuitive and allows me to automate my email cadences reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as flushed out as the web app and lacks most functionalities unless you're just looking to check on email engagement or tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales flow and pipeline management is the biggest problem addressed. I've found it's greatly improved efficiency and kept contact nurtures on track.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't like the software. I found it challenging to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to move between different multiple panes to accomplish a single task. It's not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process to load in a lead, assign it to a cadence, and contact the lead takes many steps that require you to toggle to multiple different pages. Outreach is a much simpler software that enables you to reach more customers in a shorter period of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend using Outreach instead. I've used both and Outreach was quicker to pick up and saves more time that SalesLoft
